Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komputer yang pesat memungkinkan produk program komputer dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran, salah satunya adalah VCD pembelajaran. VCD dapat dijadikan media pembelajaran sehingga menjadi lebih nyata dan lebih mudah dipahami. Penggunaan media ini dapat membawa siswa lebih aktif dan termotivasi dalam proses pembelajarannya, sehingga hasil belajarnya pun akan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan media VCD dalam upaya peningkatan hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes tertulis, angket, observasi, wawancara. Analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen, yaitu pre-experimental one-group pretest-postest design. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah bahwa dengan menggunakan media VCD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan motivasi siswa.  Kata kunci: Peningkatan Hasil Belajar, Motivasi, Media VCD IPS

Abstract

AbstractCommunity service regarding zakat is aimed at educating and developing community literacy through youth community, Puri Asri Street, Tri Mulyo, Jetis, Bantul. Zakat, which is the fourth pillar of Islam, has a mandatory legal status according to shari'ah. The majority of Muslim communities in Indonesia have not yet paid zakat correctly. Most only know zakat fitrah only and others who have known other types of zakat have not performed zakat correctly. So, it is very necessary for a socialization activity to add insight into the scientific community in tithe. The participants in the socialization program consisted of 20 young people, with different levels of education. Ranging from junior high school level to college students. From the questionnaire data distributed to participants (pre-test) 80,7% did not understand zakat well, so this socialization was needed. After the socialization was held a post-test was held to find out the increase in knowledge and scientific uptake of the participants, and it was stated that 91,6% had understood the material of the zakat presented.Keywords: Zakat, Socialization, Education

Abstract

The aim of the study is to examine the influence of cash holding and return on assets on firm value with the debt to equity ratio as moderation. The data type is secondary. The population is health sector companies in the ISSI. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The research data is financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2023. Analysis using the PLS-SEM method evaluates the outer and inner models. Includes convergent validity, discriminant validity, and composite reliability, Cronbach's alpha for parameter blocks. Also, the R-square value for construct validity and the Standard Root Mean Residual value for model fit, then hypothesis testing. Data was processed with SmartPLS 4.0 software. This research shows that cash holding has no significant effect, return on assets has a significant positive effect, the debt to equity ratio is able to weaken the influence between cash holding and firm value, and the debt to equity ratio is able to strengthen the influence between return on assets and firm value. Abstract

Background- KEBANAN is one of the on demand service platforms created by students at Bachelorwiyata Tamansiswa University as a result of the Student Digital Entrepreneurship Innovation Program championship of the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture. KEBANAN is based on a mobile application that can provide a solution to banan when experiencing problems on the road with the tagline "Kebanan, so you are calmer when a tire leaks on the road". Structural Problems KEBANAN is a team of students from the UST (graduatewiyata Tamansiswa University) management study program who are currently taking their 6th semester including the Director, Production and Product Development Team, as well as the market and distribution development Team. Obligations at the end of semesters 6-7 are very high because you are required to do internships, real work studies, and thesis writing which require extra focus in terms of time, energy, and thought, so that the continuity of KEBANAN will be disrupted because the entire structure will focus on graduating on time as a main priority. If problems like this are not immediately addressed and educated, it will be worrying that the business life cycle will be shortened, and if that happens it is very unfortunate because KEBANAN has a strategic role in providing solutions for road users when there is a ban on the road. The aim of developing organizational management is to increase the sustainability of the KEBANAN startup business as the best solution. The solution to overcome this problem is in 7 ways, namely: How the team spends time, How to make a daily activity schedule, How to prioritize time wisely, How to group similar tasks, Set time limits when working on tasks, Learn to say no and eliminate distractions. After discussion, the entire KEBANAN team realized that they needed to change and made a commitment to become motivated again, starting with proper time management.
