Abstract

Customer satisfaction is one thing that has an important role in business. Customer satisfaction is a major milestone in the success of a company. This study aims to determine customer satisfaction using package & document delivery services PT. Indonesian Post. This research is a qualitative study with a qualitative descriptive analysis approach using informants from users of PT. Indonesian Post. This research data was collected through library research techniques and field research using interviews and observations. The results show that customer satisfaction occurs when consumers get services according to expectations, such as responsive service, affordable prices, and the accuracy of shipment estimates are the reasons why consumers are satisfied and loyal to use PT. Indonesian Post.

Abstract

The purchase decision is a problem identification process carried out with several series of processes in accordance with consumer wants and needs. This study aims to analyze how the decision to purchase Matoa watch products. In this study, the method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques using the Research library technique and field studies or field research by interviewing 5 informants. Based on the research results, the results of the decision making of Matoa watches through online media are based on several factors such as problem recognition, information search, information before using the product, purchase decisions, and post-purchase evaluation.

Abstract

Grab-Car is an online taxi service from GRAB which is currently very much needed by the public in the transportation sector to facilitate community mobility. The development of this application-based online taxi transportation business is very easy to use for the community, whenever and wherever the public can use online-based taxi transportation services. This study aims to see the effect of service quality and price perceptions on customer satisfaction using Grab-Car online taxi transportation services in Makassar City. The sample in this study is the people who live in the city of Makassar who have used the Grab-Car service. Data collection techniques are observations and questionnaires given to Grab-Car customers as many as 100 respondents. This research is a quantitative study using statistical methods using the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25 application. Based on the results of statistical tests, it can be seen partially that service quality and price perceptions have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction using Grab-Car online taxi transportation services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees. This study uses a quantitative approach. With the method of data collection the distribution of questionnaires, with 30 respondents who are employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Persero) Makassar. The technique of data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression, which was used to determine the effect of the independent variable and the dependent variable, namely the influence of the working environment on employee performance. Based on the results of the partial regression coefficient (t-test) research, it shows that the value of tcount is 4.780 > 1.699 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect between work environment variables (X) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

Employee loyalty is a picture of healthy and competent organizational management. Loyalty becomes an essential aspect in improving organizational performance and achieving goals. This study explains the influence of the work environment, which is divided into two points, namely the physical and non-physical work environment, on employee loyalty by making the compensation variable a moderating variable. The number of respondents in this study was 135 people. Data analysis used SmartPLS software by looking at moderated regression analysis (MRA) in answering the hypotheses that were built. The results of the study show that the physical and non-physical work environment has a significant influence on employee loyalty. At the same time, the compensation variable cannot moderate the relationship between the impacts of the physical work environment on loyalty. Still, on the contrary, compensation can negotiate the influence of the non-physical work environment on loyalty. Employee.

Abstract

Purchasing decision is a thought where individuals evaluate various options and decide on a choice on a product from many choices. Purchasing decisions are the stage in the purchasing decision-making process where consumers actually buy. The purpose of this study is to find out how the form of consumer decision making in choosing Benelli brand motorcycles in the city of Makassar. This type of research is a qualitative analysis, the results of the discussion found that consumers decide to buy Benelli brand motorcycles because they have a sense of satisfaction, quality and comfort when in Indonesia.

Abstract

Marketing is any system or association that facilitates the market. Transactions that seek to satisfy human wants and desires are at the heart of marketing. Population used in This research is about micro, small and medium enterprises who use digital marketing in their marketing. The sample in this study was 73 respondents taken from several sub-districts in the city of Makassar. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires and documentation and validity and reliability testing has been carried out. And the data analysis techniques used are the heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, and the T test with the help of SPSS Version 26 software. The results of the t test data analysis show a significant value for the influence of digital marketing (X) on sales volume (Y), where t calculated as 5.855 > t table value, namely 2.378. This matter shows that digital marketing variables has a positive influence on increasing the sales volume of MSMEs in Makassar City.
