Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas X jurusan pemasaran SMK Negeri 2 Magelang, kemudian apakah terdapat pengaruh kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas X jurusan pemasaran SMK Negeri 2 Magelang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X jurusan pemasaran SMK Negeri 2 Magelang sebanyak 107 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara kuesioner wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi berganda penelitian ini yaitu Y = 4, 823 + 0,277 X1 + 0,660 X2. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu, ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha secara simultan dan parsial. This research aims to determine level of positif influence of the entrepeneurship education toward the Interest on Entrepreneurship of students in marketing department of SMK Negeri 2 Magelang then, is there any influence of personality toward the entrepreneurial interest of students in marketing department of SMK Negeri 2 Magelang. The population of this research is all of students in grade X marketing departmentof SMK Negeri 2 Magelang that consisting of 107 students. The data was collected using questioner, interviewand documentations.The data analysis technique used in this research was descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of the multiple regression is Y = 4,823 + 0,277 X1 + 0,660 X2. The conclusion of the research is that there is an influence positive and significant of entrepeneurship education and personality toward the entrepreneurial interest of students in marketing department of SMK Negeri 2 Magelang either simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

Setiap individu selalu mengalami proses belajar dalam kehidupannya, dengan belajar akan memungkinkan individu untuk mengadakan perubahan di dalam dirinya. Perubahan ini dapat berupa penguasaan suatu kecakapan tertentu, perubahan sikap, memiliki ilmu pengetahuan yang berbeda dari sebelum seseorang melakukan proses belajar. Sehingga belajar sangat penting untuk perubahan sikap dan memiliki ilmu pengetahuan. Keaktifan belajar siswa dari data guru dengan rata-rata sebesar 22,20%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Keaktifan belajar siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran masih rendah. Masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu adakah pengaruh cara belajar, disiplin, dan motivasi terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 3 Jepara tahun ajaran 2014/2015 secara simultan maupun parsial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh cara belajar, disiplin, dan motivasi terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 3 Jepara tahun ajaran 2014/2015 secara simultan maupun parsial.Populasi yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran 2014/2015 sebanyak 118 siswa. Variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu cara belajar, disiplin, motivasi, dan keaktifan belajar siswa. Pengumpulan data dengan cara kuisioner, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi berganda penelitian ini yaitu Y = 3,545+0,372X1+ 0,242X2+ 0,084X3+ e. Ada pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 90,9%, sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial cara belajar sebesar 48,16%, disiplin sebesar 22,84%, dan motivasi sebesar 4,79%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh cara belajar, disiplin, dan motivasi terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 3 Jepara tahun ajaran 2014/2015 secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Saran cara belajar yaitu perlunya membiasakan diri untuk rutin belajar baik di sekolah maupun di rumah dengan membuat jadwal belajar, untuk disiplin yaitu perlunya memiliki rasa percaya diri dalam mengerjakan tugas dan ulangan sehingga siswa tidak selalu bergantung dengan siswa lainnya, untuk motivasi yaitu perlu belajar lebih giat lagi dalam menambah wawasan sehingga pendapat yang sudah disampaikan dapat dipertahankannya. Every one are always experienced the process of learning in her life , by learning would allow individuals to make changes in himself. This change could include mastery a certain skills, a change in attitude, have the science that is different from before a perform the process of learning. So that learning is very important for a change in attitude and have the science. Abstract

Kinerja adalah suatu hasil kerja baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas yang dicapai seseorang untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu yang didukung oleh faktor internal pegawai maupun faktor lingkungan internal organisasi seperti kemampuan kerja yang baik, fasilitas yang memadai serta prosedur kerja yang memiliki prinsip yang jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh antara kemampuan kerja, fasilitas kerja, dan prinsip prosedur kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara simultan maupun parsial. Sampel sebanyak 113 pegawai dari 5 Kantor Kecamatan yang diambil dengan teknik Cluster Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan angket. Analisis data dengan menggunakan Regresi linier Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik, dan Analisis Deskriptif Presentase. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 10,137+0,384X1+0,180X2+0,387X3 + e. Hasil uji F diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan kerja, fasilitas kerja, dan prinsip prosedur kerja terhadap kinerja pegwai yaitu sebesar 27,2%. Sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial untuk kemampuan kerja sebesar 5,01%, fasilitas kerja sebesar 5,42%, dan prinsip prosedur kerja sebesar 18,6%. Performance is a work result both quality and quantity work achieved by a person to achieve the certain goal that is supported by internal factors of employees and internal factors environmental of organization such as a good work ability, adequate work facilities and job procedures that have clear principle. The purposes of this research was to identify the influence of the work ability, working facilities, and the principle of job procedures to performance of employees simultaneously or partially. Sample were 113 employees of 5 district offices which were taken by Cluster Sampling. Data were collected by using documentation and questionnaires method. Analysis using multiple linear regression, classical assumption, and percentage descriptive analysis. The results of multiple linear regression has been shown by equation Y = 10.137 + 0,384X1 + 0,387X3 + 0,180X2 + e. The F test results is obtained significance value of 0.000, which indicates that there is a positive influence between work ability, work facilities, and the principle of job procedures on employee performance was 27.2%, while in partial, work ability contributed 5.01%, working facilities 5.42%, and the principle of job procedures 18.6%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh eksternal, manajemen waktu, dan kreativitas mengajar terhadap motivasi berprestasi (studi kasus pada mata pelajaran pengantar administrasi perkantoran di kelas XI AP SMK N 1 Kendal tahun pelajaran 2016/2017). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI program studi Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Kendal tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 sejumlah 71 siswa. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil menggunakan sampel jenuh karena populasi kurang dari 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisi regresi linear berganda, analisis uji asumsi klasik, analisi deskriptif persentase, dan analisis uji hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS 21. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan Y= -20,466 + 0,431 X1 + 0,301 X2 + 0,357 X3 + 0,364 X4 + e. Uji keberartian persamaan regresi dengan uji F, diperoleh Fhitung = 43,846 dengan signifikansi 0,000 dan lebih kecil dari 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama dari locus of control internal, locus of control eksternal, manajemen waktu, dan kreativitas mengajar terhadap motivasi berprestasi yaitu sebesar 71%. Sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial atau sendiri- sendiri untuk locus of control internal yaitu sebesar 23,52%, locus of control eksternal sebesar 12,67%, manajemen waktu sebesar 22,84%, dan kreativitas mengajar yatiu sebesar 22,46%. The aims of this research were to know the influence of the internal locus of control, external locus of control, time management, and teaching creativity to achievement motivation (case study in introduction to Office Administration subject in class XI AP SMK N 1 Kendal lesson school year 2016/2017.The population in this study were all the tenth graders of the Office Administration study program at SMK Negeri 1 Kendal with the total number of 71 students. While the sample taken used was saturated samples because the population were less than 100 respondents. Data collection method used in this research, which use questionnaire. The data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method, classic assumption test analysis, percentage descriptive analysis, and hypothesis test analysis with the help of SPSS 21 programs. The finding shows the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = -20,466 + 0,431 X1 + 0,301 X2 + 0,357 X3 + 0,364 X4+ e. Test of significance of regression equation with F test, obtained count = 43,846 with significance0.000 and less than 0,05. The amount of influence simultaneously or together from locus of control, external locus of control, time management, and teaching creativity to achievement motivation was71%. While influence in partial or individually for internal locus of control was 23,52%, external locus of control 12,67%, time management 22,84%, and teaching creativity 22,46%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Profil usaha keripik super Pak Mudji di Kecamatan Ungaran Barat Kabupaten Semarang; (2) Proses produksi keripik super Pak Mudji di Kecamatan Ungaran Barat Kabupaten Semarang; (3) Strategi pengembangan industri keripik super Pak Mudji di Kecamatan Ungaran Barat Kabupaten Semarang oleh Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, dan Perindag Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Ungaran Barat, tepatnya berlokasi di Keripik Sermier Pak Mudji, yang di laksanakan pada bulan September sampai dengan Oktober tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1)Keripik Sermier Super Pak Mudji didirikan pada tahun 1998. Terhitung dari tahun 1998 hingga saat ini, usaha keripik sermier ini masih tetap dijalankan oleh Pak Mudji dan dibantu oleh anak-anaknya. Strategi pemasaran sederhana yaitu dengan sistem dari mulut ke mulut, dan strategi ini cukup efektif. (2)Selama proses produksi keripik sermier super Pak Mudji alat-alat produksi yang digunakan masih menggunakan alat-alat yang tradisional, masih belum menggunakan tenaga listrik. (3) Upaya yang sudah dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam membantu masyarakat dalam melakukan pengembangan industri guna untuk menaikkan omset pada pengusaha yaitu memberikan pelatihan kepada pelaku UMKM. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah Kegiatan pengembangan industri rumah tangga perlu ditingkatkan agar para pengusaha Umkm lebih memahami upaya pengembangan ekonomi untuk kemajuan usahanya. The research aims to determine: (1) The profile of Mudji’s super chips business in West Ungaran Sub-district, Semarang Regency; (2) The production process of Mudji's super chip in West Ungaran Sub-district, Semarang Regency; (3) The development strategy of Mudji’s super chip in West Ungaran Sub-district, Semarang Regency by the Cooperative, the MSE, and the Industry and Commerce Department of Semarang Regency. This research is conducted in the Sub-district of West Ungaran, precisely located in Mudji’sSermier Chips, which is carried out in September to October 2017. The results showed that: (1) Mudji’s Super Sermier Chips is established in 1998. From 1998 until now, this sermier chips business is still run by Mr. Mudji assisted by his children. (2) The devices used in the production process of sermier chips to flatten the sermier chip dough are conventional tools. During the production process of Mudji's super sermier chips, the production tools used is the traditional one, which does not use electricity. (3) The efforts that have been made by the government in assisting the community to develop the industry for increasing the turnover to the entrepreneurs is by providing some training to the perpetrators of SMEs. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh peran humas sebagai communicator, relationship, backup management, dan good image maker terhadap citra perusahaan di PDAM Tirta Moedal Kota Semarang, dilihat dari perspektif pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah pelanggan PDAM Tirta Moedal Kota Semarang sebanyak 100 pelanggan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah incidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan Program IBM SPSS 21 dan analisis deskriptif persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa persamaan regresi linier berganda adalah Y=-14,734+0,273X1+0,167X2+0,246X3+0.262X4+e. secara simultan diperoleh nilai F=34,219 dan signifikansi 0,000 sehingga Ha1 diterima. Sedangkan secara parsial communicator diperoleh thitung=3,627 dan signifikansi 0,000 sehingga Ha2 diterima, relationship diperoleh thitung=2.374 dan signifikansi 0,020 sehingga Ha3 diterima, backup management diperoleh nilai thitung=2,968 dan signifikansi 0,004 sehingga Ha4 diterima, dan good image maker diperoleh thitung=4,642 dan signifikansi 0,000 sehingga Ha5 diterima. Koefisien determinasi communicator, relationship, backup management, dan good image maker terhadap citra perusahaan sebesar 57,3%. This study aims to determine if there is influence of public relations role as communicator, relationship, backup management, and good image maker to corporate image in PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang City, seen from customer’s perspective. This research used quantitative method. The sample used is 100 customers of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang City and the sampling technique is incidental sampling. Methods of data collection used questionnaires. The analysis technique was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 21 Program and percentage descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the research can be seen that the multiple linear regression equation is Y = -14.734 + 0.273X1 + 0.167X2 + 0.246X3 + 0.262X4+e. simultaneously obtained the value of F = 34.219 and significance of 0.000 so Ha1 accepted. While partially, communicator obtained tcount=3.627 and significance 0,000 so Ha2 accepted, relationship obtained tcount=2.374 and significance 0.020 so Ha3 accepted, backup management obtained tcount=2.968 and significance 0.004 so Ha4 accepted, and good image maker obtained tcount=4,642 and significance 0,000 so that Ha5 accepted. Coefficient of determination of communicator, relationship, backup management, and good image maker to corporate image was 57,3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial antara disiplin belajar, lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK N 2 Temanggung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung yang berjumlah 80 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik total sampling dan didapatkan responden dengan jumlah 80 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS For Windows Release 21. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 65,621+0,057X1+0,093X2+0,213X3+e. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan (Uji F) diperoleh Fhitung = 14,463 dengan signifikansi 0,000, sehingga H1 diterima. Koefisien determinasi simultan (R2) sebesar 34,1%, berarti bahwa disiplin belajar, lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 34,1%. Pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 5,01%, lingkungan keluarga terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 7,12% dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 15,60%. The objective of the study was to know if there was any on simultanous or partial influence of learning discipline, family environment and learning motivation toward students’learning outcomes the 10th grade students’ of Office Administration Department at SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung. The population of the study were 80 students on 10th grade of Office Administration Department taken by total sampling technique, applied to students as sample. The data were collected by questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, a classic assumption test and hypothesis test using SPSS for windows release 21. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, it was obtained similarity Y = 65.621 + 0.057X1 + 0.093X2 + 0.213 X3 + e. This learning outcome by hypothesis test of Simultan test Fcount 14,463 with a significance 0.000, so H1 was accepted. The Simultaneous Determination coefficient (R2) was at 34.1%, it means that learning disicipline, family environment and learning motivation influence students’ learning outcomesfor 34.1%. This influence of learning discipline toward students’ learning outcome of partial for 5,01%, family environment toward students’ learning outcome of partial for 7,12% and learning motivation toward students’ learning outcome of partial for 15,60%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat kejurun, praktik kerja industri, dan efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini, yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XII SMK N 2 Wonosobo yang berjumlah 443 dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 82 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan minat kejuruan, praktik kerja industri, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 64,2%. Secara parsial minat kejuruan berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 14,06%. Praktik kerja industri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 10,69%, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 11,49%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat kejuruan, praktik kerja industri, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Saran yang diberikan siswa sebaiknya lebih mempersiapkan dirinya untuk memasuki dunia kerja karena semakin tinggi persaingan dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Pihak sekolah supaya memperbaiki kualitas praktik kerja industri agar dapat meningkatkan kesiapan kerja siswa. Pihak guru agar memberikan konseling dan motivasi kepada siswa supaya siswa menjadi semakin yakin dan percaya diri akan kemampuan yang dimiliki sehingga lebih siap ketika dalam memasuki dunia kerja. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of vocational interest, industrial work practices, and self-efficacy to the students’ readiness to work either simultaneously or partially. The Population in this research was 443 students of grade XII SMK N 2 Wonosobo and 82 students chosen as the samples. This research is a quantitative research. Data questionnaires was used for collecting the data, while the data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously vocational interest, industrial work practices, and self-efficacy affect students’ work readiness amounted to 64.2%. Partially, vocational interest affected work readiness amounted to 14.06%, industrial work practices affected work readiness amounted to 10.69%, and self-efficacy affected work readiness amounted to 11.49%. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that vocational interest, industrial work practice, and self-efficacy have an effect on work readiness either simultaneously or partially. Suggestions addressed to the students is they should prepare themselves to embrace higher competition atmospheres in workplaces. Then the school should improve the quality of industrial work practices in order to improve student’s work readiness. The Teachers also need to provide counseling and motivation for students so that the students become more confident and they will be more ready in facing the world of work.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh pemahaman kurikulum, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, sarana dan prasarana terhadap kinerja guru di MTs N Pamotan Kabupaten Rembang. Lokasi penelitian di MTs N Pamotan, Kabupaten Rembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemahaman Kurikulum, Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Sarana dan Prasarana berpengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru di MTs N Pamotan Kabupaten Rembang. 1) Pemahaman Kurikulum berpengaruh sebesar 0.011 terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru di MTS N Pamotan Kabupaten Rembang, 2) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh sebesar 0.015 terhadap Motivasi Kerja Gurudi MTs N Pamotan Kabupaten Rembang., 3) Sarana dan Prasarana berpengaruh sebesar 0.004 terhadap Motivasi Kerja Gurudi MTs N Pamotan Kabupaten Rembang., 4) Fakor yang paling besar dalam mempengaruhi Motivasi Kerja Guru di MTs N Pamotan Kabupaten Rembang yaitu faktor Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah. Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dianggap lebih sesuai dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja para guru di MTs N Pamotan Kabupaten Rembang. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the influence of curriculum understanding, principal leadership, facilities and infrastructure on teacher performance in MTs N Pamotan, Rembang District. Research location at MTs N Pamotan, Rembang District. The method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Data processing techniques used SPSS. The results showed that Curriculum Understanding, Principal Leadership, Facilities and Infrastructure have a positive effect on Teacher Work Motivation in MtsN Pamotan Rembang District. 1) Understanding Curriculum influenced by 0.011 to Teacher Work Motivation, 2) Leadership Principal influence of 0.015 to Teacher Work Motivation, 3) Facility and Infrastructure effect of 0.004 to Teacher Work Motivation, 4) The greatest faculty in influencing Teacher Work Motivation in MTs N Pamotan Rembang District is Principal Leadership Factor. Principal leadership style is considered more appropriate in improving the work motivation of teachers in MTs N Pamotan Rembang District.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya belajar, kesiapan belajar, dan motivasi belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar secara langsung dan secara tidak langsung yang dimediasi oleh motivasi belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 427 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 206 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, analisis jalur, dan uji sobel dengan bantuan program SPSS For Windows Release 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, kesiapan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, gaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, kesiapan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar. Motivasi belajar sebagai varibael intervening mampu memediasi secara sempurna pengaruh gaya belajar dan kesiapan belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh gaya belajar, kesiapan belajar melalui motivasi belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 This study aimed to know the effect of learning style, learning readiness, and learning motivation on learning liveliness directly mediated by learning motivation. The population of this study was 427 students with 206 students as the sample. The method of data collection used questionnaires and documentation. The techniques of data analysis used percentage descriptive analysis, classical assumption, multiple regressions, path analysis, and sobel test. The result showed that learning style positively and insignificantly affected learning liveliness. Learning readiness positively and significantly affected learning liveliness. Learning motivation positively and significantly affected learning liveliness. Learning style positively and significantly affected learning motivation. Learning readiness positively and significantly affected learning motivation. Learning motivation as the intervening readiness on learning liveness. The conclusion was there was an effect of learning style, learning readiness through learning motivation on learning liveliness of student grade X SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung Academic Year 2017/2018.
