Abstract

Researchers do an analysis of the ability of a child who has graduated from PAUD Program  at Rumah Pintar Papakmanggu, in Kampung Papakmanggu, Desa Cibodas, Kecamatan Pasirjambu, Kabupaten Bandung to get picture in detail how conditions PAUD graduate who has entered the primary school level. Researchers will conduct interviews to teachers SDN Papakmanggu, where all the PAUD graduates school there. The result from this study is, PAUD in Rumah Pintar Papakmanggu. Research that has been carried out, explaining that PAUD programs have provided positive for a change to the children who attend PAUD programs for free, this is evidenced by the results of research conducted on teacher elementary in Papakmanggu on the ability of children who attend PAUD states that children who attend PAUD has advantages in terms of cognitive aspects such as having the ability to read, write, and count is not owned by a child who does not follow the PAUD.Keyword: PAUD, Social Responsibilty, Rumah Pintar, Satoe Indonesia, and Early Childhood

Abstract

At the beginning of the second decade in the 21st century, K-Pop which part of the Korean Wave (Hallyu) has managed to achieve success flapping wings to foreign countries. Indonesia is one country that is affected by the presence of K-Pop music. K-Pop music influences in Indonesia that occur are marked by numerous musical concerts which held by Korean boyband and girlband. Likewise the emergence of new boyband and girlband from Indonesia who are follow K-Pop musical style. Indonesia's young generation is now being hit by K-Pop fever. The research is conducted to capture a phenomenon of K-Pop culture by young generation in Bandung which expected to represent Indonesia in general. The studies illustrate several aspects: the background of K-Pop could become a trend among the younger generation, identifying the role of media in spreading K-Pop music, as well as the culture that appeared among K-Pop fans. Various kinds of appreciation are made by young generation towards K-Pop so it emerges a new habit among K-Pop fans. Results indicate three aspects of research that can make a successful K-Pop captivate Indonesia young generation, specifically in terms of content, delivery, and the behavior of K-Pop consumer itself. In terms of content, K-Pop are adored because of artist physical appearance, music, and choreography which is exciting and has typical features. In terms of delivery, K-Pop which is dependence on the Internet and advances in information technology make K-Pop easily and quickly spread. In terms of fan behavior, they are always well appreciated and very loyal with their craze. K-Pop having some effects of positive but also negative for Indonesian people especially among teenagers. It is so easy for Indonesian people society to accept foreign cultures which can actually shift the original Indonesian culture. The entry of foreign culture into a country is actually reasonable as long as the cultural in line with the personality of the nations. Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that have the largest number of forest in the world. Indonesia had previously been named by the United Nations to be one of the largest oxygen producing countries in the world and into the lungs of the world. But now Indonesia has lost a lot of their forest. This was shown by the destruction of forests across Indonesia, and make Indonesia as one of the countries that has the fastest deforestation in the world. Global warming is one of the major problems that must be faced by all people in the world. Therefore PT. Pertamina seeks to find solutions to these problems and create a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) that aims to reduce the effects from global warming that has been faced by the world residents. Corporate social responsibility program from PT. Pertamina. This program is aimed to reduce the effects of global warming and want to improve the welfare of the people in East Lombok to check this program has been running smoothly or not, The author will analyze the relationship between each of the parties involved in implementing the "Gerakan Menabung Pohon" in Lombok Timur to see if the program has been able to show any results for the environment and local communities. To achieve the above objectives, the authors will use several independent theories literally community development, sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, and theoretical effectiveness of CSR programs to the community and the environment. And to get the results of this project the author uses a methodology, design research problem identification, data collection, data analysis and conclusions. And the result from this project is, the movements to plant 100 million trees by PT. Pertamina has contributed in reforestation in Indonesia and improve the welfare of the people. Abstract

Abstract.Entrepreneurship is key driver of economic condition of a country. One important role that entrepreneurs play is creating job opportunities. The increased employment level will mitigate or reduce poverty levels and economic disparities and increase the per capita income all of which are indicators of economic development. This final project is to analysis is about social entrepreneurship (a case studty of roemah entrepreneur). The model used assess participation, observation, and interview. This models explain about impact to the member of Roemah Entrepreneur, impact to the surrounding  community, corporate social responsibility, community development, community empowerment, and social entrepreneurship. Abstract

The most essential part of a cycle is a monitoring and evaluation program. Monitoring helps us to assess the position of program implementation and evaluation to help us measure the performance of our work. Secondly it helps organizations to improve performance and speed of application programs.Equafole is a profitable company that is managed by students SBM-ITB II level as a form of learning how to do business. The company is engaged in the sale of products that focus go green activity. Until now, Equafole has implemented the program for a year and kept walking. Many companies that have development programs and requires an evaluation and monitoring to improve the company's performance.In this final project, the writer wants to give some recommendations for Equafole concepts. The recommended program is generated through consideration of habits and perceptions. Abstract

One of the significant way to improve the perfomance of the company is developing corporate entrepreneurship within the employees. An Entrepreneurial mindset is needed in this growing business world. Therefore, for having a good organization performance, a company also has to have entrepreneurial leaders. The author decided to measure and analyze the corporate entrepreneurial in PT. Bank X as this company is one of the biggest bank in Indonesia that very influential to the economic performance of Indonesia.author use Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey (EOS) and Entrepreneurial Leadership Questionaire (ELQ) to measure the corporate entrepreneurial culture and leadership characteristic within directorates in PT. Bank X.[1]Purpose:this research is conducted to analyze the entrepreneurial orientation (dimensions of entrepreneurship culture) and analyze the importance of entrepreneurial leadership characteristics.Design/methodology/approach:author use Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey (EOS) and Entrepreneurial Leadership Questionaire (ELQ) to measure the corporate entrepreneurial culture and leadership characteristic inPT. Bank X within the directorates.Findings:Using those three kinds of approaches, author will find the entrepreneurhip orientation implemented by employees of the directorate. And also this research finds the leadership characteristic of directorates.Research limitations/implications: This research is focuses on orientation of the employee and the leaders’ characteristic.Originality/value:This research paper contains about measuring entrepreneurial culture of PT. Abstract

A large number of people in rural Indonesia are depending on agriculture for their livelihood. But the development of Indonesian agriculture has not brought many benefits to these people, and has a little impact on rural poverty. In a developed and populous country such Indonesia, the problem of rural poverty cannot be resolved by redistribution of land that is in short supply. Dairy farming is an alternative that can be an answer from the problem above. But dairy farming needs further attention so this sector can grow. Besides, dairy farming is basically not deviate from local community customary habit. So, this occupation is easier to be implemented and developed. The growth chance of dairy farming sector in Indonesia is increasing when the cooperative system for dairy farming is introduced in some of rural area. In Lembang, there is a one of 5 biggest cooperative in Indonesia, it is Koperasi Peternak Susu Bandung Utara –namely KPSBU. The main product is dairy milk. KPSBU held many events, activities, and programs to stimulate the milk productivity of dairy farmers by increasing the members’ wealth which is the KPSBU’s main focus in their sustainability. The author conducted a qualitative research with ethnography approach by observation. This research is research on stakeholder engagement that conducted and conducting between the dairy farmers and KPSBU and comparing it with AA1000SES (2011). Key Words: Dairy Farmers, Cooperative, Engagement.

Abstract

Abstract. National development has always been a big issue, moreover ever since the Millennium Declaration back in 2000 at the United Nation summit and attended by 189 countries. Indonesia, with its rich natural and human resource, is having a big advantage to develop. However, the fact in the reality talked different. Even though Indonesia has been able to improve ever since the declaration was made, Indonesia failed to reach the target. One of the government ways to develop the country is by encouraging private sectors to participate in developing the country. One of the ways is by making a certain rule regarding Corporate Social Responsibility that must be done by a company which form has became a liability company. One of the companies who have done this is PT. XYZ. However, a claim from certain local communities and local people that blame the company for the disaster that happened back in the end of 2015 encourage author to evaluate their CSR practice, since the goal of CSR practice is trust and this issue could affect it. This research aims to evaluate the CSR practices of PT. XYZ. Qualitative method, using participant observation approach to several informants would be used to get more information about the issue. The result indicated a gap between the people’s perspective and what the Company wants regarding the CSR practices and some problems were found regarding the system within the practices. SWOT analysis used to know what are the Company’s internal and external factors regarding their CSR practices. Finally, using TOWS analysis, the research would be able to give some strategic recommendations for the Company, which is to empower Marukana UMKM Cooperative to do several things that the Company could not do directly, to make another Community Development program, and to make a periodical and sudden supervision to know how the program is currently running.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Empowerment, Local Community, PT. Abstract

Indonesia is one of developing countries in the world. Developing countries usually face some common challenge that is economic crisis, the lack of education among poor communities, even environmental problems. Especially undeveloped area Nanggerang village, Sukabumi, West Java, Indonesia. The lack of water system and sanitation became a vital problem for Nanggerang village. This problem made quite impacts for Nanggerang village community in their daily life, economic and environmental condition. The problem is in the village nanggerang extremely vital, due to the absence of supporting clean water in the village. Therefore, PT. Danone Aqua CSR held to resolve the problems in the village. PT. Danone Aqua is responsible for water supply in the village limits nanggerang because it is located in close proximity to the company's spring water. With the passage of these CSR activities, PT. Danone Aqua involving many stakeholders, which he called the Multi-party partnership program. This research focuses on how Puteri Indonesia gives such a huge impact to Mustika Ratu in building and managing its brand image. Puteri Indonesia is a tool to add value in building image of Mustika Ratu through her activity and contribution, also the appearane includes clothes and the attributes, the activities in social field also in commercial, the ability in marketing communication as well as product knowledge which is surely well-exposed by mass media.
