This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and work commitment in the Kencono Wungu Cooperative. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between work motivation and work commitment of employees at the Kencono Wungu Cooperative. Employees who have high motivation will have a high work commitment as well. Vice versa, employees who have low motivation will have low work commitment as well. A quantitative approach with correlational research was used in this study. Purposive Sampling with 20 subjects as a sampling technique. Some of the research instruments used include validity tests with the results of the validity index of work motivation (x) being 0.934 and work commitment (y) being 0.937. To test the reliability of the variable (x) of 0.934 and the variable (y) of 0.937. Both variables are normally distributed because the results of the normality test show the results of 0.065; p=0.05. And the two variables have a linear relationship because the results of the linearity test are 0.542; p=0.05. The correlation test results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and work commitment (r = 0.542; p = 0.000 < 0.05). As a result, the goal is to have a high level of work motivation and a high level of work commitment.

An assessment of the performance of a financial institution can be done by analyzing its financial statements. With the aim to find out how much the financial performance of the Kepberen Uber Cooperative is in a healthy condition. This financial performance is reviewed through an analysis of its financial ratios. In this study, researchers used a descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. Taking the research subject at the Kepanjen Uber Cooperative. While the object of research taken was the annual report of the Kepberen Uber Cooperative starting the period 2016 - 2018. Research conducted shows that the Liquidity Ratio with the type of Current Ratio gives fairly healthy results for its financial performance, and gives an unhealthy financial performance results on its Cash Ratio type. Solvency ratios measured by the type of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) that provide financial performance results in a healthy condition. Profitability ratios measured by the type of Return on Equity (ROE) provide financial performance results in an unhealthy condition, in the type of Return on Assets (ROA) provide financial performance results in a fairly healthy condition, and Net Profit Margin (NPM) which provides performance results financial condition is very healthy. Thus the results of the analysis of financial performance in the financial statements of the Cooperative Uber Kepanjen through financial ratio analysis has been classified as good even though the performance of the cooperative has decreased each year and fluctuations.Keywords: Financial performance, Liquidity Ratios, Solvency Ratios, Profitability Ratios

Pernikahan dini selain kurang dalam menyiapkan mental akan berdampak stres, dimana pernikahan dini yang dilakukan oleh remaja dapat menyebabkan remaja kehilangan suatu tugas penting di masa remajanya, yaitu mempersiapkan perkawinan dan rumah tangga. Remaja yang melaksanakan pernikahan di usia dini mempunyai peranan baru dalam hidupnya sebagai orang dewasa. Pernikahan yang dijalankan seseorang mempunyai berbagai permasalahan yang dapat mendorong adanya stres. Penelitian ini mempergunakan penelitian Kualitatif dengan metode Wawancara dan Observasi untuk menghasilkan data yang menunjukkan subjek mengalami Stres peneliti menambahkan Pemeriksaan psikologi,dalam penelitian ini kepada 3 subjek yang berada di desa ketawang kecamatan gondanglegi, pemeriksaan psikologi ini menggunakan BDI-II (The Beck Depression Inventory). Hasil dari psikotes BDI-II yaitu yang di deskripsikan oleh peneliti bahwa berdasarkan analisis data dapat di tarik kesimpulan bahwasanya hasil pre-test dan post-test yang sudah dilaksanakan kepada ketiga subjek yang melakukan pernikahan usia dini mengalami stres hal ini diamati dari hasil pemeriksaan psikologi yang memperlihatkan angka 26 ke 31 yang artinya “stres sedang ke stres parah”. Yang kedua pre-test dan post-test memperlihatkan hasil dari angka 6 ke 13 yang artinya “Stres sedang ke Mood atau perasaan yang murung dan ringan. Yang terakhir pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan hasil dari angka ke 4 ke 11 yang artinya “Stres sedang ke Mood atau perasaan yang murung dan ringan”. Sehingga penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa perempuan yang menikah di usia dini menderita Stres dan dibuktikan dengan wawancara dan observasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruhgaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT.BPRS Bumi Rinjani Kepanjen. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 76 responden dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Dari hasil nilai koefisien menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan variabel independen (gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja) adalah yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai adjusted R-square sebesar 53,7%, sisanya sebesar 46,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel selain variabel independen dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji test simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT.BPRS Bumi Rinjani Kepanjen

Customer service is an important aspect for most businesses in retaining customers, maintaining high revenues and acquiring new customers. The purpose of this study is to examine the aspects that need to be built in superior cultural services to customers. The theories used are customer-oriented culture, staff management and customer retention. In this qualitative research, descriptive analytic method is used to collect data and analyze and interpret the results. The findings show which aspects and dimensions of service quality are significant in building a vision of total service quality, different country cultures. Customer trust affects repurchase intentions and word of mouth promotion. The more trust a customer has in a company, the more likely he is to recommend it to others.

To enhance good business governance practices, leaders and employees must meet the minimum requirements and competency standards and be knowledgeable about risk management for agency activities. Thus, CRA certification is a competency-based training program for mid-level risk management practitioners in order to address existing issues. As a form of community empowerment, Smart Indonesia Academy provides training and certification in risk management to the team of the Diponegoro University Internal Monitoring Unit. This study aims to investigate the community service activities provided by the Smart Indonesia Academy by providing risk management training and certification to the team of the Diponegoro University Internal Oversight Unit. The analytic-descriptive method was utilized to collect data, analyze it, and interpret the results of this qualitative study. The findings of the study indicate that Smart Indonesia Academy has been successful in empowering the community through CRA training and certification that is well-managed and effective. This program for community service is all-inclusive and can reach the goals set by the Chancellor of Diponegoro University.

One way to motivate employees is by providing fair and transparent incentives and rewards in order to achieve better and more accurate company goals. Employees who are motivated will carry out their work well. This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and rewards on employee motivation at Public Fuel Filling Stations (SPBU Pasti Pas! in Kediri). The method used in this study is descriptive method with a quantitative approach with a sample of 58 respondents selected. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, Pearson correlation and coefficient of determination, as well as the F test and t test using SPSS 18.0 for windows. The results showed that the incentives provided by the company were included in the sufficient criteria, and the rewards distributed by the company were included in the sufficient criteria and the level of employee motivation was included in the sufficient criteria. The results of hypothesis testing conclude that simultaneously or partially incentives and rewards have a significant effect on employee motivation. Simultaneously the magnitude of the influence of the two independent variables on work motivation is equal to 75.9%, while partially Reward has a greater effect than incentives on employee motivation.

PeneIitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel kecerdasan emosionaI dan kecerdasan intelektual baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja pengurus Pergerakan Mahasiswa lslam lndonesia (PMll) Komisariat Raden Rahmat MaIang. Metode uji yang dipakai pada peneIitian ini ialah metode kuantitatif. Adapun data yang digunakan dalam peneIitian ini ialah data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari pengurus PMll Komisariat Raden Rahmat MaIang melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian: uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menerangkan yakni kecerdasan emosionaI tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja karena diduga pengurus PMII lebih banyak mengandalkan kecerdasan intelektual dalam proses menyelesaikan program kerjanya saat penulis melakukan penelitian, sehingga dalam hal ini kecerdasan emosional tidak menjadi bagian yang mempengaruhi kinerja pengurus PMII Komisariat Raden Rahmat, sedangkan kecerdasan intelektual secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pengurus PMII komisariat Raden Rahmat Malang. Kemudian dari hasil uji secara simuItan dan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosionaI dan kecerdasan intelektuaI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja sebesar 36,4%
