Abstract

Saat ini pengembangan pembangkit biomassa menjadi fokus utama di negara-negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia. Masalah yang sering terjadi dalam pembangunan pembangkit biomassa adalah terbatasnya teknologi yang efisien dalam memproduksi gas metana sebagai penghasil listrik. Pembangkit listrik tenaga biomassa akan mengalami kegagalan dalam memproduksi gas metana (CH4) jika tidak memperhatikan teknologi pada reaktor. Dengan demikian, diperlukan desain reaktor yang dapat mengoptimalkan hasil gas metana. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimasi desain kombinasi agitator pada Anaerobic Buffled Reactor Biomass (ABRb) sehingga dapat meningkatkan nilai gas metana yang dihasilkan melalui kinerja agitator. Desain teknologi ini diadopsi dari tipe Anaerobic Buffled Reactor sebagai pembangkit listrik tenaga biomassa. Sebelumnya teknologi ini telah digunakan dalam sebuah penelitian dan mampu menghasilkan gas metana  berkisar antara 55% sampai 70%. Efek laju aliran massa dan interaksi agitator terhadap reaktor termasuk suhu, waktu, dan massa limbah organik menjadi metode pada penelitian ini. Hasil optimasi desain kombinasi agitator pada ABRb ini mempengaruhi pada tingkat laju gas metana dan nilai kalkulasi yang dihasilkan selama lima hari adalah 5,63% dan mencapai nilai maksimum 73,43% dalam 15 hari.

Abstract

Da'wah Islamiyah activities can be done by any method and media, including preaching by the radio. 104.3 FM SQ Radio is a kind of Da’wah Radio in the Pangkalpinang area. This radio has an important role in the effort to develop Islamic da'wah in the Pangkalpinang and Bangka Belitung regions, through its broadcast program which is divided into two forms, namely: On Air and Off Air. Referring to the theory of Innovation Diffusion, there are five important roles of SQ FM Radio in the effort to develop da'wah, namely: 1) Knowledge; 2) Persuasion; 3) Decision; 4) Implementation; and 5) Affirmation.

Abstract

Tribological properties are crucial for air-conditioning system performance. The properties can be improved using nanolubricant. However, the effect of the binary ratio of hybrid nanolubricants on the tribological performance of automotive systems is limited in the literature. Therefore, the present study investigates the tribology performance of TiO2-SiO2 nanolubricants for application in automotive air-conditioning (AAC) systems. The dispersion of TiO2 and SiO2 into PVE lubricant was carried out using a two-step method. Subsequently, the dispersion stability was assessed qualitatively and quantitatively. The samples were characterised by a volume concentration of 0.010%, with variations in the mixture ratio of 20:80, 40:60, 50:50, 60:40, and 80:20. Coefficient of friction (COF) and wear scar diameter (WSD) values were determined using the Koehler Four-ball Tribo Tester and Light Compound Microscopy. The investigation revealed that each sample experienced a reduction in COF, with the 40:60 ratio demonstrating the best ratio with the most significant decrease of 37.09%. At the same time, the COF decreased by 8.34%, 2.12%, 7.37%, and 15.11% for the nanolubricant samples at 20:80, 50:50, 60:40, and 80:20, respectively. The WSD evaluation showed that the 40:60 ratio has the lowest scar diameter of 0.0344 mm and a 37.09% wear rate decrease compared to pure lubricant. Each sample exhibits superior performance when evaluated for tribological characteristics and performance, particularly in the case of nanolubricants with the 40:60 ratio. The TiO2-SiO2/PVE, characterised by a volume concentration of 0.010%, has remarkable efficacy across different binary ratios, making it highly recommended with a 40:60 ratio for lubricating AAC compressor systems.

Abstract

The persistent challenges in material forming processes arise from recurrent issues encountered during the deep drawing process, particularly involving cracks and deviations from standard thickness dimensions. This article investigates the deep drawing process using both experimental and numerical methodologies. The experimental approach employs a 40-ton capacity power press machine, while the numerical method utilizes the ABAQUS student version software. SPCC-SD (JIS G3141) is the selected material for producing a Dop-pipe 2-inch diameter pipe cap in both approaches. Noteworthy findings include the highest positive and negative correlations observed in elements E 46 and E 48, with values of 0.715 and -0.933, respectively. Minimal disparities, averaging around 4.6% for all components, were evident between the experimental and numerical methodologies. The numerical approach yielded predictive results identifying potential issues in elements E 47 and E 48. This observation did not reveal instances of tearing failure but instead showcased an increase in thickness due to a higher axial force between the dies and punched-in components. The study successfully and accurately predicted product thickness for all components, presenting a contrast with outcomes obtained through the experimental method. Furthermore, this research advances the deep drawing process, extending its applicability to broader material forming applications and ultimately enhancing overall production process efficiency.

Abstract

Tugas akhir merupakan salah satu mata kuliah yang harus ditempuh oleh seorang mahasiswa untuk memperoleh gelar sarjananya. Dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir, biasanya mahasiswa telah ditentukan dosen pembimbing dan pengujinya oleh Ketua Jurusan. Dalam proses penentuan dosen pembimbing dan penguji di Jurusan Teknik Informatika Universitas Halu Oleo masih menggunakan cara konvensional dengan mengandalkan pengetahuan pribadi tentang spesifikasi keahlian dosen yang sesuai dengan topik tugas akhir mahasiswa. Penerapan metode BM25 (Best Match 25) sangat cocok digunakan untuk merekomendasikan dosen pembimbing dan penguji tugas akhir mahasiswa karena efektif dan memiliki ketepatan dalam mengurutkan dokumen berdasarkan query yang dicari. Pada hasil uji perbandingan penentuan dosen pembimbing dan penguji tanpa menggunakan sistem dan dengan menggunakan sistem diperoleh akurasi sebesar 58%.Kata kunci; BM25, Rekomendasi Dosen Pembimbing dan Penguji

Abstract

Abstract: Conflicts driven by religious backgrounds or those claiming to represent religion pose significant threats, especially in societies that are highly diverse in terms of culture, ethnicity, race, and religion. In the Toraja community, the acculturation of religion and culture, along with religious moderation, serve as two models of religious practice to address religious conflicts. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research method, focusing on the values developed through the approaches of religious moderation and religious-cultural acculturation. The findings of this research reveal that religious moderation can be integrated with local culture, particularly the value of "karapasan," which aligns with the concept of religious moderation focused on humanity and the public good. Meanwhile, the religious-cultural acculturation approach is more dominant in seeking universal values without relying solely on religion as the moral framework. The socio-cultural approach creates universal values that are acceptable to both Christian and Muslim communities. In this context, it is evident that religion is not in conflict with culture; rather, both can interact and form a dialogue to achieve religious harmony in life. Abstrak: Konflik yang dipicu oleh latar belakang keagamaan atau yang mengatasnamakan agama memang membawa ancaman yang cukup besar apalagi dalam masyarakat yang sangat majemuk. Majemuk dalam budaya, suku, ras maupun agama. Di dalam masyarakat Toraja, akulturasi agama budaya dan moderasi beragama menjadi dua model beragama untuk mengatasi terjadinya konflik keagamaan. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan berfokus pada nilai-nilai yang dikembangkan dari pendekatan moderasi beragama dan akulturasi agam-budaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa moderasi beragama dapat diintegrasikan dengan budaya lokal khususnya nilai karapasan yang sejalan dengan konsep moderasi beragama yang berfokus pada kemanusiaan dan kemaslahatan umum. Sedangkan pendekatan akulturasi agama-budaya lebih dominan dalam mencari nilai-nilai universal tanpa menggunakan agama sebagai satu-satunya sumber nilai moral. Pendekatan sosio-kultural menciptakan nilai-nilai yang universal yang dapat diterima baik di kalangan umat Kristen maupun umat Islam. Dalam hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa agama tidak bersifat bertentangan dengan budaya; sebaliknya, keduanya bisa saling berinteraksi dan membentuk dialog dalam mewujudkan harmonisasi hidup beragama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mengevaluasi strategi peningkatan pemanfaatan aplikasi berbasis kawasan yang dilakukan oleh Cabang Muhammadiyah dan Lembaga Pengembangan Cabang. Dengan menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini menganalisis literatur yang relevan untuk menemukan potensi penerapannya dalam mendukung kinerja cabang dan cabang Muhammadiyah di tingkat daerah. Studi ini menemukan bahwa teknologi digital dapat menjadi alat strategis untuk memperkuat sistem manajemen organisasi di tingkat regional, sehingga meningkatkan kerja sama dan efisiensi operasional di berbagai tingkat organisasi.

Abstract

Quality is when it meets the wants and expectations of customers or even exceeds them. Every company must raise the quality of its current products and services. A complete and adaptable approach for establishing, maintaining, and maximizing company success is Six Sigma. Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) is one of the tools used to implement Six Sigma. PT. KRM is one company engaged in the automotive sector, which produces Colt Diesel trucks. This research focuses on the welding processes. Defective products were found in as much as 5% of total production, exceeding the company's target of 3%. This research was conducted to determine the process capability based on product defects with the Six Sigma DMAIC method approach, then to find out the proposal for implementing quality control by analyzing the causes of defects in the production process and then looking for continuous improvement with the 5W+1H concept. The improvement was made to decrease the DPMO value of 4.496 and increase the sigma value of 0.19. This study demonstrates how the Six Sigma DMAIC approach can improve the quality of the cabin production process for the part side outer pillar LH. This case can help company managers apply Six Sigma methods to solve complex problems in other processes.
