Abstract

Since its implementation in 2005, the School Operational Assistance (BOS) program has encountered several obstacles. The problems that often arise are the lack of planning and the lack of participation of the school ecosystem, especially in determining plans, planning documents and project priorities. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) model is a prioritization approach based on the determination of the priority scale on the comparison of one option with another. This approach is widely used to make decisions in various sectors, business, government, management, and education. It is very important to have a solution optimization tool in place to deal with the main problems that arise in allocating these funds. In this research, The AHP model is used to determine the priority scale on the criteria for BOS funds in the current year so that BOS funds can be optimally absorbed and can be utilized properly in its implementation for Vocational High School (SMK) activities. The results showed that the use of AHP made it easier for school residents to prioritize the use of funds for school activities. AHP can also be used for various stakeholders in schools (principals, treasurers, teachers, and committees, parents/guardians) to participate in making decisions about the use of BOS funds to improve school performance and quality.

We used qualitative method to find out how the role of SPI in achieving the good university governance principles. The informants in this study were selected by purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by interview and the data analysis technique was carried out by data reduction, data presentation and making conclusion. The conclusion of this research was that the SPI had important role in the effort to achieve the principle of good university governance. However, there were some problems related to ineffectiveness of the SPI's role. Abstract

The research objective to be achieved in this study is to determine the effect of the variables of entrepreneurship education, need for achievement, and internal locus of control on entrepreneurial interest. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 358 students and a sample of 189 in class XII students of SMKN 1 Sukoharjo from proffesional competences, namely Online Business and Marketing, Accounting and Financial Institutions, Automatication of Office Management, and Computer and Network Engineering. Proportionate random sampling is a technique used in sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale with a closed questionnaire and using multiple regression analysis for data analysis. The results showed that there was a simultaneous or partial influence of the variables of entrepreneurship education, need for achievement, and internal locus of control on entrepreneurial interest. Adjusted R square has a value of 0.673 which shows that 67.3% entrepreneurial interest is influenced by entrepreneurship education, need for achievement, and internal locus of control and the remaining 32.7% is influenced by other variables. This shows that the relationship of entrepreneurial interest with the three independent variables is very strong because the value is greater than 0.50. Results sffective contribution to entrepreneurship education is 46.2%, need for achievement is 8.8%, and internal locus of control is 12.9% towards entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

Personnel expenses, investment expenditures, and operational costs are the three parts of the central government's support for education in Indonesia. The program has encountered a number of challenges since being put into place in 2005. To get over the difficulties, school managemnet absolutely must have an optimization tool. The primary issues with the allocation of these funds up to this point have been a lack of preparation and a lack of involvement from the school ecosystem, particularly in establishing the planning, planning papers, and the priority scale of the projects. Plans for programs and activities based on the BOS (School Operating Assistance) platform. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) model is a prioritization method that bases the priority scale on a comparison of each alternative with the others. The AHP model is a recognized decision-making tool that is effective but straightforward. Businesses, government, management, and educational sectors have all adopted this model. In this research, the BOS allotted funds in the current year were prioritized based on these specifications using the AHP model, allowing for the best possible absorption and effective implementation of Vocational School operations. The results of the research demonstrate how using AHP makes it simpler for school residents to give priority to spending money on educational activities. Managers can record strategic goals using the AHP model and prioritize the usage of funds based on weighted criteria. AHP can collaborate with various school stakeholders (principals, treasurers, teachers, committee, parents/guardians) to improve the standard and type of decision assistance used to raise academic achievement. The AHP model for planning the use of Regular BOS funding is practical to use and apply in every SMK, the researcher can conclude based on the findings of the aforementioned study.

Abstract

Post COVID-19 Pandemic conditions pose a challenge to the world of education, especially for teachers so that they can encourage students to think critically after studied from home for so long. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the collaboration of jigsaw learning model with problem-based learning (PBL) model on students’ critical thinking skills in economics subject at SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta post COVID-19 Pandemic. The reasearch method used a quasi experimental design type non-equivalent control group design. The research subject was 11th grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta who were divided into two sample class, namely experimental class and control class. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used tests, observation and documentation. The research data analysis techniques used hypothesis tests with paired sample t-test, independent sample t-test, and ANOVA. The result of this research showed that the application of the collaboration of jigsaw learning model with PBL model had positive and significant effect on students’ critical thinking skills in economics subject at SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta post COVID-19 Pandemic.
