Abstract

One of the effects of emotional and behavioral problems in children with TB is the disruption of productivity and quality of life including children's education.This study aims to identify emotional and behavioral problems in children with TB in the Central Jakarta Health Center and East Jakarta Health Center. The design of this study was cross-sectional in 91 pediatric TB patients in 2019 as measured using the Strength and Dfficulties Questionary (SDQ). The results showed an analysis of the distribution of problem scores and behavior of TB sufferers in children based on covariates, namely: for behavior problems found in the abnormal group both for normal nutritional status (89.4%), history of household contact (57.6%) and TB status negative (80.3%) and for relationships with peers, the largest abnormal group was found in normal nutritional status (92%), family contact history (60%) and negative TB status (84%) and difficulty scores in the abnormal category were in normal nutritional status (89.9%), household contact history (60%) and negative TB status (80%) Conclusion:. The distribution of SDQ scores with covariates (Nutritional Status, Contact History and TB Status), for the abnormal categories are: peer behavior problems and difficulty scores. Parents, teachers or health centers can follow up on SDQ results to anticipate mental health disorders in children

Abstract

Pendahuluan : Pandemi Covid-19 telah merubah seluruh aspek kehidupan termasuk di dunia  pendidikan. Setelah sebelumnya pembelajaran harus dilakukan secara daring untuk mencegah penularan Covid-19, kini tatap muka sudah boleh dilaksanakan namun dengan tetap menjaga protokol kesehatan. Tujuan: Pada penelitian ini terdapat hubungan sikap dengan kepatuhan pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 pada pembelajaran tatap muka (PTM) di sekolah SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Jakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif  analitik, dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 110 siswa. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa sikap berhubungan dengan kepatuhan dengan p value 0,013, analisis faktor risiko didapatkan OR 2,28, CI 95%  ( 1,305-6,1300 ),  artinya dari hasil didapatkan bahwa sikap mempunyai   hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepatuhan, dan sikap yang kurang baik berisiko 2,28 kali ketidak patuhan dalam pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan dibandingkan dengan sikap yang baik.  dan untuk variabel pengetahuan siswa terhadap protokol kesehatan Covid-19 didapatkan p value  0,058 artinya pengetahuan tidak hubungan dengan kepatuhan protokol kesehatan, dan tidak menjadikan faktor risiko terhadap ketidak patuhan protokol kesehatan Kesimpulan: Edukasi protokol kesehatan tetap diberikan untuk membentuk sikap yang baik terhadap protokol kesehatan dan perlunya pemantauan terhadap pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan melalui PHBS di sekolah untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan siswa terhadap pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan di sekolah SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Jakarta.
