Abstract

Abstrak- Mobile JKN merupakan aplikasi yang dibuat oleh BPJS Kesehatan untuk memudahkan beberapa masalah administrasi peserta, sehingga peserta tidak perlu datang ke Kantor Cabang karena dapat dilakukan atau diselesaikan dengan aplikasi ini. Tetapi aplikasi ini tidak jarang memiliki beberapa kendala, sehingga menimbulkan penilaian yang kurang baik terhadap pelayanan tersebut. Media sosial Twitter cocok digunakan untuk tempat mengungkapkan perasaan seseorang, membagikan dan mendapatkan informasi terkini, serta komentar atau opini tentang segala hal yang banyak dikenal dan penggunanya pun cukup banyak. Salah satu cara untuk mencari komentar atau opini dari penulis tentang suatu hal, entitas atau subjek tertentu sehingga dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi opini positif, negatif ataupun netral dapat digunakan dengan Analisis Sentimen. Analisis sentimen dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan Algoritma Naïve Bayes. Naïve Bayes yang nantinya akan mengelompokkan berdasarkan peluang atau probabilitas, dimana dihitung sekumpulan probabilitas dengan menjumlahkan frekuensi dan kombinasi nilai dari dataset yang diberikan. Pada proses implementasinya, dataset yang didapatkan berjumlah 1001 tweet, dengan perbandingan data training dan data testing yaitu 80:20. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 488 tweet positif, netral 193, dan negatif 320. Sedangkan untuk menghitung akurasinya menggunakan confussion matrix dengan akurasi yaitu 69.65%, presisi 62.18%, recall 60.44%.Kata Kunci: Mobile JKN, Twitter, Analisis Sentimen, Naïve Bayes Classifier.Abstract- Mobile JKN is an application created by BPJS Health to facilitate several administrative problems for participants, so that participants do not need to come to the Branch Office because they can be done or resolved with this application. However, this application often has several problems, giving rise to an unfavorable assessment of the service. Twitter social media is suitable for use as a place to express one's feelings, share and get the latest information, as well as comments or opinions about everything that is widely known and has quite a lot of users. One way to look for comments or opinions from writers about a particular thing, entity or subject so that they can be classified into positive, negative or neutral opinions can be used with Sentiment Analysis. Sentiment analysis can be done using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. Naïve Bayes will then group based on chance or probability, where a set of probabilities is calculated by adding up the frequencies and combinations of values from the given dataset. In the implementation process, the dataset obtained was 1001 tweets, with a ratio of training data and testing data of 80:20. This research produced 488 positive tweets, 193 neutral and 320 negative. Meanwhile, to calculate the accuracy, a confusion matrix was used with an accuracy of 69.65%, precision 62.18%, recall 60.44%.Keywords: Mobile JKN, Twitter, Sentiment Analysis, Naïve Bayes Classifier.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi ini perusahaan sebagai salah satu bentuk sebuah organisasi yang tidak terlepas dari tenaga kerja manusia, walaupun aktivitas perusahaan tersebut telah mempunyai modal cukup besar dan teknologi modern. Sebab bagaimanapun majunya teknologi tanpa ditunjang oleh manusia sebagai sumber dayanya maka, tujuan perusahaan tidak akan tercapai. Dengan harapan bahwa suatu saat perusahaan akan mengalami perkembangan yang pesat di dalam ruang lingkup usahanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Purnama Aura Elektrikal di Sumenep. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin yang berjumlah 52 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Non-Probability Sampling dengan teknik Purposive Sampling (menurut kriteria). Dari hasil pengujian dan analisis yang dilakukan menyatakan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Purnama Aura Elektrikal di Sumenep. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kineja karyawan pada PT. Purnama Aura Elektrikal. Secara simultan Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja bersama sama mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja pada karyawan PT. Purnama Aura Elektrikal di Sumenep.

Abstract

The purpose of this study (1) to determine the level of motivation of farmers to use superior oil palm seeds in Bajubang District (2) to determine the motivational factors of farmers using superior oil palm seeds in Bajubang District. The selection of the research location was based on the consideration that this area contained the most oil palm farmers and had used superior oil palm seeds. The search, collection and processing of data was carried out on August 7 to October 5, 2021. Sampling was carried out using the Accidental Sampling method. To determine the level of motivation of farmers to use high-yielding oil palm seeds in Bajubang District, scoring intervals of 3, 2, and 1 were used with high criteria if there were intervals from 2.34 to 3.00; moderate criteria if any at intervals of 1.67 – 2.33; the last criterion is low if there is an interval of 1.00 – 1.66. The results obtained that the level of motivation of farmers to use superior oil palm seeds in Bajubang District, Batang Hari Regency is high, this can be seen in the average value interval of 2.61. To find out the motivational factors for using superior oil palm seeds in Bajubang District, the F test was carried out. The calculated F value was 3.376, this indicates that the six significant variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable. The value of the regression coefficient on the income variable is 2.478 which is greater than the significant value of 0.549 at the 95% confidence level, meaning that there is a relationship between the income variable and the level of motivation of farmers in using superior seeds in Bajubang District.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) tingkat keefektifan pengelolaan administrasi pada unit produksi/jasa (UP/J), (2) keefektifan pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada UP/J, (3) pencapaian tujuan pada UP/J, (4) tindak lanjut pendampingan pada unit produksi/jasa SMKN kelompok bisnis dan manajemen di Banjarmasin, dan (5) faktor pendukung/ penghambat Pelaksanaan Unit Produksi sebagai sarana pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Pelaksanaan penelitian di SMKN 1 dan SMKN 3 kelompok bisnis dan manajemen di Banjarmasin pada bulan Nopember 2011 sampai dengan bulan Mei 2012. Subjek penelitian adalah guru, siswa dan karyawan yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan dan pelaksanaan Unit Produksi sebanyak 90 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut (1) Pengelolaan administrasi meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pelaporan dan pengendalian dengan rerata sebesar 3,33 yang tergolong pada kategari efektif. (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran UP/J meliputi persiapan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, kualifikasi guru pembimbing dan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana dengan rerata sebesar 3,18 yang tergolong pada kategari efektif. (3) Pencapaian tujuan menunjukkan rerata sebesar 3,09 yang tergolong pada kategari efektif. (4) Tindak lanjut program unit produksi/jasa meliputi pencatatan administrasi pendampingan siswa, motivasi dan monitoring dan evaluasi keberhasilan siswa dengan rerata sebesar 3,07 yang tergolong pada kategari efektif. (5) faktor-faktor pendukung pelaksanaan UP/J sebagai sarana pembelajaran yaitu pengelola yang cukup baik, fasilitas memadai, ketersediaan dana, partisipasi langsung dari warga sekolah, dan adanya kerjasama yang baik antara sekolah dengan dunia usaha/industri, sedangkan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan UP/J sebagai sarana pembelajaran yaitu persepsi orang tua yang tidak mendukung anaknya dalam pemasaran produk, keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki oleh guru dalam pendampingan kegiatan program UP/J di sekolah, kurangnya koordinasi antara guru dengan karyawan, kurangnya komunikasi sesama guru, harga barang dagangan dari produsen yang cukup tinggi, dan kurangnya motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan program UP/J di sekolah. THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRODUCTION/SERVICE UNIT IN PUBLIC VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLS OF THE BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT CLUSTERAbstractThis study aimed to investigate (1) the effectiveness of the administrative management in the PSU, (2) the effectiveness of the learning implementation in the PSU, (3) the attainment of objectives (outputs) in the PSU, (4) the follow-up of the guidance in the PSU in public vocational high schools (VHS/SMKN) of the Business and Management Cluster in Banjarmasin, and (5) the facilitating/ inhibiting factors in the implementation of the PSU as a learning facility. This was a descriptive study. It was conducted in SMKN 1 and SMKN 3 of the Business and Management Cluster in Banjarmasin from November 2011 to May 2012. The research subjects, consisting of 90 respondents, comprised teachers, students, and administrative personnel involved in the management and implementation of the Production Unit. The data were collected through a questionnaire and interviews, and analyzed using the quantitative descriptive technique. The results of the study are as follows. (1) The administrative management consists of planning, actuating, reporting, and controlling, with a mean of 3.33, which is in the effective category. (2) The learning implementation of the PSU consists of learning preparation, learning implementation, qualifications of supervising teachers, and the availability of infrastructure facilities with a mean of 3.18, which is in the effective category. (3) The attainment of objectives (outputs) gets a mean of 3.09, which is in the effective category. (4) The follow-up of the program of the PSU consists of the recording of student guidance administration, motivation, and monitoring and evaluation of students' success with a mean of 3.07, which is in the effective category. (5) The facilitating factors in the implementation of the PSU as a learning facility include relatively good management, adequate facilities, direct participation of school members, and cooperation between schools and business/industrial sectors; meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the PSU as a learning facility include parents' perception that does not support their children in the product marketing, the limited time that teachers have to guide the activities of the PSU program at school, lack of coordination between teachers and administrative personnel, lack of communication among teachers, high prices of merchandise from producers, and lack of students' motivation to join the activities of the PSU program at school.

Abstract

Rapid population growth has both a positive and a negative impact, such as an increase in household waste generation. This also becomes a new chain of problems in other aspects, such as health, flood, air pollution, and environmental pollution. To overcome this problem, an integrated waste management system is needed. Household waste, especially inorganic waste, was valuable. The application was developed to promote a new paradigm; waste is a new source of money. As well as help run a circular economy in the waste recycling industry. The application to be built is "WasteApp", an independent household waste management application that can track and help manage it. This application is built using the Android operating system to make it a user-friendly tool. An application trial was conducted in Geulanggang Baro village, Bireuen district involving the operator, local government, and community. This location was chosen because they already have informal waste management, and it is easier to maximize by information technology intervention. The final result of this research is the “WasteApp” application based on android to manage household waste independently. The community, operator, and local government can work waste independently and systematically through this system. This application contains several menus, including the Home menu, login, register, and the main menu, namely the waste sell history and selling waste, as well as educational articles that contain how to manage waste, from sorting waste to the recycling process. Community participation was needed to increase to full implementation of good waste management.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan sangat bergantung pada kinerja guru, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Di SDN Bungbungan, masih ditemui tantangan seperti semangat kerja guru yang bervariasi dan belum optimalnya kolaborasi tim. Dalam konteks tersebut, motivasi dan kepemimpinan menjadi aspek penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan mendukung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran motivasi dan leadership dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SDN Bungbungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap 9 informan yang dipilih secara purposif, terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, Bendahara BOS, 4 Guru PNS, dan 3 Guru Honorer. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan leadership berperan dalam peningkatan kinerja guru. Kepala sekolah menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis yang mendorong suasana kerja terbuka, suportif, dan partisipatif. Terdapat hubungan yang saling menguatkan antara motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan kinerja guru di sekolah.
