Abstract

Timbulan sampah yang semakin meningkat membutuhkan pengelolaan sampah yang maksimal. Pengelolaan sampah yang maksimal membutuhkan infrastruktur untuk mengelola sampah dari sumbernya. Salah satu infrastruktur untuk mengelola sampah dari sumber yaitu Tempat Pengelolaan Sampah Terpadu (TPST). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proyeksi jumlah timbulan sampah dan sarana dan prasarana di TPST Desa Kalidawir hingga tahun 2032. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis matematis dan perhitungan timbulan sampah mengacu pada SNI 19-3983-1995. Sedangkan untuk proyeksi penduduk menggunakan metode aritmatika. Hasil penelitian jumlah penduduk Desa Kalidawir pada tahun 2023 sebesar 4.118 jiwa dengan timbulan sampah sebesar 11,324 m3/hari dan pada tahun 2032 jumlah penduduk yaitu sebesar 5.897 jiwa dengan timbulan sampah sebesar 16,216 m3/hari. Kebutuhan tenaga kerja di TPST Desa Kalidawir pada tahun 2032 berdasarkan hasil perhitungan proyeksi tenaga kerja sebanyak 18 orang dan untuk luas fasilitas pengolahan sampah sebesar 261 m2. The increasing generation of waste requires maximum waste management. Maximum waste management requires infrastructure to manage waste from the source. One of the infrastructures for managing waste from the source is the Integrated Waste Management Site (TPST). This research aims to determine the projection of the amount of waste generation and facilities and infrastructure at the Kalidawir Village TPST until 2032. This research uses mathematical analysis methods and waste generation calculations referring to SNI 19-3983-1995. Meanwhile, population projections use the arithmetic method. The research results show that the population of Kalidawir Village in 2023 will be 4,118 people with a waste generation of 11,324 m3/day, and in 2032 the population will be 5,897 people with waste generation of 16,216 m3/day. The need for labor at the Kalidawir Village TPST in 2032 is based on the results of a projected workforce of 18 people and a waste processing facility area of 261 m2.

Abstract

Tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk berpengaruh pada volume sampah yang berasal dari hasil konsumsi penduduk. Semakin meningkatnya pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk, pembangunan dan kegiatan industri, maka sampah yang dihasilkan juga akan semakin meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini menghitung timbulan sampah yang ada di kabupaten sidoarjo selama 20 tahun kedepan dan membuat perencanaan proyeksi kapasitas yang diperlukan di TPA Kabupaten Sidoarjo selama 20 tahun kedepan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data dari BPS, SIPSN, dan DLHK. Proses penelitian ini menghitung proyeksi penduduk dan timbulan sampah selama 20 tahun dengan menggunakan metode aritmatika. Hasil penelitian menunjukan untuk pertumbuhan masyarakat Kabupaten Sidoarjo setiap tahun mengalami pertumbuhan 0,16% setiap tahun. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan proyeksi timbulan sampah di Kabupaten Sidoarjo mengalami kenaikan 200 t/h, sedangkan kapasitas TPA sidoarjo hanya menampun 450 t/h. Maka dari itu perlunya pengolahan yang masif baik sebelum dikirim ke TPA, maupun pengolahan pada tempat TPA sendiri. The population growth rate affects the volume of waste from population consumption. The increasing population growth, development, and industrial activities, the more waste produced. The purpose of this study is to calculate the waste generation in Sidoarjo Regency for the next 20 years and to plan the capacity projection required at the Sidoarjo Regency TPA for the next 20 years. This study was conducted by collecting data from BPS, SIPSN, and DLHK. The research process calculates the population projection and waste generation for 20 years using the arithmetic method. The results of the study show that the growth of the Sidoarjo Regency community has grown by 0.16% each year. Meanwhile, the results of the calculation of the waste generation projection in Sidoarjo Regency have increased by 200 t/h, while the capacity of the Sidoarjo TPA only accommodates 450 t/h. Therefore, massive processing is needed both before being sent to the TPA, and processing at the TPA itself.

Abstract

The role of green entrepreneurship is sufficient to realize a green economy. This study aims to understand the existing literature and research on green entrepreneurship in the green economy. The literature was reviewed systematically following the PRISMA guidelines for performing and reporting systematic literature reviews. Some reviewed articles were included based on a systematic search of the Scopus database. The research agenda was provided using quantitative, multilevel, and management perspective analysis. Continental Europe has made the most contributions to this field. The developments in green entrepreneurship research in the green economy can be attributed to several factors, such as environmental concern, SDGs, resource efficiency, climate change mitigation, innovation, social inclusion and measurement. Further research can be carried out using the team level by connecting the management perspective of finance, operation and human resource.

Abstract

Household organic waste is one of the largest contributors to municipal solid waste in Indonesia and, if not properly managed, can cause significant environmental pollution. The utilization of organic waste through anaerobic digestion to produce biogas offers an environmentally friendly solution while simultaneously providing a renewable energy source. This study aims to analyze the potential of biogas production from household organic waste and to evaluate the quality of the resulting biogas. The methodology includes collecting household organic waste samples, conducting fermentation in a laboratory-scale digester, and measuring the volume and methane content of the produced biogas. The results indicate that household organic waste, particularly food residues, contains a high level of organic matter, enabling significant biogas generation with methane concentrations suitable for alternative fuel use. The utilization of household organic waste for biogas production not only supports waste reduction efforts but also contributes to the development of clean and sustainable energy.

Abstract

Instability in production planning (or better known as schedule instability) is unavoidable. This makes the company companies make various efforts to minimize the level of instability. There are several strategies that are generally used to minimize instability schedules, including freezing, safety stock / buffer. In this study, we will try to use a coordination approach to minimize the consequences of instability schedules in a simple supply chain. The simple supply chain system is the focus of this study consisting of one entrepreneur and one supplier integrated through a coordination mechanism (sharing information relating to order orders). This research will be conducted to study a full factorial experiment (full factorial experiment). A variety of different operational conditions are also considered such as: the uncertainty of financing, the cost structure, and the inventory policy applied by the company to be the part observed in this study. The results of this study, namely through the existence of a coordination mechanism, can reduce the level of schedule instability in each entity both manufacturing and supplier. In addition, through coordination it is also able to eliminate the transfer of risks that manufacturers often make to suppliers in the production planning section, as well as being able to reduce total costs to manufacturing or supplier entities. Through this research, it is expected to provide an understanding in the manufacturing industry of the importance of coordination in the supply chain system.
