Abstract

The food service industry has received many challenges in the current era of disruption of the industrial revolution 4.0. Given the urgency of increasing the Motivation and Organizational Commitment in one of the restaurants in Jatinangor, the title of this study is "Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction in Waroeng Spesial Sambal, Jatinangor". This research belongs to the category of associative causal research using a quantitative approach. The results showed: 1. Motivation partially has a significant effect on the Employee Satisfaction variable; 2. Organizational Commitment partially has no effect and isn?t significant on the Employee Satisfaction variable; 3. Motivation and Organizational Commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Satisfaction variable.

Abstract

This study is entitled "Analysis of Competitive Advantage Aspects at SDS Nugraha, Bandung". The writing of this research is motivated by the demand for quality educational institutions that will be able to create Schools that have Competitive Advantages. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Respondents consisted of the Principal, Deputy Principal, teachers, and also staff in SDS Nugraha Bandung. The results showed that SDS Nugraha, Bandung already had advantages in the areas of strategic location, the breadth of the curriculum used, the program of collaboration with outsiders, adequate qualifications and quality of teachers, and also student achievement. For all this, SDS Nugraha will always continue to improve its capabilities so that schools can have a sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Implementation of Supply Chain Management in the Cake Industry (Case Study at Eti Snack, Kalipucang)". The writing of this research is motivated by several obstacles that are often experienced by companies. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The respondents consisted of the owner and five employees. The results show that: the company has implemented a supply chain management system well, suppliers are the key for the company in the sustainability of the production of various kinds of cakes, accuracy in distribution and quality of raw materials affect cake production which has implications for the quality of consumer value, and distributors act as mediators in success. the company sells products mainly for pastries. For all of this, the company is expected to continuously improve its capabilities so that it has a sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

The existence of culinary SMEs as the center of economic activity for most Indonesian people has begun to be displaced by the modern market. Therefore, improving service quality is important in increasing consumer loyalty in order to maintain it. Researchers conducted research with qualitative methods and used descriptive statistics to determine the 7P's marketing mix at "Gudeg Wijilan Hj Rini". The sampling technique used is random sampling with the number of respondents 30 people. As for the number of indicators, there are twenty-five that fit into the seven dimensions. In conveying messages about their products to consumers, all dimensions of the 7P marketing mix variable in "Gudeg Wijilan Hj Rini" fall into the high category. The dimension with the best score is promotion with a score of 4.93. Meanwhile, the dimension with the lowest score is process with a score of 4.58. The best indicator is "promotion through various media" with a score of 5.00. While the lowest indicator is "fast ordering process" with a score of 4.37. This shows that "Gudeg Wijilan Hj Rini" has done the 7P marketing mix well. SMEs, culinary, marketing mix, marketing mix

Abstract

This research was conducted on 30 creative SMEs in Yogyakarta who supply their products to Hamzah Batik. The classification of the craftsmen are: snacks, traditional home decorations, aromatherapy oils, wood crafts, silver crafts, batik bags, batik shoes and sandals, batik fabrics, traditional herbs and herbs as well as luxury materials such as jars and paintings. The results show that by using descriptive statistical analysis of the industrial analysis model created by Porter, the "buyer power" dimension with the indicator "consumer bargaining power in determining product selling prices" has the highest score or the most influential when compared to other indicators. Meanwhile, the “intensity of competition” dimension with the indicator “industry concentration affecting business in creative industries” has the lowest score. However, all indicators are in the very high category, which means that all indicators have a very high influence on the success of creative MSMEs in Yogyakarta which supply their products to Hamzah Batik. With the increase in globalization and to increase national GDP, the authors suggest increasing the competitiveness of MSME creative products in Yogyakarta by expanding their market, such as exporting their products abroad.

Abstract

The existence of cooperatives as the center of economic activity for most Indonesians has begun to be displaced by competitors such as more modern shops and mini markets. Therefore, improving the quality of service and member participation in the cooperative is important in improving its business. Researchers conducted research using qualitative methods and used descriptive statistics to determine the marketing mix and member participation in the Sejahtera Employees Cooperative, PGRI University, Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a total of 30 respondents. There are twenty-six indicators which fall into ten dimensions and two variables. In conveying messages about their products to consumers, all dimensions of the marketing mix variables and member participation in the Sejahtera Employees Cooperative, PGRI University, Yogyakarta fall into the very high category. The dimension with the best score is the place with a score of 4.98. Meanwhile, the dimension with the lowest score is processed with a score of 4.57. This shows that the Prosperous Employee Cooperative, PGRI University, Yogyakarta has implemented the 7P marketing mix and member participation well.

Abstract

This research highlights company resource variables and the external environment in the digital creative industry in West Java, which is registered with Aspiluki. There were 25 respondents in this study, consisting of owners and managers. This research uses quantitative and descriptive research methodologies. Company resources are everything that the company owns and can control. Meanwhile, the external environment is the environment outside the organization that can influence a company. The results show that the biggest indicator of the company resource variable is "the accuracy of using computer-based systems to analyze customer and market information." Meanwhile, the biggest indicator of external environmental variables is "the power of suppliers in determining costs to the company." The lowest indicator for the company resource variable is "developing and maintaining computer-based communication relationships with customers." Therefore, researchers suggest that companies should improve service quality by offering customer service 24 hours a day instead of normal office hours, which usually only involve 5 working days a week. Meanwhile, the lowest indicator for external environmental variables is "changes in government policies that affect digital creative businesses." Therefore, researchers suggest that the government provide policies that can provide more contributions to companies in the digital creative industries.

Abstract

This study aims to measure and analyze the effect of the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on company performance using a quantitative approach in thirty businesses engaged in book publishing in the city of Bandung. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of AI has a positive effect on company performance. AI-based analysis plays an important role in supporting companies to enter new markets. In addition, the implementation of AI within an organization can reduce operational time and costs. Therefore, companies should be able to improve the quality of their human resources in adopting the ever-evolving AI technology. In addition, companies can also use AI gradually, considering that the use of this technology requires a lot of investment costs.
