Abstract

KMP Nusa Jaya Abadi is primarily intended to connect the economic artery of Klungkung district in general and the island of Bali and small islands in Nusa Penida in particular. Since inaugurated its operation by the President of RI in 2007 until now the revenue from the port and shipping sectors served by Motor Vessel Penyebrangan Roro Nusa Jaya Abadi has reached more than 3.2 billion rupiah which consists of operational unit of loading and unloading goods and port charges.The purpose of this study is to know the analysis of loading and unloading of goods in increasing the Local Original Revenue (PAD) in the Port of Nusa Penida Distribution Klungkung regency.This research was conducted on Technical Implementation Unit of Port of Penpenangan Nusa Penida of Klungkung Regency. While the object of this research is the operational implementation of loading and unloading ship ports in an effort to increase local revenue (PAD).Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and document recording. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis: correlation analysis, determination analysis, and t-test analysis.The results obtained from this research are: correlation analysis obtained correlation value (r) of = 0.9957, this means that the relationship between the independent variables of loading and unloading with the dependent variable Original Revenue has a correlation coefficient of 0.9957.From result of calculation of determination obtained result equal to 99,15%. This means that loading and unloading activities have an effect on increasing the original income of 99.15%, while the remaining 0.85% is the influence of other variables that are not measured in this study.While the results of t-test analysis obtained value of 10.7792 or (10.7792 6.3140), it can be said that the relationship that occurs between loading and unloading activities with the original revenue is significant (meaningful).

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the gap in research resultsPreviously (research gap) and the different focus of discussion on Service Quality and ProductQuality on Savings Customer Satisfaction at PT. BRI Denpasar Branch Renon. In addition, there are also research problems about not achieving targets at PT. BRI Denpasar Branch Renon .This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on satisfaction of savings customers at PT. BRI Denpasar Branch Renon. This research was conducted at PT. BRI Denpasar Branch Renon with a population of 14,250 and the sample of this study amounted to 100 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution are worthy of use, thenanalyzed using SPSS 24.0. The results showed that (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and (3) service quality and product quality have an effect on customer satisfaction.The implication of this study is that the quality of service can be improvedby observing tangible indicators, reliability, responsiveness, guarantees andcertainty and empathy to increase.

Abstract

Dilaksanakannya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari Usaha Arak Campur yang ada di Desa Mas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif-kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian yaitu usaha arak campur Tutmang’s Bar and Kitchen dan objek penelitiannya adalah kelayakan usaha arak. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis dari aspek nonfinansial berupa aspek hukum, aspek pemasaran, aspek teknik, dan aspek manajemen. Sedanagkan aspek finansial menggunakan metode Payback Periode (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Indeks (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Average Rate of Return (ARR). Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan hasil kelayakan usaha Tutmang’s Bar and Kitchen dari aspek pemasaran, aspek teknik dan aspek manajemen dinyatakan layak, karena sebagian besar kritetia penilaian usaha yang digunakan terpenuhi, namun dari aspek hukum dinyatakan tidak layak dikarenakan belum mempunyai ijin usaha apapun. Ditinjau dari aspek finansial usaha arak campur Tutmang’s Bar and Kitchen dinyatakan layak karena memenuhi seluruh kriteria yang ada dalam persyaratan kelayakan sebuah usaha.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact and has the potential to threaten the sustainability of various business sectors. In addition to the problem of competition, businesses also have to face the company's internal problems.  To avoid the obstacles that will be faced and the risks that may arise during the running of the business, it is necessary to conduct a business feasibility study. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of MSMEs in Gunung Kawi fragrant incense in terms of non-financial and financial aspects. The research method used is descriptive quantitative through the help of the Microsoft Excel program. The results of study 1) from the non-financial aspect, the MSME business of Gunung Kawi Harum  Incense is still categorized as still feasible to run but several things need to be evaluated and improved in marketing strategies related to promotional activities still relying on resellers and word of mouth strategies so that market share is absorbed is still limited, and still uses the basic ingredients of semi-finished cense,  2) from the financial aspect, it shows that the MSME business of Gunung Kawi Fragrant Incense is feasible to run. This can be seen from the NPV (Net Present Value) obtained > 0 and has a positive value of  Rp.  2,030,577,166.   The resulting  IRR  (Internal Rate of Return) value> commercial bank interest rate is 17.47%. The resulting payback period is < from the investment age, which is 3.2 years. The Profitability Index (PI) obtained > 1, which is 1.18.

Abstract

considered, anything that can affect the company really needs to be taken into account. Through a business feasibility study, the business owner can get information about the current position of his business. This information can be used as a reference for the owner to run his business in the future. The purpose of this business feasibility study is to analyze the feasibility of Hita Coffee's business from various aspects, and use SWOT analysis, as well as determine the effectiveness of the competitive strategy applied. In this business feasibility study using qualitative data analysis techniques, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, which were conducted at Hita Coffee. The data obtained from the object of research are then directly collected and processed by the author. The stages are carried out by analyzing the feasibility study through aspects including market and marketing aspects, legal aspects, technical aspects, and financial aspects. And to find out the business opportunities for Hita Coffee, the SWOT analysis technique consists of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that exist in this business, and then the data is processed into an internal matrix, an external matrix, an IE matrix, and a SWOT matrix. The results obtained from the IE matrix show that Hita Coffee's business position is in position V with growth which is designed to achieve growth in sales, assets, or profits and a combination of the three. In the SWOT method, an alternative strategy is obtained that should be applied by the company in order to develop existing business opportunities. Based on the financial aspect, the results of the NPV (Net Present Value) of 262,546,296, the IRR (Internal Rate Of Return) value of 54%, and the payback period value of 4.82 so the return on investment is 1 year 5 months which will be completed in second. Thus the results obtained that this business is feasible to run.

Abstract

This study aims to find empirical evidence regarding the effect of work stress and motivation on the performance of Guide at Nusa Penida Klungkung during the Pandemic Period. Respondents in this study were employees who worked as Tout Guides on Nusa Penida Klungkung. The number of employees sampled in this study amounted to 35 people. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that work stress has a significant influence on of Guide Tour in Nusa Penida performance. So is significant motivation towards Guide performance. The study also showed that the relationship between work stress and motivation has a simultaneous significant influence on Guide Tour Nusa Penida performance.

Abstract

Dilaksanakannya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari penggunaan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR)  untuk pendanaan produk pertanian untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM di Denpasar. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif yang mengusung desain penelitian berupa studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-kuantitatif. Obyek penelitian ini adalah usaha Toko Anugrah Buah yang beralamat di Jalan Ahmad Yani Utara Desa Peguyangan Kota Denpasar. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif berupa aspek finansial menggunakan metode penilaian investasi. Sedangkan pada aspek non finansial menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif seperti aspek hukum, aspek pasar dan pemasaran , aspek manajemen dan aspek ekonomi dan sosial. Hasil penelitian pada aspek Keuangan menunjukkan hasil perhitungan sebagai berikut : PP (Payback period) dengan hasil 3 tahun 7 bulan. IRR (Internal Rate of Return) dengan hasil senilai 87,82%. PI (Profitabilitas Index) dengan hasil 1<4.81396.

Abstract

AbstractMinat beli konsumen merupakan perilaku konsumen mempunyai keinginan dalam memilih, menggunakan, suatu produk yang di tawarkan yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh social media marketing, lokasi dan harga terhadap minat beli. Penelitian dilakukan pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Canggu dengan jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 1.071 orang. Jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan teknik sampling accidental. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 91 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS 25 For Windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menjelaskan bahwa social media marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Canggu, artinya semakin meningkatnya social media marketing maka minat beli pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Canggu akan semakin meningkat. Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Canggu, artinya semakin baik lokasi Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Canggu maka minat beli akan semakin meningkat. Harga berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli  pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Canggu, artinya semakin baik kebijakan harga, maka tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Canggu
