Abstract

One mode of mass transportation that is currently widely used by the people of Palembang City is Light Rail Transit (LRT). This research aims to determine the level of satisfaction of LRT mass transportation users in Palembang City using the ServQual method and the CSI method. Measuring the level of satisfaction uses 5 dimensions, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. Measurements using the ServQual Method overall show that the level of satisfaction with the quality of service on the LRT in Palembang city is 0.908552, which is close to a value of 1, so it can be concluded that users are very satisfied with the quality of service on the LRT in Palembang city. However, based on the Gap obtained from Satisfaction and Expectations, each attribute in the 5 dimensions of service quality has a Negative Gap value which indicates that improvements still need to be made to increase user satisfaction in the future. Measuring the level of satisfaction using the CSI method obtained an LRT user satisfaction level index of 0.7659 in the range of 0.60 – 0.80, which means the satisfaction index for LRT mass transportation services is in the Satisfaction criteria

Abstract

This research aims to facilitate the admins of the Business Partner Department and IT Services at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang in searching for data, backing up data, and scheduling data in an organized manner. To support this convenience, the author has developed a web-based infrastructure backup data portal system, utilizing a MySQL database. This system can be used to manage network data, website data, as well as data reports or archives. The research method employed is the Waterfall method, which consists of several stages: analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection methods included interviews and observations. The result of this research is a website that enhances the performance of the admins of the Business Partner Department and IT Services at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang in managing company data.

Abstract

One of the Three Pillars of Bina Darma University is community service through Thematic Community Service Programs (KKNT). KKNT aims to help students gain knowledge, skills, and social awareness through new learning experiences. The community expects the presence of students to enhance motivation and innovation in the development field. Students, as active communication bridges, play a crucial role in developing and applying technology and science. The university, as an agent of change, supports this role. KKNT must be implemented using four principles: feasible, acceptable, sustainable, and participatory. The KKNT implementation process generally consists of three stages: evaluation, reporting, and follow-up. Two types of reports are prepared during the reporting stage: group reports by student groups and individual reports by each student. To conduct observations, question-and-answer methods, documentation, and direct field observations are used. Observations indicate that KKNT work programs include both physical and non-physical programs

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the improvement of team member performance based on social capital and information technology with team member engagement as a mediator (a case study of millennial generation employees of MSMEs in Palembang city). This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. This method is used to examine data on populations and samples by collecting data through research instruments and analyzing the data quantitatively. The subjects in the study were Millennial Generation employees. The location of this research was several types of work in MSMEs in Palembang city. The method used in drawing samples in this study was purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 80 employees of the millennial generation. Research hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using AMOS version 24. The results of the study indicate that social capital has no significant effect, information technology has a considerable effect, and team member engagement substantially impacts the performance of millennial generation employees. Furthermore, social capital and information technology are having a significant impact on millennial generation team member engagement. Meanwhile, team member engagement mediates the effect of social capital and information technology on millennial generation team member performance. Based on the findings in this study, future research adds new variables that have not been studied to enrich the study of the current Millennial Generation team member performance.

Abstract

Utilizing online shop services is an example of applying technology that aims to increase product sales, one of which is TikTok Shop. This research aims to measure the quality of service provided by TikTok Shop in order to offer appropriate recommendations for improving service features and other aspects. The method used is e-servqual, which includes variables such as efficiency, compliance, reliability, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, and contact which are used to identify service quality factors that require repair, maintenance, or improvement. The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is used to assess the performance of services provided to consumers compared to desired expectations. The results of measurement research using the e-ServQual method show a satisfaction index of 0.925274, which means TikTok Shop users are very satisfied, because the service quality score is close to 1. Measurements using the IPA method reveal three attributes that require performance improvement. These three attributes have the highest priority for improved to increase user satisfaction. Additionally, seven attributes can be retained because their performance exceeds the user's importance level. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide valuable contributions or insights for relevant stakeholders.

Abstract

Computer devices are essential hardware that support work across all fields, especially in a company setting. Therefore, it is expected that the computer equipment request process can be carried out accurately, quickly, and practically. With the implementation of a web-based computer device request application in the Business Partner & IT Services Department of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang, the process of requesting, recording, and managing computer device data can be made more efficient. The tools used include the Laravel framework, utilizing the PHP programming language and a MySQL database. The design of the application is carried out using UML (Unified Modeling Language), with the diagrams used being the use case diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram. Data collection methods involved interviews and observations. The result of this research is expected to facilitate the process of requesting computer devices

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a web-based free homecoming registration system for the Department of Transportation of South Sumatra Province. The website is designed to assist administrators in managing and monitoring registrant data according to their travel routes, streamline the filtering process, and facilitate the storage and retrieval of large volumes of data. This improvement enables a more efficient registration process and accommodates an increasing number of participants each year. The development process employs Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 as the text editor, PHP as the programming language, phpMyAdmin for database management, and Google Chrome as the testing browser. The resulting website provides an integrated and user-friendly platform that enhances administrative efficiency and accessibility for registrants. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to better data management and service delivery within the Department of Transportation of South Sumatra Province
