Abstract

Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Stikubank (UNISBANK) as one of the faculties in higher education in implementing learning activities has produced a lot of stored data and has graduated many students. The level of timeliness of graduation is important for study programs as an assessment of success. This research tries to dig up the pile of student parent data and graduation data in order to get the pass rate and graduation prediction of active students. By implementing the classification data mining technique and the CART algorithm, it is hoped that a decision tree can be used to predict the class timeliness of graduating from active students. By using the graduation data and student parent data totaling 1018 records, a decision tree model was obtained with an accuracy rate of 63% from the data testing test. Determination of split nodes using the Gini Index which breaks the dataset based on its impurity value. Tests conducted in this study show that the order of the variables in the decision tree is gender, origin school status, parental education, age at entry, city of birth, parent's occupation. The prediction with the resulting model is that 71% of active S1 Information Systems students can graduate on time and 51% for S1 Informatics Engineering students.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah guna menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kemudahan  dan kegunaan teknologi Learning Management System (LMS) terhadap niat mahasiswa dalam menggunakanya selama masa pandemi COVID 19. Variabel bebas adalah Kemudahan Penggunaan dan Kegunaan/kemanfaatan teknologi LMS, serta variabel terikatnya adalah Niat Pengguna LMS. Jenis penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research), yaitu melalui pengujian hipotesa dengan menjelaskan hubungan kausal antar variabel. Responden adalah mahasiswa Universitas Stikubank Semarang yang tersebar di 4 fakultas. Sampel sebanyak 93 responden dengan menggunakan teknik insedentil non propability sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji hipotesis terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel Kemudahan Penggunaan terhadap Niat Pengguna dengan nilai beta sebesar 0,207. Sementara itu variabel Kemanfaatan terhadap Niat Pengguna juga berpengaruh positif signifikan dengan nilai beta sebesar 0,664. Niat mahasiswa menggunakan LMS pada e-learning sebesar 68,8% (Adjusted R2) dipengaruhi variabel kemudahan dan kemanfaatan, sisanya sebesar 31,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Selain itu, manfaat yang dirasakan memiliki pengaruh paling besar pada niat perilaku untuk menggunakan LMS.

Abstract

Product photos are indispensable for the world of marketing both online and offline. Therefore, it is important for entrepreneurs to be able to make attractive product photos so that potential consumers can be interested in exploring further or knowing more about the products being marketed and until a transaction occurs. To be able to make attractive product photos, it is necessary to provide knowledge and skills to prospective entrepreneurs in making product photos. S_M_K Ibu Kartini is a vocational high school that educates aspiring young entrepreneurs. Therefore the Informatics Management PkM Team collaborated with the school to carry out training on making these product photos. The result to be achieved is that prospective entrepreneurs are able to make attractive product photos using a smartphone. In the implementation of the training, which is still in a state of the Covid pandemic, the PkM team adapts to the Covid-19 process. In the training, after being given knowledge about interesting product photos, it was continued with the practice of shooting culinary products with smartphones. After completing the training, SMK I. Kartini asked for the willingness of the Informatics Management PkM Team so that in the next period there would be more training.

Abstract

In the Big Indonesian Dictionary, booking / ordering is the process of making, how to order (place, goods and so on) to other people. Every year the use of motorized vehicles always increases. This is evident from the data obtained through the Central Bureau of Statistics, namely as many as 136,320,000 million units in 2020. This research uses a qualitative research method which has several stages and flows, namely conducting field studies/observations, interviews, library research, and collecting data and developing software with the Waterfall method. This method is often interpreted as a classic life cycle which is an illustration of a systematic approach and sequential development of software, starting from the specifications required with several stages. The conclusion is that the design of the web-based Steam E-booking information system is in accordance with what is needed by Cheers. Autocare Solo, the results and tests are in accordance with user needs, the database used contains 6 tables, namely: admin, category, service, booking, complaint, customer reports, and Information System Design E-booking Steam car and motorbike services help make it easier for the company . Abstract

Speaker recognition is a field of research that continues to this day. Various methods have been developed to detect the human voice with greater precision and accuracy. Research on human speech recognition that is quite challenging is accent recognition. Detecting various types of human accents with different accents and ethnicities with high accuracy is a research that is quite difficult to do. According to the results of the research on the data preprocessing stage, feature extraction and selection of the right classification method play a very important role in determining the accuracy results. This study uses a preprocessing approach with normalizing features combined with MFCC as a method to perform feature extraction and the neural network (NN), which is a classification method that works based on the workings of the human brain. Research results obtained using the normalize feature with MFCC and neural network for multiaccent speaker recognition, the accuracy performance reaches 82.68%, precision is 83% and recall is 82.88%.

Abstract

This community service activity was motivated by the school's need to improve digital literacy, particularly the ability to create web-based information media independently, creatively, and responsibly. Many students are already familiar with using the internet and social media, but not all of them have the productive skills to design, compose content, and publish websites. The development of artificial intelligence (AI) opens new opportunities for students to assist schools in creating school visual designs. The objectives of this activity are to improve students' understanding of digital literacy, introduce ethical use of AI, and train students to create simple automated websites for school profiles, classes, portfolios, and school activity information. The implementation method includes needs assessment, pretest, material delivery, demonstration, guided practice, project mentoring, posttest, and product evaluation. The activity was designed for TRMG students using a project-based workshop approach. The evaluation results showed an increase in students' abilities in aspects of AI understanding, prompt development, website structure, interface design, website publication, and digital ethics. The outputs of the activity were a school website prototype, training modules, and improvements in AI-based digital literacy. This program demonstrates that AI-based automated website training can be a practical strategy for strengthening digital competency in schools.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the need for new Study Programs (Prodi) to make fast, measurable, and data-driven promotional decisions on the main channel for prospective students, namely Instagram, while content evaluation has been sporadic and metrics are scattered. The goal is to design a framework and prototype of an Excel dashboard that integrates Instagram analytics with a focus on Reels and Carousel formats and student interest data through the ICFS (Interest Content Fit Score) metric to support editorial and promotional decisions. The method used is R&D and prototyping with a mixed methods design: a dataset of 192 TRMG IG content published between November 16, 2022, and November 4, 2025, as well as student interest survey data involving 14 active TRMG Study Program students. Instagram content data is processed into Engagement indicators (likes, comments, saves, shares), ERR (Engagement/Reach), ERI (Engagement/Impressions), ERV (Engagement/Views), paired with interest/preference surveys, the results are realized in an Excel dashboard containing KPI cards, a content leaderboard, a time/content type slicer, and an automatic ICFS calculation. The main results show an operational and low-cost prototype, empirically Reels consistently drives reach and engagement, while Carousel strengthens referral behavior (save/share). The dashboard facilitates weekly content meetings and guides a targeted composition (60% Reels, 25% Carousel, 15% Image). The implication is that this solution shortens the data-to-decision distance, standardizes the evaluation of Study Program promotional content, and provides a conceptual contribution through the formulation of ICFS and a format-based engagement measurement framework. At the same time, its practical contribution is an Excel asset that is ready to be replicated in similar vocational study programs and becomes the basis for migration to an automated web dashboard.

Abstract

Local potentials such as tourist villages, MSME products, and cultural wisdom have high economic and social value, but are not yet fully supported by attractive and effective digital promotional media. On the other hand, students of the Graphic Multimedia Engineering Technology (TRMG) Study Program at Stikubank University (Unisbank) have great potential as creative agents in supporting the promotion of local potential, especially through the production of audiovisual content. This Community Service Activity aims to empower Unisbank TRMG students in producing promotional videos for local potential using the Kdenlive application as an open-source video processing software. The implementation method of the activity includes needs analysis, material preparation, technical training in video editing, promotional video production practice, as well as mentoring and evaluation of student work. The results of the activity show an increase in student competency in aspects of content planning, shooting techniques, and video processing using Kdenlive. In addition, students succeeded in producing several promotional videos for local potential that are worthy of being published through digital media. This activity not only has a positive impact on improving student skills but also contributes to efforts to promote the local potential of partners more effectively. Thus, the use of Kdenlive in community service activities has proven to be a means of empowering students while supporting the strengthening of the role of universities in developing a digital technology-based society.

Abstract

Competition in the micro and small business sector demands the use of effective, informative promotional media that can support increased sales. This study aims to design promotional media for Elmo Shop's product sales based on visual communication design as part of a promotional information system to clarify product information delivery and strengthen the business's identity. The method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and literature review. The promotional media design process was conducted using the Luther–Sutopo multimedia development method, which includes the stages of concept, design, material collection, production, testing, and distribution. The research results produced promotional media in the form of business cards, posters, x-banners, and banners that were designed consistently and communicatively. Evaluation using a questionnaire showed that the developed promotional media increased consumer interest and understanding of the product, as well as the effectiveness of Elmo Shop's promotions. Thus, this visual communication design-based promotional media design contributes to supporting the promotional information system and increasing sales potential for micro and small businesses.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to strengthen the digital identity of student organizations through Inkscape-based branding design training as an effective and accessible open-source solution. Many student organizations face challenges such as inconsistent visual quality, unrepresentative logos, and publication designs that do not reflect the organization's character. Through an interactive workshop approach, participants were trained to understand modern branding concepts, visual identity principles, and techniques for creating design elements including logos, color palettes, typography, and digital publication templates. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' abilities in designing more professional and consistent brand kits. The resulting designs have also been successfully used in the organization's official publications, thus directly impacting the image and appeal of their digital communications.
