Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing, kepercayaan konsumen dan kualitas produk terhadap minat pembelian pada produk UMKM Xavera di Bangka. Penelitian ini dilakukan dikarenakan persaingan yang semakin ketat di era globalisasi dan juga pemanfaatan pemasaran digital terus dioptimalkan oleh para pelaku UMKM dalam industri fashion khususnya hijab agar tetap bisa besaing dan bertahan dengan kondisi pademi Covid-19 yang terjadi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua konsumen yang sedang melakukan pembelian di toko Xavera Pangkalpinang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non probability sampling tepatnya accidental sampling yaitu teknik pemilihan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan. Sampel dala penelitian ini adalah sebesar 82 responden. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menggunakan uji F menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing, kepercayaan konsumen dan kualitas produk secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pembelian. Selanjutnya dengan menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pembelian, variabel kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pembelian serta variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pembelian. Selanjutnya variable independen yang dominan terhadap minat pembelian adalah digital marketing.

Abstract

: Digitization is the process of converting from analog to digital. The process of changing to digital has various goals, including work automation, minimizing paper use and also reducing costs. Financial statements have benefits for several parties such as investors, employees, creditors, suppliers, customers, governments and other parties. So that financial statements become very important information. However, recording financial statements manually by small businesses is sometimes difficult due to limitations, causing the company's financial statements to be uninformative and difficult to read. The limitation that is often faced by business actors is an educational background that does not understand accounting or bookkeeping, or lacks discipline in recording and others. Digitization is the right answer to overcome the limitations that occur in these small businesses. Digitizing financial statements is the process of changing the recording of transactions that occur manually into digital form. The purpose of this study is to find out how to apply digitalization of financial reports to small businesses in the culinary field in Pangkalpinang City.The type of research used is descriptive research that illustrates how the application of digitalization of financial statements there is a small business in the culinary field in the city of Pangkalpinang. The data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews and documentation. The focus in this research is financial statements and digitalization of financial statements. Haisl research shows 9 of 20 small business samples in the culinary field in Pangkalpinang have not used the digitalization of financial statements. The factors that cause this are because business actors believe that the business activities they run do not require digital recording can still be done manually. In addition, the amount of income and profit in the business so it is necessary to make it easier for business operations, and also the knowledge of business actors. Business actors who cannot keep up with technological developments are difficult to apply the digitalization of financial statements, so that it becomes a business obstacle that needs to be considered by the government.

Abstract

Economic growth is one of the goals that all regions want to achieve. Economic growth is an indicator of the success of a region in planning strategies in that region. One of the drivers of economic growth is the influx of new investment into an area. To see a good investment, we need to first analyze the potential of the area. This research aims to identify investment opportunities in Central Bangka Regency based on the Klassen Typology for the 2018 - 2022 period as material for the government's evaluation in determining regional development priorities to achieve economic growth. The method used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis. The data source used is data from the Central Bangka Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Based on the research results, it is known that there are 2 industrial sectors in quadrant 1, namely the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors as well as the transportation and warehousing sectors. Quadrant II contains 8 sectors, namely the electricity and gas procurement sector, provision of accommodation and food and drink, information and communication, financial and insurance services, real estate, educational services, health services and social activities and other services. Quadrant 3 contains 5 sectors, namely mining and quarrying, industrial management, construction, wholesale trade and ECE and government administration. In sector IV there are 2 industries, namely water supply, waste management, waste and recycling, and other services.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan digitalisasi seperti media sosial menjadi salah satu jawaban yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para pelaku usaha (Tiara Fitari & Lasmi Hartati, 2022). Banyaknya pengguna tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan oleh banyak pelaku usaha diantaranya UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) ESCOBANG yang merupakan usaha minuman kuliner yang saat ini masih dalam tahap progresif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas strategi penerapan skema konten dalam meningkatkan kinerja media sosial ESCOBANG. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan variabel jangkauan akun, interaksi akun, dan pengikut akun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan skema konten dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja Instagram ESCOBANG (@escobang_id) secara bertahap dalam jangka panjang. Diketahui pula bahwa ESCOBANG berpotensi meningkatkan brand awareness dengan memanfaatkan kinerja kontennya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan transformasi digital dalam praktik Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) di perusahaan startup di Indonesia. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai literatur dari periode 2017 hingga 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan startup di Indonesia telah mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dalam praktik MSDM mereka, dengan tingkat adopsi tertinggi ditemukan pada sektor teknologi finansial dan e-commerce. Beberapa faktor utama yang mendukung keberhasilan implementasi transformasi digital diidentifikasi, termasuk dukungan dari manajemen puncak, kesiapan infrastruktur teknologi, serta budaya organisasi yang fleksibel dan adaptif. Perusahaan dengan kepemimpinan yang mendukung transformasi digital cenderung mencapai keberhasilan implementasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang tidak memiliki dukungan serupa.Transformasi digital terbukti meningkatkan efektivitas MSDM secara signifikan, di mana penerapan sistem rekrutmen berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) mampu mempercepat proses seleksi, sementara platform pembelajaran digital meningkatkan partisipasi karyawan dalam program pengembangan keterampilan. Namun, tantangan besar tetap ada, terutama terkait dengan keamanan data dan privasi. Banyak perusahaan menghadapi kesulitan dalam menyeimbangkan transparansi data dengan perlindungan privasi karyawan. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam transformasi digital, yang mencakup aspek teknologi, proses bisnis, dan faktor manusia. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi baik dalam ranah teoretis maupun praktis terkait implementasi MSDM digital di perusahaan startup di negara berkembang. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga menawarkan wawasan berharga bagi profesional SDM dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang strategi transformasi digital yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi membuat aktivitas kehidupan kita menjadi semakin mudah dan dapat dilakukan secara digital sehingga memudahkan kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh individu maupun kelompok dengan tidak ada batas jarak dan waktu, tanpa tekecuali dalam transaksi keuangan. Kemajuan teknologi dalam bidang transaksi keuangan (fintech Payment) ini tentu merubah dan mempengaruhi pola pikir serta gaya hidup (financial behavior) masyarakat dalam aktifitas keuangannya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk menanganalisis bagaimana penerapan Fintech Payment terhadap Financial Behavior Customer berbasis Gender (Studi Kasus pada Usaha Retail di Kota Pangkalpinang). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu survei lapangan dengan wawancara dan pengisian kuisioner kepada responden, kemudian untuk menambah analisis dilakukan studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Fintech Payment terhadap Financial Behavior Customers. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dan edukasi serta menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Fintech Payment terhadap Financial Behavior Customer dalam kehidupan sehari-hari khususnya pada pelaku usaha retail yang ada di Kota Pangkal Pinang. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze how Fintech Payment is implemented in Urban and Rural communities in Bangka Belitung. The data collection technique used by researchers is a field survey by filling out questionnaires with respondents. The focus of this research is to analyze whether there are differences in the implementation of fintech payments in Bangka Belitung Urban and Rural. The test tool used was SPSS version 29.02 by carrying out different tests on two groups. Based on different tests carried out using the Mann Whitney Test, the researchers found that there were significant differences in the implementation of fintech payments between urban and rural communities due to several factors, namely convenience, satisfaction and security. The study shows that by knowing the obstacles that occur in using technology, we can implement policies so that the use of technology can be felt by the whole community and can also encourage economic growth in Bangka Belitung. The development of technology adoption can also occur not only in urban communities but also in rural with the support of various parties, for example companies, government, education and other parties

Abstract

Purpose – Investments in the capital market must be able to understand the risks that exist, because investments that will be faced in the future contain uncertainty. The growth of trading activity and the increasingly uncertain market makes market participants feel the need to develop more accurate and reliable risk measurement techniques. One of the risk measurement techniques is Value at Risk (VaR). Methodology/approach – Value at Risk (VaR) is a method of calculating market risk to determine the maximum risk of loss that can occur in a portfolio, both single and multi-instrument, especially the level of confidence, during a certain holding period, and under normal conditions. market conditions. This study uses secondary data in the form of stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the samples obtained are 2 companies. Processing data in this study using Microsoft Excel program for measuring Value at Risk in portfolios using Monte Carlo simulation. Findings – The results of the study show that a greater return will provide a greater level of risk, judging from the return and VaR values of each portfolio. Where portfolio one has a greater return than the second portfolio, and portfolio one also has a greater risk level than the second portfolio. Investment in the capital market requires a good risk calculation in buying or selling shares, so the purpose of this study is to help investors take steps or policies that are in accordance with the company's conditions.. Novelty/value – The results in this study illustrate that the purchase of BBRI shares with the banking sub-sector and ANTM's shares in the Mining Company sub-sector has its respective risks and benefits. Therefore, the VaR Monte Carlo simulation method can describe each stock.

Abstract

Development and progress of the Indonesian economy has forced the business world to take strategic steps to compete, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to examine the use of social media and the use of e-payment gateways on performance of MSMEs food and beverage sector in Pangkalpinang City which makes it possible to provide convenience in increasing MSME customer loyalty. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, the sample used is MSME in the food and beverage sector, totaling 100 respondents. Data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression test. The results of testing the hypothesis are accepted, which means that social media and e-payment gateway are an innovation capable of reaching customers from various regions, facilitating the dissemination of information and is useful for increasing competitive advantage and maintaining good relations, increasing revenue, increasing sales, and the brand image of business actors.
