Abstract

This study is aimed to identify how the implementation of full-day school programs in High Schools 3 and 8 Yogyakarta. This research is related to policies due to changing times. The approach used is a qualitative case study. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the school principal, deputy headmaster, educators, education staff, BK teachers, students, and graduates. The findings show that a full-day school creates conflict for schools and makes schools adapt to new rules

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak perubahan era Society 5.0 terhadap pembelajaran dan mengidentifikasi tantangan yang muncul dalam konteks ruang lingkup manajemen pendidikan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang berlokasi di SMPN 1 dan SMPN 3 Bukittinggi, Sumatera Barat. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala SMPN 1, Kepala SMPN 3, guru, dan pegawai tata usaha. Instrumen penelitian adalah lembar observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran belum dapat dilakukan secara efektif karena kurangnya kemampuan mengajar yang mampu memanfaatkan potensi teknologi dan metode pembelajaran adaptif, pelatihan yang dilaksanakan oleh guru belum optimal, pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru dan stakeholder pendidikan lainnya menjadi kunci dalam mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi dan mengatasi perubahan dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Hal ini sesuai dengan kajian manajemen Pendidikan dalam ruang lingkup manajemen tenaga pendidik. Novelti penelitian ini adalah permasalahan pembelajaran yang diatasi dengan perspektif manajemen pendidikan serta ruang lingkupnya sehingga pembelajaran saat ini dan mendatang dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efesien.Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran, Society 5.0, Manajemen Pendidikan Abstract This study aims to analyze the impact of changes in the Society 5.0 era on learning and identify challenges that arise in the context of the scope of education management. This research is a descriptive qualitative research which is located at SMPN 1 and SMPN 3 Bukittinggi, West Sumatra. The research subjects were the principals of SMPN 1, the principals of SMPN 3, teachers, and administrative staff. The research instruments are observation sheets, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that learning cannot be carried out effectively due to a lack of teaching skills that are able to utilize the potential of technology and adaptive learning methods, training conducted by teachers is not optimal, continuous training for teachers andstakeholder other education is key in optimizing the use of technology and addressing changes in learning to increase teacher professionalism. This is in accordance with the study of education management within the scope of teaching staff management. The novelty of this research is learning problems that are solved with an education management perspective and its scope so that current and future learning can run effectively and efficiently.Keyword : Learning, Society 5.0, Education Management
