Abstract

Kondisi job yang ditemukan pada perusahaan manufaktur pada umumnya lebih menyerupai kondisi yang terjadi pada kasus penjadwalan dynamic job shop dibandingkan dengan kasus penjadwalan static job shop. Pada kasus penjadwalan dynamic job shop, penjadwalan ulang perlu dilaksanakan pada kondisi waktu yang tidak pasti (random) sementara mesin tetap terus bekerja menyelesaikan job yang sudah masuk dan sedang diproses saat itu. Kasus penjadwalan ulang ini dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa sebab diantaranya dikarenakan job baru yang datang dan terjadinya gangguan yang menyebabkan berhentinya proses produksi pada mesin tertentu. Pada paper ini, kondisi dynamic job shop yang akan dipertimbangkan adalah kondisi dimana job baru yang terus datang secara kontinyu dalam interval waktu tertentu. Untuk lebih memodelkan kondisi nyata yang terjadi di lapangan, kami mempertimbangkan kondisi yang memungkinkan waktu proses pengerjaan operation dari sebuah job di mesin terjadi dalam waktu proses yang uncertain. Waktu proses yang uncertain dalam hal ini adalah kondisi dimana waktu proses pengerjaan tidak dapat dipastikan untuk dapat selesai dalam durasi waktu yang pasti. Fuzzy number akan digunakan untuk merepresentasikan kondisi waktu proses yang uncertain ini. Algoritma penjadwalan yang akan diimplementasikan pada paper ini adalah algoritma metaheuristic yang biasa digunakan pada kasus dynamic job shop yaitu variable neighborhood search. Kombinasi antara algoritma variable neighborhood search dan fuzzy number diharapkan dapat semakin meminimasi flowtime rata-rata dari keseluruhan job yang datang. Untuk memverifikasi dan membandingkan hasil flowtime rata-rata setelah fuzzy number diterapkan pada algoritma variable neighborhood search, fitur simulasi sederhana dapat dijalankan pada aplikasi yang dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman java.

Abstract

Kondisi job yang ditemukan di lapangan pada umumnya lebih menyerupai kondisi yang terjadi pada kasus penjadwalan dynamic job shop dibandingkan dengan static job shop. Pada paper ini, penulis mencoba merancang sebuah software aplikasi untuk membandingkan performansi algoritma penjadwalan dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi job yang dinamis dan uncertain berdasarkan data event log. Data event log digunakan untuk menghasilkan process model yang dapat merepresentasikan kondisi real proses menggunakan teknik process mining. Untuk lebih memodelkan kondisi nyata yang terjadi di lapangan, penulis membuat agar waktu proses pengerjaan operation dapat terjadi dengan waktu yang uncertain. Waktu proses yang uncertain adalah kondisi dimana waktu proses pengerjaan tidak dapat dipastikan untuk selesai dalam durasi waktu tertentu. Untuk memverifikasi dan membandingkan performansi algoritma penjadwalan, kami akan mengkombinasikan hasil process model, distribusi waktu operation, dan kondisi resource berdasarkan dari data event log dengan mekanisme simulasi. Indikator performansi yang dapat dibandingkan dan dianalisa meliputi throughput, flow time, waiting time, dan makespan. Colored Petri Net dan Gantt Chart akan digunakan untuk merepresentasikan dalam bentuk visual simulasi yang sedang berjalan secara real time sehingga lebih memudahkan dalam menganalisis angka indikator performansi. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk dijalankan online agar siapa saja dapat mengunggah dan membandingkan algoritma penjadwaannya dengan algoritma lain yang sudah pernah diunggah sebelumnya pada kasus event log tertentu.

Abstract

This study applies a design thinking methodology approach to redesign the user interface and user experience on the Telkom University Open Library website by considering the type of influence on personality. The influential personality type discussed in this study is the DISC model which describes individuals as friendly, warm, and highly socially skilled. The main goal of this redesign is to provide a comfortable and satisfying experience for Telkom University students, who have influential personality types when interacting with the Open Library website service. The design thinking method is applied through six main steps, which are; empathize, define, imagine, prototype, test and execute. Testing of proposed changes is done using two methods, namely usability testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Research results show that by taking into account the influencer's personality type and applying Gestalt principles and material design as design guides, the redesign successfully achieved the goal of meeting needs and increasing satisfaction of users with influencer personality types when using Telkom Open University. Abstract

Manajemen persediaan adalah hal krusial bagi rumah makan untuk memastikan kelancaran proses produksi dan penjualan. Namun, rumah makan Alam Mutiara di Lampung menghadapi beberapa permasalahan seperti kurangnya aplikasi manajemen bahan baku, pencatatan manual yang merepotkan, dan laporan bahan baku yang tidak fleksibel. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dapat menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) dengan model konseptual sistem. Metode ini dipilih karena fleksibilitas, kemudahan implementasi, waktu pengembangan yang singkat, dan biaya yang rendah. Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh satu orang, sehingga RAD menjadi pilihan yang tepat. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga akan diuji dengan menggunakan black box testing dan performance testing. Fitur penting yang diperlukan untuk mengatasi masalah di Alam Mutiara adalah input barang masuk dan keluar secara otomatis, monitoring stok barang, dan pembuatan laporan otomatis. Dengan demikian, pegawai dapat lebih efisien dalam mengelola persediaan bahan baku. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan manfaat yang signifikan, terutama bagi pegawai gudang, meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses bisnis secara keseluruhan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bermanfaat bagi peneliti lain yang ingin mengembangkan sistem informasi dalam manajemen inventori. Dengan adanya aplikasi manajemen persediaan yang diusulkan, diharapkan rumah makan Alam Mutiara dapat mengoptimalkan operasional mereka dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dengan menyediakan makanan dan minuman yang konsisten tersedia. Abstract

The importance of the role of members of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) as representatives of the community requires active involvement in absorbing, accommodating, collecting, and following up on community aspirations and complaints. However, the complaint process often faces obstacles that result in delays in resolving problems, ranging from the complexity of the complaint flow to the difficulty of finding an effective complaint platform. To overcome these challenges, an innovative step was taken, which was to create a website that provides a complaint feature via WhatsApp. The main objective of this initiative is to provide easier access to the community to participate in raising their complaints and complaints. With the WhatsApp complaint platform, it is hoped that the community can quickly and efficiently report problems and provide feedback to the local government. The WhatsApp complaint feature is integrated to minimize technical barriers and facilitate use by the wider community. Through this website, people can easily file complaints, send messages, and provide documentation related to the problems faced. With the implementation of this platform, it is expected that problem-solving can be done more efficiently and responsively. Thus, creating a public complaint website with a complaint feature via WhatsApp is not only a practical solution in dealing with the obstacles of the complaint process but also a significant step in encouraging active public participation in building a transparent and accountable government.

Abstract

This project intends to apply supervised machine learning to anticipate sales of Padimas bread in marketplaces in Indonesia, with an emphasis on evaluating sales data to gain more profits and predict future income. Data from the Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok markets in 2023 was analyzed, employing techniques like exploratory sales data analysis and machine learning. The analysis findings encompass the top-selling products, the highest sales figures, regions with the most substantial sales, overall market sales, sales patterns, and revenue forecasts. The primary discoveries encompass the widespread appeal of chocolate toast, the most substantial sales of banana chocolate toast in West Java, and Shopee as the marketplace with the most significant sales and revenue. Sales trends exhibit a pattern of oscillation around an average value, but income from sales demonstrates a downward tendency until the 30th day. The strategic ramifications of this analysis encompass augmenting the production of sought-after goods, amplifying sales in specific regions, and delving into prospective marketplaces.

Abstract

Cloud infrastructure has become a fundamental foundation in supporting modern applications. Serverless technology and blockchain offer the potential to enhance efficiency, security, and transparency in cloud infrastructure. However, in-depth research on how to optimize cloud infrastructure by leveraging the advantages of these two technologies remains limited. This study aims to explore the potential for optimizing cloud infrastructure by utilizing the benefits of serverless technology and blockchain. The author intends to analyze how the integration of these two technologies can improve the performance, security, and efficiency of cloud infrastructure. A qualitative literature review approach is employed in this research. The author analyzes various literature sources to understand the concepts, benefits, and challenges in optimizing cloud infrastructure by leveraging serverless technology and blockchain. The author's analysis indicates that the integration of serverless and blockchain in cloud infrastructure can enhance system scalability, security, and transparency. However, there are several technical and managerial challenges that need to be addressed to implement this integration effectively.

Abstract

This research introduces a web application aimed at advancing public issue reporting, promoting civic engagement, and expediting government responses. In collaboration with DPRD Jawa Barat, the research leverages Scrum methodology, social network features, and a microservice architecture to create an efficient communication platform between citizens and governmental bodies. The backend of the application, developed using the Go programming language, adopts a microservice architecture to enhance scalability and maintainability. The Scrum methodology facilitates an agile development process, ensuring adaptability to changing requirements and fostering continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the study explores the incorporation of social network features to encourage public engagement within the application. This integration allows citizens to connect, share, and discuss public issues, further enhancing the collaborative nature of the reporting platform. To ensure the seamless functionality of the microservices, API testing is employed, validating the reliability and consistency of the application's interfaces. Stress testing is also conducted to assess scalability and performance capabilities, identifying potential optimizations for the system's responsiveness under varying levels of load. In conclusion, this research presents an innovative solution for public issue reporting that combines microservice architecture, Scrum methodology, and social network features. The application's integration of these elements aims to not only streamline citizen-government communication but also create a dynamic platform that encourages active public involvement and collaboration.

Abstract

Produksi tekstil terus meningkat seiring dengan investasi modal asing dan tingginya permintaan akan kain tekstil. Dalam menghadapi tantangan ini, diperlukan teknologi mutakhir untuk memastikan kualitas produksi kain. Fokus penelitian ini beralih kepada pengembangan backend sistem untuk menyajikan hasil dari model machine learning klasifikasi objek yang mendeteksi defect. Framework Laravel dan bahasa PHP dipilih sebagai landasan pengembangan, sementara MariaDB berperan sebagai database. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan akurasi dan resolusi dalam deteksi defect, menciptakan standar kualitas produk yang jelas, dan menggantikan penggunaan inspeksi manual yang rentan terhadap subjektivitas dan kesalahan. Dengan PT Gracia Mega Karya yang menjadi fokus utama penelitian ini, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produksi kain tekstil. Sebagai hasil, dikembangkan sebuah website laporan dinamakan “Defector” yang menyajikan informasi visual terkait deteksi defect dalam produksi kain tekstil. Website ini dirancang untuk mempermudah pengambilan keputusan terkait perbaikan dan pengembangan proses produksi secara efektif.
