Abstract

Usaha Dagang (UD) Primadona Jember menjadi salah satu pusat oleh-oleh khas Jember yang bergerak dibidang pangan. UD. Primadona Jember merupakan perusahaan oleh-oleh khas Jember yang pertama berdiri di Kota Jember dan sudah legendaris sejak 1982. Kegiatan penjualan pada UD. Primadona 2 Jember menggunakan dua cara yaitu penjualan tunai dan penjualan kredit dengan menggunakan aplikasi sistem inventori (ASRI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi aplikasi sistem inventori (ASRI). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah evaluasi sistem aplikasi inventori (ASRI) pada UD. Primadona 2 Jember masih belum sesuai dengan teori yang telah digunakan sebagai bahan perbandingan.

Abstract

Gold pawn financing can be interpreted as pawning or surrendering physical authority over property/valuables from customers to banks to be managed with the ar-rahn principle, namely as collateral for loans/debts given to customers/borrowers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of inflation rate and gold price on the distribution of Rahn financing at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia. The data for this research comes from the official website of Bank Indonesia, PT Antam Indonesia and PT Bank Syariah Indonesia. The data taken is a monthly report. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis and data processing tools with the SPSS 21 application. The results of data analysis show that partially the inflation rate does not have a significant effect on the distribution of Rahn Financing of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia with a t value of -2.03 and a significant value of 0.051, and gold price fluctuations affect the distribution of Rahn Financing of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia with a t value of 7.811 and a significant value of 0.000. Simultaneously the inflation rate and gold price affect the distribution of Rahn Financing of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia with an F value of 30.81 and a significance of 0.000 and can be seen from the regression coefficient test (R2) the inflation rate and gold price fluctuations affect the distribution of Rahn Financing of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia by 64.4% and the remaining 35.6% is influenced by other factors outside the research model.

Abstract

Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) cadres are the spearhead of service delivery at the most basic level. They are required to provide services to help pregnant women understand their health issues. This activity aims to analyze the effectiveness of training and health education on cadre knowledge. The research design for this community service activity used a quasi-experimental approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study was conducted with 18 Posyandu cadres in Kemiri Village. The implementation phase included pre- and post-tests to assess the effectiveness of the training and health education activities. The training, using a participatory and applied approach, provided cadres with information on nutrition for pregnant women, how to identify nutritional disorders, how to assist pregnant women in meeting their nutritional needs, and knowledge about purple sweet potato-based snack foods for pregnant women. The instrument used to measure cadre knowledge was a questionnaire with 20 multiple-choice questions. Data analysis used the non-parametric Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. The results of the activity showed an average pre-test score for Posyandu cadres of (8.28 ± 0.57) and an average post-test score of (9.39 ± 0.85). Therefore, it can be concluded that there was an increase in the average pre-test and post-test scores for Posyandu cadres. Meanwhile, the analysis of the effectiveness of training and education on maternal nutrition on Posyandu cadres' knowledge showed a P-value of 0.001, thus concluding that training and health education effectively improved cadres' knowledge of maternal nutrition. Cadres, as the most basic service providers, must always receive the latest information to support their duties. Furthermore, the involvement of community leaders and cross-sectoral stakeholders is essential to increase community support and participation.
