Abstract

Kegiatan angkutan umum berkembang demikian pesatnya, sehingga setiap usaha angkutan umum salah satunya angkutan umum kereta api melakukan perenovasian  dan peningkatan pelayanan dari segala aspek. Dalam strategi pemasaran, untuk meningkatkan penjualan faktor penting yang perlu diperhatikan adalah tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Monitoring kepuasan pelanggan yang dilakukan dengan baik merupakan bahan untuk melakukan evaluasi yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan untuk pengambilan keputusan terkait peningkatan layanan kereta api, pemenuhan proses pelayanan yang dibutuhkan pelanggan, dan perbaikan proses pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat sejauhmana fasilitas pelayanan publik dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan pada pengguna commuter line. Selain itu juga untuk melihat seberapa besar fasilitas pelayanan publik dipengaruhi kualitas pelayanan pada pengguna commuter line. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan software SPSS 21.0. Dalam penelitian ditemukan bahwa pelayanan publik berpengaruh positif signifikan pada kepuasan pelanggan pengguna kereta commuter line, dimana semakin tinggi pelayanan publik yang diberikan kereta commuter line, maka kepuasan pelanggan akan semakin tinggi. Standar pelayanan publik kereta api berpengaruh positif signifikan pada kepuasan pelanggan pengguna kereta commuter line.

Abstract

This research is aimed at measuring the direct and indirect effects of work stress on work productivity through motivation. This research implements quantitative research with the subject of wholesale traders who work at Mall The sequence used in this analysis is hypothesis testing using SPSS version 26 statistical tools. The results of the research state that the work stress variable partially influences work productivity with a calculated t value of 6,403 > 1.98217, work stress partially influences motivation with a calculated t value of 8,557 > 1.98217, motivation partially influences work productivity with a t value calculated 5,875 > 1.98217, and the indirect influence of work stress on work productivity through motivation has an influence with a total influence value greater than the direct influence value of 0.838 > 0.525.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance through work discipline significantly on employee performance at PT.Sebastian Jaya Metal. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach, the sample of this study amounted to 100 employees. Data collection techniques used with questionnaire, observation and interview methods. Data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis test, instrument test and hypothesis test, the result of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on work discipline, work discipline is significant to employee performance, leadership has a significant effect on employee performance and work discipline can mediate leadership to employee performance at PT Sebastian Jaya Metal.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether discipline has an effect on employee performance through compensation. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees at the PT Employee Cooperative. Archipelago Bonded Zone (Persero). Determining the sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely the entire population was sampled, amounting to 100 employees. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25. The methods used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, t test, and path analysis test. The research results show that discipline has an influence on compensation, compensation has an influence on employee performance, discipline has an influence on employee performance. The results of the path analysis test are Discipline on Employee Performance through Compensation at the PT Employee Cooperative. Archipelago Bonded Zone (Persero)

Abstract

This study aims to measure the direct effect and indirect effect of organizational culture on employee performance through motivation. This study uses quantitative research methods with the subject of PT Logistics Palletindo Group employees. The population in this study were 57 employees and the sample size was 57 respondents using the saturated sampling technique formula. The design used in this study is hypothesis testing using the statistical tool SPSS version 26. The results showed that organizational culture affects employee performance with a t value of 3.416> 2.00404, organizational culture affects motivation with a t value of 3.664> 2.00404, motivation affects employee performance with a t value of 11.814> 2.00404, and the indirect effect of organizational culture on employee performance through motivation has a significant effect with a total effect value greater than the direct effect of 0.375> 0.793.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of motivation on teacher performance through work discipline at Binakarya Mandiri Vocational School, Bekasi City. This research uses a quantitative type of research. There are two types of data used in this research, namely primary data and secondary data. Data is collected through preparing statements that will be submitted and answered by respondents in the form of a questionnaire. The population was all teachers at Binakarya Mandiri Vocational School, Bekasi City, totaling 100 teacher, and this research used a saturated sample. Then, the data that has been collected will be processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program version 26. The conclusions of this research are as follows : 1. Motivation on teacher performance has an influence on Binakarya Mandiri Vocational School, Bekasi City. This states that a teacher who always attends teacher meetings at school is very important in carrying out his duties because of the support and development of teacher, so that teacher always provide examples to help students understand learning material, so motivation can improve teacher perfoemance. 2. Motivation towards work discipline has an influence on Binakarya Mandiri Vocational School, Bekasi City. This states that a teacher who always attends teacher meetings at school is very important in carrying out his duties because of the support and development of teacher so that teacher are always present on time at school and there is encouragement of teacher work enthusiasm and responsibility, so motivation can improve work discipline. 3. work discipline on teacher performance has an influence on Binakarya Mandiri Vocational School, Bekasi City. This states that a teacher is always present at school on time, so the teacher always provides examples to help students understand the learning material in order to achieve goals, so that work discipline can improve teacher performance. 4. The results of the path analysis test show that the total influence value is greater than the direct influence, so that work discipline can function as a mediating variable between motivation and teacher performance at Binakarya Mandiri Vocational School, Bekasi City.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether Competency has an effect on Teacher Performance through Work Discipline. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study were teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Cikarang Barat. Determining the sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely the entire number filled in was used as a sample of 106 teachers. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26. The methods used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, t test, and path analysis test. The research results show that competence influences teacher performance, competency influences work discipline, work discipline influences teacher performance. The results of the path analysis test show that competency influences teacher performance through work discipline at SMK Negeri 1 Cikarang Barat.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Denmabesad Damkar Unit. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods. The number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents and processed the results of the respondent data using saturated samples with the Classical Assumption Test method. And Hypothesis Testing T Test, F Test. The software used in this research uses IBM SPSS 26. The results of this research show that the T X1 test on Y has a significance value of 0.01 < 0.05. Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of leadership style on employee performance in the Denmabesad firefighting unit that (1) leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance in the Denmabesad firefighting unit, (2) work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance in the Denmabesad firefighting unit, ( 3) Leadership Style and Work Motivation together have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at the Denmabesad Fire Department Unit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Non-Physical Work Environment affects Employee Performance through Communication. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Data analysis using Smart PLS 3.0. The analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, r-square test, q-square test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the non-physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on communication by 83%. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 79%. The non-physical work environment has no effect on employee performance. The non-physical work environment on employee performance through communication has a positive and significant effect of 66.5% and the remaining 33.5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the direct and indirect influence of competence on employee performance through work discipline. This research uses quantitative research methods with the subjects being employees of the North Tambun District Office. The population in this study was 43 employees and the sample size was 43 respondents using the saturated sampling technique formula. The design used in this research is hypothesis testing using the statistical tool SPSS version 26. The results of the research show that competence has no effect on employee performance with a t value of 1.411 > 2.01954, competence has an effect on work discipline with a t value of 3.983 > 2.01954, work discipline has an effect on employee performance with a t value of 5.627 > 2.01954, and the indirect influence of competence on employee performance through work discipline has an effect with a total effect value greater than the direct effect of 0.563 > 0.215.
