Abstract

This study aims to determine student learning productivity in the class separator learning system between male and female students at SMP Islam Al-Maarif 01 Singosari. The problem in this research is what are the factors that hinder the class separation learning system and how the implementation of the learning stsyem in SMP islam Al-Maarif 01 Singosari. The researcher uses a phenomology based qualitative approach by using acase study tipe of research. The resilts of this study have two positive and negative sides in the implementation of the class separator learning system, the positive side as long as the sytem is implementes, student behavior is better, delinquency that often occurs has decreased, and the negative side of male student tends to decrease and is not enthusiastic. Inte learning process.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at Pertamina Marifat gas station in Kradenan Banyuwangi. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of facilities and service quality on customer satisfaction. The independent variables used are facilities and service quality, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The sample used in this study were 65 respondents who were consumers of Pertamina Marifat gas stations in Kradenan Banyuwangi. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is instrument test, path analysis, f test and t test of determination using IBM SPSS computer software for data processing. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the Product Price and Product Quality Factors on Brand Attitudes through Brand Awareness as an Intervening Variable. In measuring this variable, the dependent variable is brand, the independent variable is product price and product quality, while the intervention variable is brand awareness. In this study, the type of research used was quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Quantitative research method is one type of research whose specifications are systematic, well-planned and clearly structured from the beginning to the making of the research design. The method used in managing the data using multiple linear regression analysis tool through the SPSS program. The data used are primary data as well as secondary data obtained by using interview techniques, questionnaires, direct and indirect observations. The sample in this study is unknown, so in this study using the Maholtra formula with details of 17 indicators x 5 = 85. From the processing data, it is found that product price and product quality have a direct effect on brand awareness, product price and product quality have a direct effect on brand attitude., Brand awareness has a direct effect on brand attitude., and product price and product quality have an indirect effect on brand attitude through brand awareness as an intervention. Keywords: Brand Atitude, Product Price, Product Quality, And Brand Awareness.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of attitudes, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control simultaneously and partially on online purchase intentions using Shopee Paylater. This type of research used is quantitative research. The sample in this study were students in the city of Malang who had used Shopee Paylater. Data collection technique used is through the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that attitudes, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control simultaneously influence the intention to buy online using Shopee Paylater. Partially, attitudes influence online purchase intentions using Shope Paylater. Meanwhile, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control have no effect on online purchase intentions using Shopee Paylater. Keywords: Attitude, Subjective Norm, Perceived Behavior Control, Online Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Abstract In this modern era a lot of progress in the business world. Competition is so tight that every producer continues to develop its business to win the competition. One of them is a culinary business in the field of noodles, such as Mie Gacoan. In this research, the researcher chose Mie Gacoan Dinoyo Malang as the material to be studied. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of customer experience, customer satisfaction and customer bonding on customer loyalty at Mie Gacoan Dinoyo Malang. The population in this study were FEB students class of 2019 at the Islamic University of Malang, customers of Dinoyo Malang Gacoan Noodles. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 70 respondents. The results of the study show that partially Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Bonding have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Meanwhile, simultaneously Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Bonding have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. The results of this study can be used as a reference for further researchers by developing the variables studied and adding populations and samples to develop research. Keywords: Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Bonding, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of work placement and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Yamaha Musical Products Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic has had many impacts in various fields, including work placements and employee motivation within the company. PT Yamaha Musical Products Indonesia experienced a decline in employee absenteeism during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis method and statistical analysis method using Multiple Regression Test. the results of this study indicate a significant influence of work placement and employee motivation on employee performance. Partially, job placement has no effect on employee performance. Partially, employee motivation has an effect on company performance. Keywords: Work Placement, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of trust, and cohesiveness on decision making moderated by emotional intelligence contained in KMPA UKM "Ranti Pager Aji" Universitas Islam Malang. Sampling in this study used saturated sampling, namely by using the entire existing population to be used as a sample. The data analysis method used in this study is by using outer model and inner model testing. Based on the results of the study, it is known that trust and group cohesiveness have a significant effect on decision making. However, on the moderation effect of emotional intelligence does not exert a significant influence  of trust, and group cohesiveness on decision making. Abstract

Abstract This research is to find out and analyze tourist attractions, ticket prices and accessibility to tourist satisfaction in Gresik setigi nature tourism. The population in the study was natural tourist attractions setigi Gresik. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria with 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of tourist attractions (X1), ticket prices (X2) and accessibility (X3) had a contribution to the tourist satisfaction variable (Y) of 70.7% and the remaining 29.3% was explained by other independent variables that were not in the study. And simultaneously and partially tourist attraction, ticket price and accessibility have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction.  Keywords: Tourist Attraction, Ticket Price, Accessibility, Tourist Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract Organization is any form of union between two or more people who work together for common purposes and are formally bound in a fellowship in which there is always a relationship between a person or group of people called leaders and one or other people called subordinates (Hari Sulaksono, 2015: 1). The purpose of this study was to determine Student Preferences in Choosing Organizations in UNISMA student activists. The sample in this study was 88 respondents with the technique used in this study purposive sampling. The results of this study show that: 1. The combination of attributes that are considered the most important is at the social level, Organizational Goals, Perceptions of seniors, Values of Responsibility and honesty 2. Attributes based on interests are organizational characteristics 3. The most important attribute level is the image of the organization in the values of responsibility and honesty, organizational characteristics are found in organizational goals, motivation from seniors is found in perceptions of seniors, and development is in social attitudes. Keyword : Preferences, Organizational Image, Organizational Characteristics, Motivation From Seniors, Self-Development.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to examine the effect of the variables Financial Technology, Financial Literacy, and Gender on Financial Behavior in Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang . The population in this study is 598. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and obtained as many as 86 students. The data analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that Financial Technology no significant effect on Financial Behavior. Financial Literacy significant effect on Financial Behavior.
