<![CDATA[The natural beauty of Sumenep city is a potential that can be developed into natural and agricultural tourism. Besides the beauty of nature there is also the potential of superior fruits of various kinds and abundant but not yet maximally empowered. The purpose of this research is to know the map of potential areas and the right location for fruit agro-tourism in Sumenep regency. The method used is quantitative method which is the process of exploring the existing potential and understanding the behavior of individuals and groups through samples used with purposive sampling technique, location analysis using Location Quotietient (LQ) motion with primary and secondary data Expected expected output location Right for Fruit Agrowisata Conclusion, the potential location for agro tourism is Batuuan Village Batuan Subdistrict, commodity of plants that have the potential to be developed are dragon fruit, serikaya, watermelon, melon, orange, guava, guava and jackfruit.An appropriate development model is agro tourism Community-based.Keywords : Potential Mapping, Fruit Agro tourism.]]>

<![CDATA[Baitul Mal Wat-Tamwil (BMT) is a sharia microfinance institution. The current challenge for BMT is the change in the global business landscape based on the internet and information technology or the so-called industrial revolution 4.0. The phenomenon of the industrial revolution 4.0 must be anticipated by BMT. The purpose of this study is to determine the readiness of BMT in responding to the 4.0 industrial revolution and provide suggestions for improvement. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type case study method of BMT which was used as a research site, namely BMT NU (Nuansa Umat) East Java which was centered in Gapura Tengah Village, Gapura District, Sumenep Regency due to its very rapid development and became the BMT with the largest assets on Madura Island. . The results of the research are the readiness of BMT NU East Java in facing the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 when viewed from 6 existing aspects such as aspects of Economic Challenges, Social Challenges, Increased Virtual Performance, Technical Challenges, Environmental Challenges and Regulatory and Political Challenges all have gone very well, however technological developments / service innovations owned by BMT NU are not yet fully familiar among members / customers in utilizing these services so that there is a need for increased relationship management to better know the needs of the community and its members]]>

<![CDATA[In any business, whether it is a large-scale enterprise or a small and medium-sized business (MSME), it is essential to calculate the Cost of Production to determine the selling price accurately. The purpose of providing assistance in determining the cost of production and selling price to the entrepreneurs of processed fish products in Karang Anyar village is to increase their knowledge and improve the profits of the "krupuk bandeng" (processed milkfish crackers) business. These entrepreneurs face various challenges, such as limited supply of raw milkfish due to the timing of the harvest, as the fish breeding areas are located in salt fields. This situation affects their potential income negatively. So far, these entrepreneurs have been determining the cost of production using traditional methods, where they accumulate all the costs of purchasing raw materials without considering labor costs, or they estimate it as best as they can. Additionally, when setting the selling price, they merely follow the prevailing market prices. Through this assistance, they will acquire fundamental knowledge in determining the cost of production and selling price of their processed fish products, even during non-harvest seasons of milkfish.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman dan kepedulian Green Accounting pada institusi sektor publik pada Puskesmas Kecamatan Bluto, serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi pemahaman dan kepedulian Penerapan Green Acoounting sebelum dan sesudah penerapan Green Accounting. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan informan dan hasil observasi kemudian untuk menguji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber data dan teori. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pemahaman dan kepedulian terhadap penerapan Green Accounting sudah dilakukan dengan baik, biaya lingkungan yang timbul dari kegiatan operasional puskesmas diakui dengan metode accrual basis, kemudian dalam mengukur biaya lingkungan menggunakan realisasi anggaran sebelumnya, dan untuk permohonan biaya lingkungan harus mengajukan Rencana Usulan Kegiatan 1 tahun sebelumnya dan tahun berikutnya harus membuat Rencana Pelaksanaan Kegiatan.]]>

<![CDATA[Mr. shop Cups is a business engaged in the typical culinary field of Sumenep. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has made the food industry suffer big losses, because there are rules to reduce interaction with other people or have to keep their distance. The impact of this policy was also felt by the Mr. Shop. Cup. This study aims to find out how the reward system at Mr. Sumenep cup. This type of research is qualitative. The sample data source in this study is the owner of the shop, Mr. Cup as a key informant. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study indicate that the wage system at the Mr.Cangkir Sumenep shop is based on a time system wage, namely daily.]]>

<![CDATA[TikTok launched the TikTok Shop feature so that it can continue its mission to make its users happy by making shopping easy without the need to switch software. This research aims to determine the contribution of price, product quality and content marketing to purchasing decisions at the TikTok Shop (case study of Wiraraja University students. To answer this problem, the type of research used is a quantitative method with 80 respondents taken, sampling technique using purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical tests, research instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and linearity tests), multiple linear regression equation tests and hypothesis tests (t test). , F test, coefficient of determination). The results of this research show that product quality and content marketing influence purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop according to the t test which states that partially product quality and marketing content have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while price partially has no influence on purchasing decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[Analisis Pendapatan Usahatani Melon Agrowisata Sungai Buluh Kecamatan Muara Bulian Kabupaten Batanghari. Dosen Pembimbing : Awaludin S, SP, M.Si dan Ir. Asaibani, ME. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) Untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya dalam usahatani melon.(2). Untuk mengetahui besarnya pendapatan petani dalam usahatani buah melon Agrowisata Sungai Buluh Kecamatan Muara Bulian Kabupaten Batang Hari. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Sungai Buluh, penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 s.d 20 September 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif. Rata-rata biaya mengusahakan usahatani melon sebesar Rp. 7.718.848, penerimaan yang diterima oleh petani melon yaitu Rp 62.500.000. Rata-rata pendapatan usahatani melon (Rp. 54.781.152) Efisiensi usahatani Melon sebesar 8,09 berarti usahatani melon efisien.Rata-rata kontribusi pendapatan usahatani melon terhadap pendapatan total sebesar 80,09 persen, maka usahatani melon dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani.]]>

<![CDATA[Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Partisipasi Wanita Tani Dalam Kegiatan Usahatani Padi Sawah di Desa Benteng Rendah Kecamatan Mersam Kabupaten Batang Hari. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Benteng Rendah Kecamatan Mersam Kabupaten Batanghari. Pemilihan daerah penelitian dikeranakan daerah tersebut adalah salah satu daerah sentra produksi padi. Sebagai objek penelitian ini adalah petani yang mengusahakan usaha tani padi sawah. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan dari bulan Januari s.d Februari 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari petani sampel dengan cara wawancara berdasarkan daftar pertanyaan yang telah disiapkan. Data primer yang diambil ini adalah data produksi padi sawah petani sampel pada musim tanam. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder berasal dari instansi yang terkait, hasil penelitian sebelumnya, dan literatur yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Secara simultan (bersama-sama) faktor motivasi (X1), pengalaman kerja (X2) dan pendidikan (X3). Berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap partisipasi perempuan (Y) dalam berusahatani padi sawah di Desa Benteng Rendah Kecamatan Mersam Kabupaten Batang Hari Pada tingkat signifikansi 5% dan tingkat keyakinan 95%.. Secara parsial (sendiri-sendiri) faktor motivasi (X1) dan pengalaman kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap partisipasi perempuan (Y) dalam berusahatani padi sawah di Desa Benteng Rendah Kecamatan Mersam Kabupaten Batang Hari. Pada tingkat signifikansi 5% dan tingkat keyakinan 95%. Sedangkan faktor pendidikan (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap partisipasi perempuan dalam berusahatani padi sawah (Y). Baik secara Simultan maupun Parsial dengan tingkat keyakinan 95% dan tingkat signifikasi 5% sangat berpengaruh nyata terhadap partisipasi perempuan dalam berusahatani padi sawah di Desa Benteng Rendah Kecamatan Mersam Kabupaten Batang Hari.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menggambarkan usahatani kelapa sawit dengan pola kemitraan masyarakat Desa Danau Embat, mengetahui tingkat pendapatan yang diperoleh petani kelapa sawit di Desa Danau Embat yang bermitra PT Inti Indosawit Subur dan mengetahui tingkat penyerapan tenaga kerja kemitraan PT Inti Indosawit Subur terhadap masyarakat Desa Danau Embat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Danau Embat Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir, Kabupaten Batang Hari. Sampel dipilih secara acak sederhana yaitu milih petani yang memiliki usahatani pola kemitraan dengan PT.Inti Indosawit Subur untuk disurvey dengan daftar pertanyaan yang telah disiapkan sebelumnya. Selanjutnya jumlah sampel yang diambil dari populasi sampel adalah sebanyak 20% sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 orang petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendapatan petani pada usahatani kelapa sawit pola kemitraan PT Inti Indosawit Subur di Desa Danau Embat Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari mencapai Rp. 23.110.203,- pertahun. Selanjutnya penyerapan tenaga kerja petani pada usahatani kelapa sawit pola kemitraan PT Inti Indosawit Subur di Desa Danau Embat Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari, didominasi oleh tenaga kerja pria sebanyak 1.775 HOK sedangkan Tenaha kerja wanita sebanyak 21 HOK, sehingga secara keseluruhan penggunaan tenaga kerja adalah 38,38 HKSP per tahun dengan upah kerja rata-rata Rp.75.000,- per hari.]]>

Pos Indonesia Persero is required to be able to provide good service and work discipline to consumers or customers, this aims to produce high customer satisfaction so that consumers are interested in using post office services again. The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Service Quality and Work Discipline on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sumenep.This research was conducted at PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Sumenep. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sample of 90 respondents. The sampling analysis technique uses the Non-Probability Sampling method with the data collection technique Accidental Sampling by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. From the results of the tests and analyses carried out, it was stated that the quality of service had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT.
