Abstract

Abstract    His study aims to determine the influence of shopping lifestyle, consumer trust and halal labels on purchasing decisions on Wardah products. This study used a type of quantitative research. The sampling technique used the maholtra formula and obtained the results of 80 respondents. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The data analysis methods used in this study are Instrument Test (validity test and reliability test), Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test (f test), and (t test), Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R2) and the analysis process using SPSS. From the results of partial research, it was found that shopping lifestyle has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, consumer confidence has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and halal labels have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While simultaneously shopping lifestyle, consumer trust and halal labels have a significant influence on purchasing decisions Keywords: Shopping lifestyle, Consumer Trust, Halal Label, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract  This research aimed to identify the effect of lifestyle, price, and product quality on iPhone purchasing decisions in Malang City. The independent variables used are lifestyle, price, and product quality, while the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample used in this study were 115 people in Malang city who used an iPhone. The data collected using a questionnaire. The analysis method using a instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test R2, determination test, hypothesis testing using the help of SPSS 25.0 computer software. The results of this study indicate that Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and Lifestyle, Price, and Product Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the IPhone Purchase Decision variable in Malang City. Keyword: Lifestyle, Price, Product Quality, And Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abtract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of punishment, reward and work motivation on employee performance at PT. PG Rajawali 1. This research is a quantitative research with technical data collection using a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 72 respondents. Place This research was conducted at PT. PG Rajawali 1 Jl. Raya Krebet No. 10 districts. Bululawang, Kab. Malang, East Java. The sampling technique used is the accidental sampling method. Processing of primary data using analysis of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25. technique with multiple regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that partially each of the independent variables has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and together they have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Keywords : punishment, reward, work motivation, and employee performance

Abstract

Abstract The development of the internet encourages innovation in various fields. So it can make it easier for someone to access everything on the internet using a smartphone/gadget which almost everyone has. With so many smartphone users, the marketing process of a business can develop more quickly online. One of the online-based businesses that is currently trending in Indonesia is the online transportation business. Determining the attractiveness of advertisements, prices and Electronic Word Of Mouth are things that are of great concern to influence the interest of service users. In this research, the Grab online transportation service was used as the research object because it has many consumers and good ratings from consumers. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 75 respondents. The data analysis methods used are instrument testing, normality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The research results show that the variables of advertising attractiveness, price and Electronic Word Of Mouth simultaneously have a significant effect on the interest of users of the Grab online transportation service. Apart from that, the variables of advertising attractiveness, price and word of mouth partially influence the interest of users of the Grab online transportation service. In this research, the coefficient of determination value was 59.5%. Keywords: Advertising Attractiveness, Price, Word of Mouth, Service User Interest.

Abstract

Abstract The rapid development in the industrial world has resulted in fierce competition between business actors. One of these businesses is CV Bina Mandiri X. The purpose of this research with this type of explanatory research and quantitative approach is to find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and incentives on employee loyalty at CV Bina Mandiri X, either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all employees of CV Bina Mandiri X, totaling 60 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where all members of the population are used as a sample which is then found to be 60 respondents. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. Based on the results of this study, job satisfaction and incentives at CV Bina Mandiri X simultaneously and partially have an influence on employee loyalty. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Incentives And Employee Loyalty
