Abstract

Pavement type selection in Indonesia in general is still determined by the strength of the subgrade. Type used for flexible pavement subgrade CBR values ​​are high and rigid strength for low CBR value. Based on the data path growth, data use basic information about the strength of the soil, resulting in significant long paths. This research will produce a mathematical model that can be used to determine the selection of the regent road pavement using variables including the traffic volume, population, budget allocation roads, topography, and accessibility. Limitation of road building is for district roads with different topographies review. The resulting model is expected to be used by decision makers at the district level so that the right type of pavement selected so that the acquisition of the allocation of funds can be used to construct a longer path.

Abstract

The study area was conducted in one of the Public Vehicle Terminals located in Depok (Margonda). The area of Public Vehicle Terminal located in Depok city is not only the center of the area where the temporary stops of public transportation to raise and lower the passengers, there is also a shopping center which causes pedestrian lane always crowded by pedestrians. Therefore, the research aimed to increase the knowledge and understanding about the comfort of a pedestrian path infrastructure, as well as to know the variable values of pedestrian characteristics, the relation of speed variables with the density, and the level of service of the pedestrian facility. Thus can be known the development function of the pedestrian facility. And the method used in the research refers to Regulation of Minister o f Public Work No. 03/PRT/M/2014. The data obtained from the observation are: the number of pedestrians, pedestrian travel time, and visual observation in the field. Data is processed into pedestrian characteristic variables such as: current, speed, density , and space. To obtain the relationship between speed variables and density variables according to Greenberg method, as well as the value form of capacity and service level of pedestrian facilities in Depok City Public Vehicle Terminal Area. And the improvement of pedestrian facilities can be maintained in the Depok City Public Vehicle Terminal Area. In accordance with the guidelines referring to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No. 03/PRT/M/2014.

Abstract

Bandar Lampung is the largest city in Lampung province and the third most populous city on Sumatra island. The population of this city is increasing every year. Since Bandar Lampung becomes a business center, it causes a transportation problem. One of which is parking in a public area like a mall. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the parking characteristics in Chandra Super Store Tanjung Karang and to analyze the capacity and parking spaces needs in Chandra Super Store Tanjung Karang. The method in this study uses secondary data consisting of data in and out of parking vehicles. From these data, an analysis is carried out to obtain the accumulation of parking, parking volume, parking duration, parking turnover rate, parking capacity, parking index, and parking requirements. The results of this study are maximum accumulation parking for cars is 592 vehicles, while motorcycles are 676 vehicles, with the average are 536 for cars and 580 for motorcycles. For maximum daily volume, the results are 1803 for cars and 1764 for motorcycles, with daily average are1429 for cars and 1495 for motorcycles. For the average duration of cars and motorcycles are 3,6 and 3,7 hours. The result for maximum car parking turnover is 4,145 with the average is 3,284. While for motorcycle is 3,285 with the average is 3. The average for parking index is 1,215 for cars and 1,131 for motorcycles. The maximum capacity of parking is 498 PSU while the needs are 572 PSU, So it can be concluded that the existing parking capacity is not able to meet the needs. It can be concluded that the existing parking capacity is not able to meet the needs. As an alternative to choosing the parking facility at Chandra Super Store, the Hydraulic Automatic Parking system.

Abstract

Kawasan Sei Mangkei di Kabupaten Simalungun Sumatera Utara merupakan kawasan industri dan ditetapkan sebagai Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) dalam Proyek Masterplan Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Ekonomi Indonesia (MP3EI). Akses menuju Kawasan Sei Mangkei menggunakan Jalan Lintas Timur Sumatera bergabung dengan lalu lintas menerus, lalu lintas regional dan lokal, serta perlintasan sebidang dengan kereta api, lalu persimpangan, kegiatan formal dan kegiatan non-formal. Namun kondisi jalan tersebut mengalami kemacetan, dilakukan analisis kinerja jalan, menghitung derajat kejenuhan dan penyebab kemacaetan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan derajat kejenuhan pada Ruas Jalan Tanjung Kasau – Lima Puluh sangat baik (DS < 0,75) dan kemacetan yang terjadi bersifat situasional, penyempitan pada persimpangan Lima Puluh dan kecelakaan pada perlintasan sebidang kereta api. Solusi mengatasi kemacetan lalu lintas adalah pembangunan transportasi berbasis rel, flyover, manajemen lalu lintas pada persimpangan, memindahkan lokasi pasar tumpah, kebijakan agar kendaraan truk dari arah Sei Mangkei tidak melewati Ruas Jalan Tanjung Kasau – Lima Puluh pada jam puncak.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah dari rumah tangga telah menarik perhatian beberapa stakeholder seperti pemerintah, bisnis, lembaga swadaya masyarakat dan konsumen. Di Kepulauan Seribu khususnya di Pulau Pramuka  menghadapi tantangan besar dalam pengelolaan sampah. Praktek-praktek yang terkait dengan pembongkaran, daur ulang dan pembuangannya, serta kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap potensi risiko yang terkait dengan manajemen yang kurang patut dipraktekkan dari aliran limbah ini. Dalam situasi ini, prosedur dan praktek yang melibatkan pengumpulan, pembongkaran, daur ulang dan pembuangan sampah dari rumah tangga perlu diinvestigasi, dengan tujuan menciptakan sistem manajemen sampah  yang lebih berkelanjutan di kepulauan seribu khusunya Pulau Pramuka. Penelitian ini mengindentifikasi potensi kepedulian dan kemampuan masyarakat yang tercermin dari sikap dan perilaku dalam berkontribusi terhadap pengelolaan sampah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode  penggabungan dari disiplin ilmu teknik dan ilmu sosial guna mendapatkan data subyektif dan obyektif dari lokasi penelitian. Hasil dari studi didapat besarnya laju timbulan sampah di pulau pramuka dari studi ini dapat memberikan informasi dan strategi yang dapat direkomendasikan bagi Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Pemerintah Pulau Pramuka khususnya P. Pramuka dalam kaitannya sistem manajemen sampah yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kebijakan Pemerintah Provinsi Jakarta terdapat pengembangan kapasitas jalan pada Peraturan Gubernur No. 103 Tahun 2007 yaitu memperbanyak jalur pejalan kaki yang tertuang pada konsep Pola Transportasi Makro (PTM), pelaksanaan PTM untuk mengoptimalkan jaringan jalur pejalan kaki tidak terlaksana dengan baik. Kawasan Jl RS Fatmawati merupakan pusat kegiatan sekunder di wilayah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan yang memiliki daya tarik besar, serta termasuk kawasan yang diprioritaskan untuk penanganan jalur pejalan kaki. Beberapa permasalahan kawasan Jl RS Fatmawati yaitu adanya alih fungsi trotoar menjadi lahan untuk parkir dan berjualan di sekitar area trotoar. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh alih fungsi trotoar terhadap tingkat kenyamanan pejalan kaki. Berdasarkan hasil survei pengamatan terdapat 2 indikator yang tidak sesuai dengan standar yaitu jalur fasilitas dan ruang bebas sedangkan dari hasil kuesioner dari responden didapatkan hasil yang diprioritaskan untuk dibenahi yaitu lebar trotoar, penerangan, dan hambatan di sekitar trotoar. Hasil dari survei volume kepadatan yaitu saat akhir pekan terdapat jumlah pejalan kaki sebesar 636 orang atau 1,33 orang/menit sedangkan saat hari kerja sebesar 938 orang atau 1,95 orang/menit. Dari perhitungan LOS mendapatkan nilai A yang artinya pejalan kaki bebas memilih kecepatan untuk berjalan kaki. Abstract

DKI Jakarta sebagai Ibukota Indonesia, merupakan tempat berlangsungnya pusat bisnis, politik dan kebudayaan. Pembuatan lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan yang terpadu perlu dilakukan pengembangan jaringan lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan untuk menghubungkan wilayah. Ruas Jalan Raya Kalibata berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara wilayah Jakarta Selatan dengan wilayah Jakarta Timur dalam sistem transportasi. Selain itu, pada jalan ini terdapat pintu keluar masuk untuk pusat perbelanjaan dan Apartemen Kalibata City, kantor kementerian dan pertokoan. Tingkat aktivitas pada Jalan Raya Kalibata cukup tinggi, serta berperan penting dalam melayani arus lalu lintas yang cukup tinggi. Analisis terhadap kinerja lalu lintas dan evaluasi dibutuhkan untuk memperbaiki atau mempertahankan kinerja dari jalan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat dampak pengurangan lajur yang memengaruhi kinerja pada ruas Jalan Raya Kalibata. Metode yang digunakan adalah berdasarkan Manual Kapsitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997, dimana nilai derajat kejenuhan tidak melebihi nilai 0,75. Penelitian dilakukan dengan meninjau ruas Jalan Raya Kalibata yang dibagi menjadi ke dalam 2 segmen. Segmen 1 adalah ruas jalan yang menuju ke arah Barat atau Jalan Raya Pasar Minggu. Sedangkan untuk segmen 2 menuju ke arah Timur atau Jalan Dewi Sartika. Pengumpulan data dengan survei dilakukan selama 2 hari, yaitu pada hari Selasa, 6 April 2021 sampai Rabu, 7 April 2021 pada jam 07.00 – 09.00 WIB. Hasil analisis menunjukan pada segmen 1 didapat nilai derajat kejenuhan sebesar 0,766 dan untuk segmen 2 nilai derajat kejenuhan sebesar 0,647

Abstract

Jorr toll road function as a network of roads that serves to break down the traffic that currently accumulates in the city of Jakarta, so that this toll road will facilitate the flow of traffic from bogor / Jagorawi towards Tangerang / Merak, and vice versa. With the perfect JORR, it will be one of the alternatives to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Jakarta W2 Utara Outer Ring Road is often crowded with traffic during certain hours. So in the field there are many locations of pavement damage where as large in the lane of heavy-laden and overloaded vehicles. Differences in traffic load can cause different levels of road damage between lanes. The extent of road damage can be evaluated by using the PCI method. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of traffic load on flexible damage based on PCI method with the level and type of damage in each lane can be identified.

Abstract

Kranggan intersection in Cibubur City is an intersection with four arms equipped with traffic light signals. Kranggan intersection is the confluence of four roads, namely Jl. Kranggan, Jl. Raya Kalimanggis Jl. Transyogi Barat, and Jl. Transyogi East. This intersection has a condition where long queues often occur at this intersection. especially after the existence of the Jatikarya toll gate, the behavior of the Kranggan 4 intersection has changed the direction of traffic flow, of course, so it is necessary to study how many changes have occurred. The research method used is a quantitative method by collecting road geometric data, intersection geometry and current traffic data in 2021 through direct surveys at the research location as well as traffic data on the Alternative Cibubur (Transyogi) road.Before the existence of the Jatikarya toll gate, it was known that the degrees of saturation for the north and west approaches were 0.80, 1.04 (ds > 0.75 ; saturated), while the south and east approaches produced a degree of saturation (ds) of 0.16 respectively. , 0.30 (ds < 0.75 ; unsaturated). The highest queue length is 387.82 m, the average delay of the resulting intersection is 51.47 sec/pcu and the level of service (LOS) is entered with level E (40-60 sec/pcu). After the presence of the Jatikarya toll gate, it is known that the degree of saturation for the South approach is 0.81 (ds > 0.75 ; saturated), while the North, East and West approaches produce degrees of saturation (ds) of 0.56, 0.11 respectively. , 0.38 (ds < 0.75 ; unsaturated). The highest queue length is 167.87 m, the average delay of the resulting intersection is 13, 72 sec/pcu and enter the the level of service (LOS) with level B (5 – 15 sec/pcu). In traffic conditions in the next 10 years, the performance of the intersection will be very bad, it is known that the degrees of saturation for the north and south approaches are 0.94, 1.37 (ds > 0.75 ; saturated), while the East and West approaches produce degrees of saturation (ds > 0.75 ; saturation). ) respectively 0.19, 0.65 (ds < 0.75 ; unsaturated). Abstract

The lively installation of billboards in big cities adds to the beauty of the town. DKI Jakarta has made improvements along Jalan M.H. Thamrin arrived at Jl. Fatmawati. The purpose of the study was to find out the opinion of people who crossed the study area in the comfort of driving at night. The purpose of installing billboards is as a promotion media, as well as information media from various agencies. The method used is the theory of road performance and community responses collected using a questionnaire via google form to the community selected based on the purposive sampling method, obtained 47 respondents in the age range of 22-58 years. The level of service that shows road performance is at the level of service (LOS) A where the value of DS = 0.1 and the average speed on Fatmawati road for the Lebak Bulus direction is 20 km/hour with LOS B, while the Blok M direction is 26 km/hour with LOS B. Likewise the speed on the road M.H. Thamrin the direction of Jl. Jend Sudirman is 5 km/hour with LOS D, and the direction of Jl. Jend. Sudirman is towards Jl. Thamrin 40 km/hour. Respondents consisting 87.2% of these men stated that the existence of billboards in various forms needed to be maintained (53.2%). With LOS C, it is recommended that the installed billboards be reduced in lighting so as not to interfere with the focus of road users who are passing. However, respondents also said that the installation of billboards in the form of billboards with lighting was widely used in Europe and America.
