Abstract

Agrowisata menjadi salah satu sektor yang dapat menopang perekonomi masyarakat petani. Ekonomi kreatif sekor pariwisata merupakan dua hal yang saling berhubungan dan dapat saling bersinergi jika dikelola dengan baik. Di Desa Tawangargo merupakan salah satu Desa yang dijadikan sebagai contoh bagi desa lain yang berada di Kecamatan Karangploso. Kegiatan ekonomi kreatif berbasis agrowisata di Desa tersebut belum optimal, dimana berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan solusi untuk dapat mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif berbasis agrowisata. Dalam hal ini pemerintah Desa Tawangargo berusaha untuk menumbuhkan jiwa – jiwa pemuda untuk mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif dalam sektor agrowisata. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Karang Taruna “Arta” Desa Tawangargo, Kecamatan Karangploso Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh populasi karang taruna di Desa Tawangargo atau sejumlah 30 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner / angket. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dan dianalisis menggunakan korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara karakteristik pemuda karang taruna dengan ekonomi kreatif yang paling berhubungan dan memiliki hasil signifikansi uji rank separmen tinggi adalah dukungan penyuluhan yaitu sebesar 0,783**. Dukungan penyuluhan untuk pemuda karang taruna ini penting guna mendukung dalam kegiatan ekonomi kreatif berbasis agrowisata. Karena secara tidak langsung adanya dukungan penyuluhan dalam bentuk penyediaan informasi merupakan dukungan agar pemuda karang taruna ikut serta dalam ekonomi kreatif berbasis agrowisata.

Abstract

The cyber extension has a significant media in developing an extension program of agricultural information.  The government has built the cyber extension supported by the development of ICT and its utilization in the dissemination of agricultural information. It is expected to provide positive benefits in the improvement of competence of the extension workers.  The purpose of this research is to analyse the characteristics and perception of the extensions workers in the utilization of cyber extension to support their work. This research is correlational descriptive analysis by using survey method. The study was conducted in South Manokwari Regency, West Papua Province. The sample in the research was all extension workers as many as 22 people. The result shows that the characteristics of the extensions workers as follow: the media used is a smartphone (100 percent), the working period is 5-10 years (77 percent) and the education level is high school (SMK/SPMA, 73 percent).  Meanwhile, the perception of the extension workers on the cyber media is high. It reaches 95 percent. They provide the positive perception on cyber extension concerning variables of benefit, complexity, and convenience.JEL Classification: D80, L86, Q16

Abstract

The farmer group has a function as a learning class, a vehicle for collaboration, and as a production unit (Permentan, 2016). Farmers' groups also play an important role in agricultural development, efforts to improve Human Resources (HR) in farmer groups can be done if farmers are active in farmer groups. Therefore, research was conducted on the factors that influence the activeness of the Jajang and Rimba Mas farmer groups. The research was conducted in Gerbo village, Purwodadi sub-district, Pasuruan Regency, East Java Province using descriptive quantitative methods. The population used was 77 people with 65 samples from the Jajang farmer group and the Rimba Mas farmer group. Data obtained from primary data obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and observations as well as secondary data obtained from the village government, BPP, sub-district offices, and others. The analysis used is descriptive and logistic regression analysis using SPSS software. The independent variables used were the level of education, land area, length of farming, leadership, the involvement of the extension agents, and the involvement of the village government. The dependent variable was the activity of the farmer groups. The results of the logistic regression analysis showed that the independent variables that had a significant effect on farmer group activeness were the land area and the involvement of extension workers.

Abstract

Oil palm empty fruit bunches (EFB) is the largest solid waste palm oil production. The waste pollutes the environment and waste management (EFB) has been carried out with burnt, aggravating environmental pollution. This resulted in the need for environmentally-friendly waste management. One of them uses microbes that can degrade components of the waste so that the waste can be used as compost EFB and natural mulch for agriculture. Use of microbes to degrade the waste components EFB potentially produces enzymes that accelerate the degradation lignoselulolitik EFB waste components. This research aims to study the biodegradation by a mixture of isolates of Aspergillus sp., Trichoderma sp. and Actinomycetes with the addition of some nitrogen as a nutrient source for growth microbes. The results showed that the addition of a mixture of isolates with the addition amoniumsulfat and chicken manure as a source of N can lower C / N ratio of 10 and 51.9 % of fragility, as well as lower levels of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin respectively 66 %, 36.4 % and 40.7 % of the initial levels. Abstract

Mustard plants are very sensitive to environmental conditions that are less favorable, one important factor in the cultivation of mustard is knowing how many doses of fertilizer Bokashi right. This study aims to determine the dose Organic fertilizer per plant mustard right with a variety of fertilizers for growth and production of mustard (Brassica juncea L.). The experiment was arranged in the form of a randomized block design consisting of four treatments, P0 = without Bokashi fertilizer (control), P1 = 40 gr bokashi fertilizer / plant, P2 = 60 gr bokashi fertilizer / plant, P3 = 80 gr bokashi fertilizer / plant, and repeated 4 times. The parameters measured were (1) the plant height, (2) the number of leaves, (3) net weight of the plant. Observations of plant height and number of leaves of the plant since the plant was 7 days after planting up to 35 days, with intervals of observation time of 7 days. Observation of the net weight of the plant is done after the crop is harvested on day 35. The experimental results showed that the treatment dosages of P3 = 80 gr Bokashi gives the best results on the growth of plant height (42.75), the number of leaves of the plant (17 pcs) and net weight after harvest (185.50 g).

Abstract

Sistem penyuluhan pembangunan berbasis cyber extension yang efektif merupakan prasyarat bagi perubahan pola berfikir, pola sikap dan bertindah bagi semua pihak terhadap pentingnya mengembangkan agribisnis sebagai sumber usaha pertanian yang efektif. Penyuluhan berbasis cyber extension merupakan proses penyadaran, pembelajaran dan bertindak dalam rangka pencegahan dini terhadap mereka yang memanfaatkan internet untuk kegiatan usahanya secara efektif dan efisien. Proses penyuluhan pembangunan terhadap manfaat, fungsi dan peran cyber extension serta kemungkinan pengembangan dalam kegiatan agribisnis merupakan kebutuhan pembelajaran berbasis cyber extension. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan berbasis cyber ekstension dengan memperhatikan faktor lingkungan yang dikelola secara mandiri oleh petani yang berlangsung Papua Barat, termasuk di Kabupaten Manokwari, namun dalam implementasinya ditemukan beberapa kelemahan dan kelebihannya. Studi ini ingin menemukan model penyuluhan pembangunan berbasis penarapan cyber extension padamasyarakat agribisnis di Papua Barat

Abstract

Kelapa merupakan tanaman perkebuanan yang dapat tumbuh pada daerah tropis, dan selama ini masyarakat masih mengolah buah kelapa menjadi minyak goreng. Penganekaragaman pengolahan buah kelapa perlu adanya inovasi baru dalam pengolahan buah kelapa tanpa menggunakan panas. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui berbagai macam metode untuk memanfaatkan daging buah kelapa menjadi Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) dan lama waktu pengadukan yang tepat dalam pembuatan Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) dengan penambahan enzim papain dan pengasaman. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Gerbo Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Pasuruan. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, Rancangan Faktorial RAL dua Faktor dengan menggunakan 3 taraf perlakuan dengan 6 kali ulangan. Untuk mengetahui rendemen minyak kelapa murni yang dihasilkan melalui proses pengadukan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan enzim papain dan pengasaman memberikan hasil yang baik, namun hasil yang terbaik dalam pengolahan VCO pada perlakuan pengasaman yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap warna aroma dan kekentalan. Kesimpulan adalah waktu yang tepat dalam menghasilkan Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) adalah dengan menggunakan pengasman dan pengadukan dengan lama waktu 40 menit sehingga minyak yang dihasilakn juga dengan warna yang bening dan aroma khas kelapa.

Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this research is to find and explain the characteristics of farmers and the level of participation in farmer groups and to explain the correlation of characteristics internally and externally in Tonongrejo Village, East Java. Methods: By applying of census sampling in descriptive, sample is about sixty-two farmer members. Rank Spearman test is to see the correlation between dependent and independent variable. Input of system approach: supposing of H0 is no link among x and Ha has link among x. Both refers to internal and external factors to farmer participation. T-score (mean = 50 and deviation = 10) as score standard to see the distribution of extensive evaluation. Data collected used questioner, observation, and interview. Results: The result is farmer participation of 84% in planning and implementing, in evaluating of 82%, in enjoyed the outcome of 89%. Conclusion: Characteristics farmers and participation prefer to age, farming time, land area and leadership. The relation of farmer characteristic and participation rate is one-way.

Abstract

Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Petani Dalam Penjualan Hasil Panen Gabah ke Tengkulak Di Desa Lajuk Kecamatan Gondangwetan Kabupaten Pasuruan. Sebagian besar penduduk di Desa Lajuk Kecamatan Gondangwetan sebagian besar adalah petani. Dalam melakukan aktifitasnya sebagai petani ,senantiasa masih tergantung pada tengkulak untuk memfasilitasi usahataninya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui variabel - variabel yang mempengaruhi keputusan penjualan gabah ke tengkulak, yaitu, produksi Padi, Perbedaan Harga, Kebutuhan keluarga. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara dan kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan cara acak yang ditentukan atau secara sengaja ( Purposive Random Sampling ) Sampel yang digunakan adalah 34 responden dengan hasil penelitian yaitu produksi padi, perbedaan harga ,dan kebutuhan keluarga dengan Ftabel = 2,92 serta Fhitung 23,301 maka terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap penjualan gabah ke tengkulak. Namun secara partial variabel perbedaan harga berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap penjualan hasil gabah ke tengkulak. Sedangkan secara stimultan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap penjualan gabah ke tengkulak yaitu variabel produksi padi , X1 = 3,285 , variabel perbedaan harga, X2 = -0,654 ,dan variabel kebutuhan keluarga, X3 = 2,531.

Abstract

Participation is the encouragement and mental involvement of a person to contribute. Be responsible for his group and increase awareness. Organize groups where individual characteristics differ from one another. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of farmer participation and the relationship between the characteristics of farmer group members. The method of determining respondents using the census method. Analyzing the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable, using the Spearman Rank test method. The extension evaluation method used a standard T-score and the data were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the level of participation of farmers in planning and implementation has a very high level of participation. The level of participation of farmers in the evaluation stage is high and the level of participation of farmers in the stage of enjoying the results is very high. The results of the interaction of internal factors and external factors have a fairly strong and unidirectional relationship level so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.   Keywords: Correlation, External Factor, Internal and Participation
