Abstract

The present study reports the first comprehensive research on covid19 emergency services model. Healthcare services inside hospitals during pandemic can apply the Lean Hospital and Waste Assessment Model (WAM) modification, which is a new method that can be used to identify waste in the hospital service process flow and operational of emergency service. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for improving emergency services in the covid19 era. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative analysis carried out through observing the service flow of patients who will be hospitalized from the emergency, confirming the service flow by in-depth interviews and looking at secondary data and giving a questionnaire on a modification of eight waste relationship at 15 persons expert who understands the emergency service process. The results showed that the critical waste of emergency services at RSKJ Soeprapto hospital is a waste of human skills of 17.5%. The reasons for the emergence above are because the covid19 team has not yet been formed, the absence of special officers to conduct primary triage before the patient enters the emergency unit, and many officers who do not understand the flow of emergency services in the covid19 pandemic era. In order to improve hospital services in the future, it is necessary to form a covid19 team, to develop a standard emergency service guide, to conduct continuous socialization to all the hospital staff through education and training programs, which are recommendations for improving emergency services at RSKJ Soeprapto Hospital Bengkulu in the pandemic era and new normal preparation.

Abstract

The present study is for achieve also improving the education and information provided to hiv-aids cadre and patients. The existence of patients with hiv-aids is one of the communities that is difficult to reach, so health cadres and volunteers should have the ability to prevent hiv-aids and related health knowledge, which should be above average. The main and most important task of health cadres and or volunteers is to reach community groups with high health risks, and difficult to find by health workers. This study aims to gradually increase the capacity of health management skills, especially healthcare interpersonal speaking speech for volunteers and health cadres. The research was conducted using the method or approach of capacity building and PRA (Participatory Rapid Appraissal). Mentoring activities that have been carried out for 3 consecutive years in August 2019, September-October 2020, and October 2021 during the covid-19 pandemic. This activity was attended by more than 20 cadres, health volunteers, and administrators from the NGO Jakarta Plus Center (JPC) Foundation, both Jakarta in 2019-2020 and Cirebon in 2021. The training time during capacity building was about 1 hour for each topic, with presentations, simulations and role plays. in field assistance in 2020 and 2021 for a full day. The method of measuring understanding and knowledge is done by pre-test and post-test, before and after the activity. The results of the research show that although there is a statistically significant difference between participants knowledge during the initial test and at the end of the training, the data shows an improvement in participants' knowledge in mentoring and outreach activities. It is necessary to follow up research activities in the following years in the form of research on more detailed field assistance on disaster management, special community communication field education for the empowerment of volunteers and cadres at the JPC Foundation during the pandemic and preparations after it.

Abstract

AbstractElectronic Integrated Antenatal Care (e-iANC) is a web-based application that can be used by midwives in antenatal care (ANC) data and information management. Currently, e-iANC is being developed so that it can be used in the public primary healthcare at sub-district level. To ensure that e-iANC is used by end users, it was needed to test e-iANC using the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument. The e-iANC test had been conducted in a structured and accurate manner by using SUS’ ten statements on 22 purposive samples. The results obtained were 83.1 scores, which means that the e-iANC application was declared acceptable (acceptable) and good ratings in grade A and B. The e-iANC application could be developed and used as a tool for midwives in ANC.Keyword: Electronic Integrated Antenatal Care, e-iANC, System Usability Scale (SUS), midwifeAbstrakElectronic Integrated Antenatal Care (e-iANC) merupakan aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat digunakan bidan dalam manajemen data dan informasi pelayanan antenatal (ANC). Saat ini e-iANC sedang dikembangkan agar dapat digunakan dalam lingkup lebih luas yaitu di puskesmas tingkat kelurahan dan kecamatan. Untuk menjamin e-iANC dapat dimanfaatkan bidan sebagai pengguna akhir diperlukan pengujian menggunakan SUS’s instrument (System Usability Scale). Pengujian e-iANC telah dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan terukur secara akurat menggunakan 10 pernyataan untuk menilai sampel sebanyak 22 orang yang diambil secara purposive. Hasil pengujian e-iANC diperoleh skor penilaian 83,1 yang berarti aplikasi e-iANC acceptable atau dapat diterima pengguna akhir dan dalam grade A dan B dengan rating excellent. Hal ini berarti aplikasi e-iANC dapat terus dikembangkan dan dijadikan alat bantu bidan dalam melakukan ANC.Kata Kunci: Electronic Integrated Antenatal Care, e-iANC, System Usability Scale (SUS), bidan

Abstract

AbstrakPendahuluan:Salah satu elemen terkait Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) yang sangat melekat dalam bidang transportasi adalah kelelahan pengemudi. Stres di tempat kerja menjadi persoalan yang serius bagi perusahaan karena dapat menurunkan kinerja karyawan dan perusahaan. Tujuan:Mengetahui dan Menganalisis hubungan antara kelelahan dengan terjadinya keluhan stres kerja pada pramudi bus transjakarta koridor 8 di SBU PERUM DAMRI tahun 2014. Metode Penelitian:Desain penelitian Cross Sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pramudi bus transjakarta koridor 8 yang berjumlah 38 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunkan teknik sampling jenuh. Dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan data primer. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Pearson Product Moment. Hasil:Untuk distribusi skor kelelahan pramudi bus sebanyak 5 orang (13.2%) mendapatkan skor dibawah rata-rata <60 yaitu tidak mengalami kelelahan, sedangkan 33 (86.8%) orang lainnya mendapatkan skor diatas rata-rata >60 yaitu mengalami kelelahan. Dan distribusi stres kerja pramudi sebanyak 17 orang (44.7%) mendapatkan skor <15 dibawah rata-rata skor stres. Sedangkan 21 orang (55.3%) mendapatkan skor diatas rata-rata >15 mengalami stres kerja. Uji korelasi didapatkan r sebesar 0.559 yaitu tingkat korelasi sedang. Dan sifat hubungan positif (searah). Nilai P value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 maka ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kelelahan dengan terjadinya keluhan stres kerja pada pramudi bus transjakarta koridor 8. Hasil uji t menyatakan bahwa t hitung > t tabel (1.73 > 1.684) bermakna bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara kelelahan dengan stres kerja pramudi bus transjakarta.Kata kunci: kelelahan, stres kerja, pramudi bus

Abstract

Efforts to maintain health can be carried out with a clean and healthy lifestyle, including by washing hands 6 steps. Hands are the medium that transmits disease the most, so they must always be clean by washing hands in the 6 steps. The six steps to washing your hands start with pouring soap into your palms, rubbing your palms together, rubbing the back or back of your hands, rubbing between your fingers, rinsing off the soap and drying your hands. The results of observations in the classroom action research on 21 respondents consisting of junior high school students in Bekasi concluded that the majority of respondents (66.67%) had carried out the 6 steps of hand washing correctly. The results of observations of step-by-step hand washing stated that most respondents (72.79%) did the 6-step hand washing properly, in fact all respondents (100%) had carried out step 1 or step 1, namely pouring soap on their palms before washing. Hand. The quality of the implementation of the 6-step hand washing which was mostly good was made possible by the information obtained in the counseling conducted before the respondents carried out the practice of hand washing. The quality of the implementation of the 6-step hand washing which was mostly good was also made possible by the condition of the respondents who were mostly or 85.71% were women
