Abstract

AbstractThis research is intended to study the process and implementation of mediation in the Malang City Religious Court. The subject of the debate from this research is what problems are faced by the judge in seeking peace towards the parties and what efforts are made by the judges in the Malang City Religious Court starting from the problems raised by research seeking research under several sub-examples namely : 1) What is the process of conducting mediation in the Malang City Religious Court? (2) What are the problems of the judge in conducting the mediation of divorce cases in the Malang City Religious Court without success? (3) Doing mediator judge efforts in conducting mediation in Malang City Religious Court?In accordance with the above title, this study is included in the category of field research (field research). While the nature of this research is descriptive-analytic, namely describing the discussion material coming from various sources for later analysis carefully in order to obtain results as a result of the study. The license used is juridical based on the applicable laws in Indonesia (positive law). In analyzing the data obtained using qualitative data analysis, after the data collected were analyzed using the deduction method, namely by using the process obtained from general truth.Based on observations during the Malang City Religious Court, in reconciling the parties to be reconciled until now it has been running omtimal because there are other problems such as, problems that need to be by the mediator Judge as for the number of mediators in the Malang Religious Court as many as 23 people and the number of cases approved by the panel of judges per day totaling 50 or more cases a day if one month reaches 1,500 cases then it is certainly difficult for the mediating judge to maximize fully mediated cases, and issues related to the negotiating parties first and are reconciled by their respective parents so the mediator is rather difficult to reconcile the two sides.Key Words: Mediation, Mediator, Role of Judges

Abstract

Thus this research tries to pour out some ideas about how to instill the values of character education through religious activities. The results showed that (1). the efforts of the Head of Madrasah and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teachers have reached very high abilities, In terms of the process of creating students to achieve good character values, it is very optimal and has changes that are starting to be seen from students, educators, parents and the surrounding community, (2) the obstacles faced in the process of inculcating the values of character education through religious activities at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Tasikmadu, namely the negligence of students to bring juz 'ammah or Al-Qur'an, students who are difficult to condition, and parents' lack of awareness of the importance of assistance in child development. As for the supporting factors, namely Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Tasikmadu Malang City has several facilities that are sufficient to support the planned process effort, The Madrasah is located right in the heart of the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, the residents of the Madrasah are very helpful in supervising students, (3) based on the efforts to instill values and character that are practiced at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Tasikmadu Malang City, it forms a good character for students, religious activities in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatul Mutbadiin Tasikmadu Malang City which are formed from these efforts are. 5S (Smile, Greetings, Greetings, Polite, Polite), pray together, pray dhuha and dhuhur prayer in congregation, muraja'ah memorization, and Hajj rituals. The character values instilled through religious activities are religious values, discipline, and responsibility.

Abstract

The research conducted is about the role of the headmaster in improving the quality of madrasah in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Huda Malang. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. In this study, researchers found the role of the headmaster and factors supporting and inhibiting headmaster in improving the quality of the headmaster. The role of the madrasah head is by holding the leadership principle Qawwiyun Aminun, as well as the role of leader, role as manager and role as educator. In carrying out all of these roles, there are factors supporting and inhibiting madrasah principals in improving the quality of madrasas, among other factors supporting principals in the role of teachers and student guardians. increasingly tight agendas in madrasas over the last five years, as well as the high desire and expectations of teachers and employees for madrasah progress as the inhibiting factor is the minimal school land owned by madrasas so that classrooms are still very limited, in terms of infrastructure has been fulfilled but it is still very limited, the lack of collaboration between teachers and employees in the team when procuring school programs.

Abstract

AbstractMadrasah leadership is defined as leadership in accordance with the situation to influence subordinates by strengthening confidence, encouragement, cooperation and support to achieve the goals of educational institutions. In this study researchers used the 3 instrument method, namely: interview, observation and documentation. This study aims to describe: the leadership of the madrasah principals in improving the quality of education at MI Attaraqqie Malang, describing the role of the principal in improving the quality of education in Attaraqqie MI Malang and describing the inhibiting factors in improving the quality of education at Attaraqqie MI Malang. While the results of the study show that the role of the headmaster in improving the quality of education as: managers at Malang Attaraqqie MI by empowering education staff through MGWP, workshops, seminars and others, leaders at MI Attaraqqie Malang by establishing good communication with the madrasah community and supervisor at Attaraqqie Malang MI with supervision on the implementation of the learning process. Keywords: The Character Of Headmaster, Quality Of Education.

Abstract

The Al-Baghdadi method in the Al-Qur'an education park program is a very easy method to understand, because the material discussed by children is easier and more practical, the target material is delivered very clearly and is not used by others. The purpose of this research is to study the Al-Qur'an education park program in the Islamic City of Al-Fattah Malang City and to study the application of Al-Baghdadi in the Al-Qur'an education school in Ibtidaiyah Islam Al-Fattah Malang City. This study uses qualitative and the type of research is a case study. Data obtained by researchers through interviews, interviews, observation. The results showed that the Al-Qur'an education park program using the Al-Baghdadi method in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Fattah Malang City was very good and with the enthusiasm of foundations, teachers, parents or guardians of students and children were very supportive in using this method. As for the implementation of activities in the Al-Qur'an education park program using the Al-Baghdadi method, namely: learning to read the Koran, memorizing short surahs, introducing hijaiyah letters and Arabic numerals.

Abstract

This report is in order to figure out how the strategy used teachers in improving the quality of learning fiqih class 1 madrasah ibtidaiyah khadija. Poor this research was done using, data collection techniques of them: observation, interviews and dokumentation. Documentation in this research, researchers used instrument interview to find the problems that have to be researched. At this point, teachers less consistent in using, learning strategy a method of learning, and the media learning so that students to take the matter with well and good. The main causes is teacher less creative and innovative in drawing up lesson plans and develop it using the strategies of learning, a method of learning, and the media. Learning in this case researchers will talk about quality of learning fiqih and strategies to improve teacher quality of learning fiqih one class  in madrasah ibtidaiyah khadija. Related to this, the researchers found the researchers found learning in accordance with maple fiqih one class at the madrassa ibtidaiyah khadija malang such a strategy that centered on students called inkuiri.Which his course has made the students become active and fun in the process of learning. As for a strategy in improving the quality of learning fiqih among them: teachers have to make lesson plans with creative and innovative in order to facilitate students receive, material teachers aware of the purpose of learning, and find sources other than lks.Keywords: Teacher strategy, quality of learning fiqih .

Abstract

In order to implement good character education in students, educational institutions should apply the culture of MI Bustanul Ulum. The goal is to habituate the character expected by the MI Bustanul Ulum . MI Bustanul Ulum culture and character education must at least go hand in hand in shaping the character of students. This research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bustanul ulum Kota batu on cempaka street no. 25 Pesanggrahan. This study uses a qualitative approach, where the data obtained is based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that principals and MI Bustanul Ulum residents actively participate in implementing character education through 5S culture (smile, say to hello, greetings, polite, manners) and character education in this madrasah characterized by a dynamic and positive value through habituation that starts from the smallest thing so participants students become good individuals.Keywords: Character building, Cultural madrasah, Cultural 5S (smile, say to hello, greetings, polite, manners).

Abstract

The results of the study show 1. Learning planning using the Group Investigation learning model in learning Islamic religious education in the treatment of corpses in Class XI Language I Students of An-Nur Bululawang High School. a). describe basic competencies in the syllabus into the learning implementation plan (RPP), b). Determine the learning media that will be applied. 2. the implementation of learning using the Group Investigation learning model .3. learning outcomes observations that have been applied in implementing learning by giving student learning outcomes tests and student observation sheets in each cycle. 4. Reflection concludes the results of observations and tests of student learning outcomes, there has been an increase or not. In this study the results of student learning tests from the first cycle have increased, which is before the first cycle the value of the average student 66.07. And the average value of cycle 1 obtained by students is 71.07. Whereas in the second cycle it has reached the predetermined standard, which is the average value of 74.06. With the increase in learning outcomes, it can be said that the Group Investigation learning model can increase student motivation which will have an impact on the learning outcomes of class XI Language I students of An-Nur Bululawang High School, especially in PAI (Fiqh) learning.Keyword: Group Investigation learning model, Student learning motivation

Abstract

Many researches on the development of akhlaqul karimah have been carried out, but the internalization of Islamic values in its development has yet to be determined. This research aims to increase the knowledge and roles of students, parents, teachers and the community in overcoming negative influences in the era of globalization starting at the family, school and community levels. Using case study research, and in-depth interviews with two high school teachers Amaarif Singosari Malang, and analyzing with qualitative analysis. Research results; in intracurricular activities, among others, planning teachers, creating learning units, carrying out teaching activities. In the extracurricular field, including congregational prayers, Dhuhr Prayers at Almaarif Singosari High School, Commemoration of Islamic Holidays in commemoration of Islamic holidays, Duha Prayers, Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School. And the inhibiting factors include the lack of religious education for students' parents, there are still students who are less aware of doing religious activities, less supportive facilities, information technology, and the environment. The results of this study require Islamic religious education teachers to foster the morals of students to apply, practice and direct moral development so that the essence or learning of akhlaqul karimah itself is used in the daily lives of students as well as the growth of innovative thinking and creativity.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the efforts of teachers in motivating students to learn with game methods and their supporting and inhibiting factors in Maarif 02 Islamic Middle School Malang. The problem faced is that there are some students who some students are less motivated in learning, bored, lazy, do not pay attention to the teacher's explanation so that the classroom atmosphere becomes less active. this study uses qualitative methods where documents are obtained based on the results of interviews, observation, and documentation. Which is analyzed by document reduction, document presentation conclusion drawing. The results of this study using the game method show that students' learning motivation increases in PAI subjects, students become active, changes in student behavior so that the classroom atmosphere becomes active and students want to be invited to work together by the teacher to achieve learning goals.
