Abstract

A Self-Organizing Map (SOM ) is a neural network method that has been introduced by Professor Teuvo Kohonen since 1980, as an artificial neural network topology without supervision (Unsupervised ANN), in which the learning process does not require supervision or target output. In this paper, the implementation methods of SOM is used to perform data clustering voters (DPT) in the General Election Governor level. The results of the clustering process then used to perform data classification air-geographical references (geo-referenced) that integrates visualization of the output space through a cartographic representation of the color settings, and explore the use of line width between the boundary-water element geographic reference, calculated according to the distance in the input space is best between locations. Clustering results is then used as the basis for determining the color criteria in the development of the Web-GIS application based on interval number of voters.   Keywords : Self-organizing map; Unsupervised ANN; Clustering; Geo-referenced; Cartographics representation

Abstract

Pandemi virus corona (covid-19) melanda dunia. Terhitung mulai Desember 2019 hingga sekarang telah melanda ratusan negara dengan banyak korban mencapai jutaan jiwa. Tak sedikit pula korban yang terkena dampak dari berbagai kebijakan yang ditetapkan oleh masing-masing negara dalam rangka menanggulangi wabah penyakit tersebut. Hingga saat ini masih menjadi perdebatan asal muasal virus tersebut, ada yang menyebut berasal dari Wuhan China, tapi ada pula yang menyatakan berasal dari Amerika yang kemudian dibawa ke China. Sampai sekarang belum ada satupun negara yang memproklamirkan telah menemukan vaksin corona. Hingga kapan wabah ini akan berakhir dan berapa lagi korban jiwa yang akan direnggut, semuanya masih dalam upaya semua pihak yang berkepentingan khususnya para peneliti di bidang virologi, kedokteran, kesehatan dan farmasi. Mereka seakan berlomba untuk menjadi penemu dan pemenang dalam perang melawan virus corona. Penyebaran virus yang sangat cepat menjadi sebuah perhatian khusus, bahkan beberapa negara melejit jumlah kasus dan korbannya jauh melebihi negara asal virus corona muncul yaitu China. Negara Amerika, Italia, Spanyol dan Inggris contohnya, kasus dan korban di negara tersebut sangatlah tinggi dalam rekapan jumlah setiap harinya. Banyak yang menghubungkan penyebab tersebut dengan kondisi yang berbeda di setiap negara, baik dari sisi jumlah penduduk, iklim yang ada, kebijakan pemerintahannya, dan masih ada beberapa yang lainnya menjadi pertimbangan penilaian terhadap mewabahnya virus tersebut. Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisa faktor-faktor yang diduga menjadi beberapa penyebab penyebaran virus corona yang begitu cepat dengan metode analisis matematika, statistik dan data mining sederhana menggunakan K-Means. Penelitian ini menghasilkan informasi mengenai pengaruh jumlah penduduk, luas wilayah dan cuaca di suatu negara terhadap perkembangan virus covid-19. Dengan demikian diharapkan bahwa informasi tersebut dapat dijadikan salah satu dasar pengambilan kebijakan terhadap langkah-langkah penanganan terhadap kasus covid-19.

Abstract

Log book is a record book of important events in the management, operation, and navigation of ships. In simple terms, the log book is used by apprentices to record daily or daily / time activities carried out during internships. It can also train apprentices to be disciplined and orderly to record information related to improving the skills of apprentices in the field. The use of the daily log book of apprentices within the Ministry of Communication and Informatics is intended for daily reporting of the activities that have been carried out by apprentices as well as a data recap for the Office of Communication and Information Technology in evaluating whether the learning activities provided are in accordance with the needs of the apprentices or not. By utilizing the website application as an online medium, it will help the reporting process go faster. The electronic log book system has the advantage that research activities can be monitored at any time. The software development method used is waterfall which is built using the PHP programming language, CSS and Bootstrap Framework, as well as database processing using MySQL. The method of testing is done by blackbox, namely testing is done by testing the software in terms of functionality. The results of the research, namely the Internship Diary Log Book Information System at the Semarang City Communication and Informatics Service can help interns to make reports quickly.

Abstract

Terang Bangsa Vocational School students are young people as the next generation and human resources for national development. Therefore it is necessary to have efforts, programs and activities that continuously involve the participation of all parties, including families, educational institutions, youth organizations, the community and especially the younger generation themselves. In Indonesia itself, graphic design is in great demand. Current design technology really supports image processing and design, software that supports graphic design, this is very supportive in growing the creative industry in Indonesia. Responding that the creative industry opportunities in graphic design are very large, this is what encourages using graphic design to support a profession or job. Based on the findings of the problem, a solution is offered to provide graphic design training with Photoshop to produce photography of food products to Terang Bangsa Vocational High School students as potential entrepreneurs to support their product promotion with the aim of providing debriefing for APHP level XII students of Terang Bangsa Vocational High Schools. If they graduate and become entrepreneurs, they can have skills in making photos. products for promotional media. The achievement target to be achieved is that APHP students Terang Bangsa Vocational High Schools have the ability to make food photography products to create attractive promotional media. While the achievement indicators to be achieved are APHP students Terang Bangsa Vocational High Schools having knowledge and skills in arranging shooting objects, being able to use smartphones to produce attractive product photos. The output of PkM students of Agricultural Product Processing Agribusiness (APHP)Terang Bangsa Vocational High Schools are able to use product photos on promotional media to support promotion, while the output for D3 Informatics Management PkM team of Unisbank is article in devotional journals.

Abstract

FKK is a form of community participation in planning, determining, and moving activities as well as monitoring in evaluating health processes at the village level. The activity of FKK has become a success for an Active Alert Village. The FKK consists of the Lurah, puskesmas, community leaders, and health cadres. The FKK can make various activities in the community run in the health sector, both in cooperation, health protection, monitoring and observation, as well as providing joint costs. The FKK also implements arrangements according to the potential of their respective regions. This arrangement is carried out in the form of activities, interventions from problems that exist in the region itself. It can be seen from the many arrangements and activities of the FKK that require a lot of administrative data and information so that a system is needed that can help work related to the administration of the FKK. From the beginning, which is still managed manually, in this research, a web-based system will be developed that can help manage administrative data in Wonoplumbon village. By using the waterfall method and the PHP programming language, CSS and Bootstrap Framework, as well as database processing using MySQL, it is hoped that this system can run well on the website. Abstract

Abstract. Image-Based Retrieval to Find Trademark Similarities Using SIFT and SURF Algorithms. In the world of trade in products and services, brands are essential. Every company wants to register a unique trademark for its products and services. Registration and evaluation to find the uniqueness of a trademark is challenging. Trademark image registration is one of the critical application areas of Content-BasedRetrieval (CBIR), which compares new brands with existing ones to ensure no dispute in the community. This study used SIFT and SURF algorithms to build a content-based brand image retrieval system. The research data used trademark data dispute cases that were decided in court. The features extracted from the SIFT and SURF algorithms are used to find similarities between the query image and the image in the database. Furthermore, the k-Nearest Neighbors algorithm with Euclidean distance measurements was used to sort the database images that were most similar to the query image. Experiments were conducted to find the algorithm and sequencing with the highest precision and recall values.Keywords: Trademark, SIFT, SURF, K-Nearest Neighbors, Euclidean. Abstrak. Dalam dunia perdagangan produk dan jasa, merek menjadi sangat penting. Setiap perusahaan ingin mendaftarkan merek dagang yang unik untuk produk dan jasanya. Pendaftaran dan evaluasi untuk menemukan kekhasan suatu merek dagang menjadi suatu pekerjaan yang sangat sulit. Pendaftaran citra merek dagang adalah salah satu area aplikasi penting Content Based Information Retrieval (CBIR) yang membandingkan merek baru dengan merek yang ada untuk memastikan tidak ada sengketa di masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma SIFT dan SURF untuk membangun sistem temu kembali citra merek berbasis konten . Data penelitian menggunakan kasus sengketa data merek yang diputuskan di pengadilan. Fitur hasil ekstraksi algoritma SIFT dan SURF digunakan untuk mencari kemiripan citra query dan citra dalam basis data. Selanjutnya algoritma k-Nearest Neighbors dengan pengukuran jarak Euclidean digunakan untuk mengurutkan citra basis data yang paling mirip dengan citra query. Eksperimen dilakukan untuk mengetahui algoritma dan pengurutan dengan nilai presisi dan recall tertinggi. Kata Kunci: Merek, SIFT, SURF, K-Nearest Neighbors, Euclidean.

Abstract

Bootstrap is a combined framework of CSS and JavaScript that is offered as an alternative among other frameworks with the intention of providing consistency to the interface development stage in building a website, one of which is the website at the Posyandu Kemuning Gajah Village. The problems that arise are related to recording visitor data manually in the register book, which is often done because there are so many things that must be recorded such as weight, developmental data for mothers, children under five, maternal development data, other personality data related to pregnant women and toddlers visiting posyandu. . For this reason, it is necessary to support an information system for recording participant activities so that the number of participants does not need to be developed in data processing and re-accessing so that data redundancy does not arise. The system that will be created using the bootstrap framework includes the participant registration process and data processing for posyandu participants, so that they are able to manage data and generate data reports in a valid and correct manner. Testing with the blackbox method shows that the entire system built from the implementation of the login form to the print report shows that everything has been successfully implemented in the system.

Abstract

In the Big Indonesian Dictionary, booking / ordering is the process of making, how to order (place, goods and so on) to other people. Every year the use of motorized vehicles always increases. This is evident from the data obtained through the Central Bureau of Statistics, namely as many as 136,320,000 million units in 2020. This research uses a qualitative research method which has several stages and flows, namely conducting field studies/observations, interviews, library research, and collecting data and developing software with the Waterfall method. This method is often interpreted as a classic life cycle which is an illustration of a systematic approach and sequential development of software, starting from the specifications required with several stages. The conclusion is that the design of the web-based Steam E-booking information system is in accordance with what is needed by Cheers. Autocare Solo, the results and tests are in accordance with user needs, the database used contains 6 tables, namely: admin, category, service, booking, complaint, customer reports, and Information System Design E-booking Steam car and motorbike services help make it easier for the company . Abstract

Kemajuan perangkat lunak saat ini memungkinkan dunia dalam genggaman, banyak aplikasi yang berbasi mobile phone. Orang-orang dapat saling berkomunikasi darimana saja untuk menyelesaikan masalah, merencanakan kegiatan atau strategi dalam mencapai kegiatan. Dalam perencaan strategi banyak orang menggunakan metode rapat untuk dapat sqaling berkomunikasi. Saat ini rapat-rapat masih menggunakan teknologi semi manual, dan masih berbasis Microsoft Office dan kertas untuk menyampaikan misalnya undangan, hasil rapat yang berupa berita acara kepada peserta rapat tersebut. Sistem tersebut masing menyimpan banyak kendala antara lain duplikasi pekerjaan, kehilangan data maupun banyaknya kertas yang bertumpuk-tumpuk. Memang diakui teknologi ini familier dengan banyak orang tetapi masih perlu ditingkatkan Sistem penggunaanya. Aplikasi e-not ini dimaksudkan untuk meminimalisi permasalah yang muncul dengan sistem lama yang di harapkan kendala tumpang tindih penjadwalan, kehilangan notulen kemudahan dalam mencari berkas dapat diminimalisi dan monitor kegiatan dapat dilakukan siapa saja yang mengaksesnya sehingga pelaksanaanya dapat dikontrol. Aplikasi berbasis web mobile dimasudkan untuk kemudahan dalam akses tidak harus dengan menggunakan laptop, tetapi cukup dengan mobile phone, maupun tablet sangat dimungkinkan. Pengembangan Sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Metode ini dipandang cukup sistematis, berurutan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak. Hasil Sistem ini adalah keteraturan penjadwalan rapat, agenda kegiatan dapat dilihat di web secara real time. Sedangkan output hasil berupa berita acara dapat diakses dengan mudah bagi pihak yang diberikan kewenanngan untuk melihat. Sedangkan kelanjutan dari notulen tersebut output lain dapat dilihat missal Surat Tugas, Surat Edaran, Surat Keputusan, Surat Pemberitahuan dapat di lihat pula pada tampilan monitor ageda rapat. Abstract

Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Kabupaten Demak mempunyai 35 Koperasi binaan yang bergerak di KSP, KSU dan UMKM. Koperasi binaan kebanyakan masih belum banyak memahami sistem pelaporan keuangan di koperasi yang sesuai dengan pedoman akutansi keuangan simpan pinjam. Kegiatan yang dilakukan simpan pinjam dan beberapa koperasi mempunyai usaha serba usaha, ada yang melayani jasa travel, menjual barang (toko). Permasalahan pada mitra binaan pengelola koperasi baik KSP dan KSU adalah SDM yang kebanyakan berpendidikan rendah, yaitu lulusan SMP, beberapa SLTA hal ini mengakibatkan pengetahuan tentang manajemen sangat terbatas. Disatu sisi masih banyak sekali terjadi kesalahan dalam melakukan pelaporan keuangan yang tidak sesuai dengan standar akutansi yang di gunakan pedoman secara umum. Hasil analisis situasi sebelumnya serta permasalahan yang ada, solusi yang ditawarkan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan cara melakukan penataan manajemen usaha baik untuk karyawan dan pengelola Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) dan Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU) , yang mendukung dalam mempermudah, mempercepat, dan menjadikan akurat pada system administaris di koperasi, terutama dalam pelaporan keuangan tepat waktu dan sesuai dengan standar akutansi yang ditetapkan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa penyampaian materi dan memberikan pemahaman tentang laporan keuangan yang dibuat khususnya pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Koperasi Serba Usaha.Pada akhir pelaksanaannya kegiatan ini para pelaku dapat mengelola keuangan dengan baik khususnya menyajikan laporan keuangan dengan benar.
