Abstract

Pada tahun 2013, beberapa pemilik Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) Kabupaten Bogor, didukung oleh Dekranasda, Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM serta Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Bogor, mendirikan sebuah Forum Komunikasi UKM (FKUKM). Forum ini diharapkan dapat membantu para pemilik UKM di Kabupaten Bogor dalam menyelesaikan masalah usaha mereka. Sebagai salah satu pelaku usaha di Indonesia, UKM tak bisa menghindari dampak persaingan global. Ketika jarak menyempit dan pemasaran kian luas cakupannya, beberapa UKM di daerah masih belum dapat menikmati hal ini karena kurangnya pengetahuan. Produksi usaha yang beragam dan berkualitas, belum dapat dipasarkan secara online dan hanya bisa dirasakan oleh masyarakat di lingkungan sekitar. Akibatnya, omset pun tak bisa optimal. Untuk membantu para anggota FKUKM, pada kegiatan abdimas ini dibangun sebuah e-commerce platform untuk pemasaran online produk anggota FKUKM. Selain itu juga dilakukan pelatihan aplikasi e-commerce dan mobile photography bagi anggota FKUKM.

Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri furnitur, produk yang dihasilkan bermacam-macam, salah satunya adalah kursi lipat Yamato. Kursi lipat Yamato merupakan produk yang paling banyak diproduksi, proses produksi dari kursi lipat Yamato terdiri dari tiga proses, yaitu proses konstruksi, proses pelapisan nickel chrome, dan proses perakitan. Pada penelitian ini peneliti lebih fokus dalam proses pelapisan nickel chrome dikarenakan jumlah cacat terbanyak terdapat pada proses ini berdasarkan data historis dari bulan Juli 2020 hingga Desember 2021. Proses pelapisan nickel juga memiliki banyak jenis cacat di antaranya cacat belang, terbakar, kuning, dan lain sebagainya. Proses pelapisan nickel chrome merupakan suatu proses pengendapan logam pada permukaan suatu logam maupun non-logam secara elektrolis. Pada analisis permasalahan terdapat proses yang tidak terpenuhi menggunakan diagram Ishikawa, analisis 5 whys, dan FMEA diketahui bahwa faktor berpengaruh yaitu ketidaksesuaian kadar pH, untuk memperbaiki permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan perancangan alat bantu. Metode yang digunakan untuk perancangan alat bantu merupakan metode QFD (Quality Function Deployment).QFD merupakan suatu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk maupun jasa dengan memahami setiap kebutuhan konsumen, kemudian menghubungkannya melalui aspek teknis untuk menghasilkan produk atau jasa yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen pada setiap pembuatan produk atau jasa yang dihasilkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan alat bantu untuk memantau kadar pH agar dalam keadaan standar. Dengan diadakannya perancangan alat bantu monitoring kadar pH diharapkan dapat meminimasi defect yang terjadi dalam proses pelapisan.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in the furniture industry, the products produced are various, one of which isthe Yamato folding chair. Yamato folding chairs are the most produced products, the production process ofYamato folding chairs consists of three processes, namely the construction process, the nickel chromeplating process, and the assembly process. In this study, the researchers focused more on the nickel chromeplating process because the most defects were in this process based on historical data from July 2020 toDecember 2021. The nickel plating process also has many types of defects including streaks, burns, yellow,and so on. Nickel chrome plating process is a metal deposition process on the surface of a metal or nonmetal electrolytically. In the analysis of the problem there is a process that is not fulfilled using the Ishikawadiagram, 5 whys analysis, and FMEA it is known that the influential factor is the incompatibility of pH levels,to correct these problems, a tool is designed. The method used for the design of the tool is the QFD (QualityFunction Deployment) method. QFD is a way to improve the quality of products and services byunderstanding each consumer's needs, then connecting them through technical aspects to produce productsor services that suit consumer needs in each manufacture product or service produced. The results of thisstudy are a tool to monitor pH levels so that they are in standard conditions. With the design of a monitoringtool for pH levels, it is expected to minimize defects that occur in the coating process.

Abstract

The role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is very important for a region, especially asone of the drivers of economic growth in the region. In order to create efficiency, wider market reach,attract more customers and better business opportunities, MSMEs must enter the digital businessecosystem. Rumah BUMN (RB) is an initiative program of BUMN and the Ministry of BUMN tostrengthen Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Rumah BUMN Bandung is one of the activeRumah BUMN and there are many activities under the auspices of Bank BRI. As the digital businessecosystem develops, more and more MSMEs are joining Rumah BUMN Bandung. Implementation ofdocumentation at Rumah BUMN Bandung only reached 12.5%, mainly focused on training programs outof a total of 8 existing programs. The reason is that there is no comprehensive implementation of qualitydocument control standards at Rumah BUMN Bandung. As a result, Rumah BUMN Bandung employeesoften have difficulty finding documents, sometimes documents that have expired are still being used, andthey make mistakes in providing documents to fellow employees. This research aims to describedocuments that need to be controlled, design SOPs for quality document control, and create use casediagrams. The method used in this research is Business Process Management (BPM). In an effort to dealwith existing problems, SOPs and use case diagrams of the quality document control process will bedesigned.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company that provides telecommunications services, and for corporate customers, thereis the BGES Unit. The payment process for corporate customers is managed by one of the BGESpillars, namely Collection Management. One of the tasks that Collection Management takes care ofis outstanding data. The achievement of outstanding billing is only 14.75% per year, which means apayment delay of IDR 7,000,458,871.00 in 2021. Due to excessive workload, billing managementdoes not supervise customers regarding billing so billing objectives are not achieved. In addition,billing information in the form of invoices is provided later than the 5th through 12th of each monthso that customers do not know for sure the total bill. This research aims to make improvements in themonitoring and controlling processes of customer outstanding billing. This research uses the businessprocess improvement method. This method also refers to a process that works but some activitiesneed improvement. It does not design new activities but improves existing activities. The tools ofbusiness process improvement that were used in this research are application technique wheels andstreamlining, which can be useful for simplifying a process and fixing a problem based on theoutstanding billing problems by PT XYZ. The result of this research is a new business process as isdashboard monitoring and controlling shown by a context diagram that contains incoming andoutgoing data on the billing information system and reminder notification will appear if the target isnot achieved. The new business process is expected to assist the BGES unit in monitoring andcontrolling customers every month, and the target that is expected to be achieved is an outstandingfigure of less than 1,000,000 by the end of the year.

Abstract

In the era of industrial digitalization, Digital Twin technology offers a potential solution to enhanceefficiency and innovation. This study investigates the readiness of workers in an Indonesian aluminumcasting plant to embrace new technology, considering their perceptions of optimism, innovation,discomfort, and insecurity. A semi-quantitative approach was employed, utilizing the TechnologyReadiness Index (TRI) 2.0. The research involved four representatives selected by the industry'sleadership. Questions were specifically designed to assess the readiness for Digital Twin technologyin the aluminum casting plant. The data were analyzed using content analysis to determine the overallreadiness for new technology and the characteristics of key personnel for Digital Twin technology.The overall Technology Readiness Index (TRI) 2.0 score indicated a grand mean of 3.75 (SD: 0.74),suggesting that the employees generally tend to be skeptical but slightly inclined towards a positiveattitude in accepting Digital Twin technology for implementation in the aluminum casting plant.

Abstract

Saat ini UMKM di Indonesia berkembang pesat sehingga memberikan peluang bagi masyarakat untuk mengembangkan bisnis, termasuk di sektor fashion. UMKM Odelia Hijab, yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Sumedang, menghadapi hambatan produksi seperti ketidakmampuan supplier dalam memenuhi permintaan kain yang mengakibatkan kualitas produk tidak optimal. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan skala prioritas kriteria pemilihan supplier untuk UMKM Odelia Hijab menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan dari kuesioner stakeholder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skala prioritas kriteria pemilihan supplier berurutan sebagai berikut: (1) kualitas bahan, (2) pelayanan supplier, (3) waktu respons, (4) kebijakan stok supplier, (5) fleksibilitas perubahan permintaan, (6) biaya, dan (7) lokasi. Proses pemilihan supplier yang terintegrasi dengan kriteria ini diharapkan meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan kualitas proses pemilihan supplier di UMKM Odelia Hijab.
