Abstract

Abstract: The objective of the research was to find out the empirical information of the effect of intention, motivation, and teacher understanding on the implementation of inclusive education. The research used path analysis techniques. It conducted the elementary-school-teacher in East Jakarta, Indonesia. The simple random sampling technique is applied, which 50 teachers involved as the research sample. Empirical findings of the research revealed that: 1) There is no direct a positive effect of intention to the implementation of inclusive education; 2) There is no direct a positive effect of motivation to the implementation of inclusive education; 3) There is no direct a positive effect of teacher understanding to the implementation of inclusive education; 4) There is no direct positive effect of intention to the teacher understanding; 5) There is direct positive effectof motivation to the teacher understanding; 6) There is direct positive effect of intention to the motivation. Keywords: implementation of inclusive education, intention, motivation, teacher understanding, children with special needs. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari informasi empiris tentang pengaruh intensi, motivasi, dan pemahaman guru terhadap implementasi pendidikan inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Penelitian ini mengukur perilaku guru SD di Jakarta Timur, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan melibatkan 50 guru. Temuan empiris mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif langsung intensi terhadap pendidikan inklusif; 2) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif motivasi terhadap pendidikan inklusif; 3) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif pemahaman guru terhadap pendidikan inklusif; 4) Tidak ada pengaruh positif langsung intensi terhadap pemahaman guru; 5) Ada pengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap pemahaman guru; 6) Ada pengaruh langsung intensi terhadap motivasi. Abstract

The PQ4R (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) learning strategy is one of the recommended learning strategies to hone mathematical connection skills and support students to connect mathematical concepts with problems in everyday life. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of PQ4R learning strategies and conventional learning strategies on students' mathematical connection abilities. This study was a quasi-experimental study with a two group randomized control group post test only design. This study involved 60 students who were taken randomly as samples, 30 students each for the experimental and control groups. Data collection using test instruments. The research findings reveal that the average mathematical connection ability of the experimental group is 71.53 and the control group is 35.99. The achievement of mathematical connection ability includes connection indicators: between mathematics, with other disciplines, and with everyday life. The conclusion of this study is that the PQ4R learning strategy is more effective in increasing the mathematical connection ability than students who are given conventional learning strategies.

Abstract

Pergantian pemerintahan yang sentralistik ke sistem desentralisasi pada era pemerintahan Presiden Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie tahun 1999, memberikan perubahan mendasar dan membawa dampak yang sangat luas. Sesuai dengan pasal 18 ayat 2 (UUD 1945) bahwa;  pemerintahan daerah provinsi, daerah kabupaten, dan kota  mengatur dan mengurus sendiri urusan pemerintahan menurut asas otonomi dan tugas pembantuan. Otonomi daerah diperlukan untuk lebih menekankan prinsip-prinsip demokrasi, pelibatan peran serta masyarakat dalam pembangunan, pemerataan hasil pembangunan, serta lebih memperhatikan potensi dan keanekaragaman daerah. Di sisi lain pada level pemerintah daerah juga masih terkendala dengan permasalahan masih rendahnya kualitas belanja. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan masih tingginya persentase belanja tidak langsung dibandingkan dengan belanja langsung (DOD 2011). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah dan dana trasnfer yang meliputi: dana bagi hasil (DBH), dana alokasi umum (DAU), dana alokasi khusus (DAK), serta pendapatan lainnya terhadap belanja pemerintah daerah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa yang paling berpengaruh terhadap belanja pegawai adalah dana alokasi umum.

Abstract

Indeks Pembangunan Manusia/IPM bisa mengambarkan kualitas sumberdaya manusia di suatu daerah. IPM menyatakan bagaimana sekelompok anggota masyarakat dapat mengakses hasil pembangunan berupa pendidikan, standar hidup layak, dan kesehatan. Skor IPM Jawa Barat secara umum selalu memperlihatkan tren naik dari tahun ke tahun, tetapi skornya selalu di bawah dari rata-rata nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk manganalisis pengaruh pendapatan daerah berupa dana trasfer dan PAD terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia/IPM, dan menganalisis dana transfer yang pengaruh totalnya paling tinggi terhadap IPM. Metode yang digunakan analisis regresi data panel model fixed effect, dengan terlebih dahulu data ditranforamasikan secara logaritma agar diperoleh nilai elastisitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahuid bahwa semua dana transfer berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan IPM, begitu juga dengan pendapatan asli daerah. Pendapatan daerah yang pengaruh totalnya paling besar terhadap IPM secara berurutan adalah DAU, PAD, dan DAK. Pemerintah daerah harus membelanjakan dana trasfer untuk kegiatan yang bersifat produktif serta harus menggali potensi daerah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pembelajaran heuristik vee terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Jurusan Pendidikan Matematika, Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan, Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Semester V tahun akademik 2015/2016 dengan desain randomized control group post testonly design. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 55 mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 28 mahasiswa kelompok eksperimen dan 27 mahasiswa kelompok kontrol yang diperoleh dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematik mahasiswa dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes essay. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematik mahasiswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran heuristik vee lebih tinggi dari pada kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika mahasiswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran konvensional. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata hasil tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematik mahasiswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran heuristik vee sebesar 83,96 dan nilai rata-rata hasil tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematik mahasiswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran konvensional sebesar 78,3.

Abstract

CS-QCA is based on set theory, but its use in research in the field of mathematics is not much. The cs-QCA method dichotomizes independent variables (in QCA they are called conditions) and outcomes to be two: true [1] to declare full membership, and false [0] for non-membership. This study aims to find the configuration of conditions that affect the ability to think mathematically reflective. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 8 Tangerang Selatan in the Odd Semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The results of the analysis conclude that high mathematical reflective abilities can be obtained from a combination of high learning environment conditions and high learning resources and high experience and high economics, or it can also be obtained from high interest and learning environment and high learning resources and experience. high, or high interest and high learning environment and low learning resources and low experience and high economics, or high interest and low learning environment and high learning resources and low learning experience and high economics.

Abstract

Mathematical literacy ability is one of the abilities that students must have. Mathematical literacy ability includes the ability to understand, use, and apply mathematical concepts and procedures in various situations, both in academic contexts and in everyday life. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) Approach Assisted by the PLSV Board on mathematical literacy ability. This research was conducted at one of the junior high schools in Tangerang City in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a randomized posttest only control design involving 30 students in the experimental group and 32 students in the control group. Data collection on mathematical literacy ability used a test instrument in the form of seven descriptive questions that had been tested for validity, reliability, discriminatory power and level of difficulty first. The indicators of mathematical literacy ability studied were formulate, employ and interpret. The results of the study showed that the mathematical literacy skills of students in the experimental class whose learning used the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) Approach Assisted by the PLSV Board were higher than those in the control class whose learning used the scientific approach.

Abstract

Generation Z's concern for environmental sustainability is undeniable. The skincare and cosmetics sector in Indonesia has adopted green marketing strategies in response to this. One of the stores is The Body Shop companies that frequently uses this strategy. This study analyzes the effects of perceived value, green trust, and green satisfaction on repurchase intent among Generation Z consumers in Jakarta. A quantitative methodology was used to gather data from 100 specially chosen participants who completed an online survey. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique was employed to examine the data. The outcomes demonstrate that the three variables have a considerable and favorable impact on repurchase intention, both separately and in combination. According to these findings, marketing strategies should be in line with sustainability ideals in order to increase consumer loyalty among Generation Z, who prioritize ethics and environmental responsibility while making decisions.

Abstract

Let $G$ be a simple, finite, and undirected graph. An $H$-supermagic labeling is a bijective map $f : V(G) \cup E(G) \to \{1,2,\cdots,|V(G)|+|E(G)|\}$ in which $f(V) = \{1,2,\cdots,|V(G)|\}$ and there exists an integer $m$ such that $w(H') = \sum_{v  \in V(H')} f(v) + \sum_{e \in E(H')} f(e) = m$, for every subgraph $H' \cong H$ in $G$. In this paper, we determine some classes of trees which have $P_h$-supermagic labeling.
