Abstract

Every organization must have a strong ambition to develop the application of information technology (IT) since IT application considerably assists the business processes of a company. Obviously, prior to undertaking the development of IT implementation, it is required to evaluate the company's preparedness and maturity in implementing IT-based infrastructure, human resource management, and processes. Using the Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT 5) framework to evaluate the maturity level of IT cooperatives. The results indicated that the Maturity level value of the APO Domain from eight questions was 3.18, which is at level 3 (Defined), namely that in order to optimize the use of IT, the cooperative can make efforts to increase it, such as developing the quality of human resources in the company, building an organizational structure for IT management, procuring IT equipment based on company needs, and developing the use of IT on a regular basis. Administrative management that still relies on the Excel application must be enhanced by introducing a computerized system that makes data management simpler for cooperatives

Abstract

This study seeks to determine the impact of implementing good management as a whole, overall performance measurement structure, reward system, and decentralization on managerial performance in several private schools in Jakarta and Tangerang. Likert scale is used to collect important facts for this study. As the study sample, five schools have been selected. The method used in this research technique is a quantitative method. This study involved 60 respondents. Validity testing was carried out with Pearson correlation, reliability testing with Cronbach's alpha, and hypothesis testing with multiple regression analysis techniques. The consequence of this observation reveals that management performance is generally good, with an importance value of 0.000, some of which have effects that can be applied to managerial performance. These results are based on statistical tests with a significance level of 5%. Good management as a whole, overall performance measurement tools, reward tools, and decentralization all have a significant effect on managerial performance with a significance cost of 0.00, while performance dimension tools, reward machines, and decentralization have no significance value with values of 0.055, 0.500, and 0.071.

Abstract

Some of the factors identified as influencing the profitability of Islamic banks include asset growth, volume of financing, low non-performing financing ratios, optimal financing distribution, large income spreads, low-cost funds, professional internal management, prudential principles in channeling financing, and several other factors that have an influence on the profitability of Islamic banking. This research is explanatory research (explanative research). Explanatory research seeks to explain the causal relationship between variables by testing hypotheses. The purpose of this research is to test the proposed hypothesis regarding the influence of the firm's fundamental variables on sharia stock prices as the dependent variable. This research is also quantitative. The quantitative approach is research related to quantitative data in the form of numbers that can be used with mathematical operations (Muhamad, 2008: 203). This study uses time series data with monthly data from January 2022 to June 2022. The focus of the research is the condition of all Islamic banking in Indonesia. Partially, the financing deposit ratio (FDR) has a positive and significant influence on the profitability of Islamic banking. This shows that the FDR ratio has a direct effect on the profitability of Islamic banking, because the FDR ratio is a ratio that describes a bank's ability to channel financing, and also describes the bank's liquidity. If the FDR is <80%, the bank will be burdened by profit sharing to third parties and additional Minimum Statutory Reserves (GWM) to Bank Indonesia, so that profitability is not optimal. On the other hand, if the FDR > 100%, it indicates that the bank's liquidity is disrupted.

Abstract

Mobile banking is a digital service product provided by banks to facilitate daily transactions. In Indonesia, there is sharia-based mobile banking. However, there are still many customers who have not utilized digital mobile banking services. This is partly influenced by digital marketing promotions that have not been optimal. Not only that, the increasing risk of cybercrime makes customers have a negative perception of the use of mobile banking and prefer to use an automatic teller machine. The study seeks to determine whether risk perception and digital marketing have an impact on consumers' decisions to utilize mobile banking. This study employed a quantitative methodology and gathered data from a sample of 100 participants. The normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test (t test, f test, and R2 test) are the data analysis procedures employed. The study's findings demonstrate a favorable relationship between perceived risk and digital marketing's ability to influence consumer choices. The results of the test for coefficient of determination yielded an R2 value of 0.75, or 75%. Customers' decisions to utilize mobile banking are influenced by digital marketing outcomes and risk perception, while the remaining percentage is explained by factors other than the independent variables employed in the study.

Abstract

This study intends to determine how consumer satisfaction with mobile banking services affects repurchase interest. Customers of Jabodetabek who utilize mobile banking make up the study's sample. Purposive sampling was used in this investigation, and a non-probability sample of 100 participants was used. Questionnaires will be used by researchers to collect data. The structural equation method of partial least squares, or SEM-PLS, is employed in this study. Higher-order formative and lower-order reflecting constructs were utilised in this study. According to the study's findings, the level of mobile banking services directly affects repurchase interest. The effectiveness of mobile banking services directly affects how satisfied customers are. Repurchase interest is directly influenced by customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has an indirect impact on repurchase interest through the quality of mobile banking services. Customer interest in repurchasing mobile applications for e-commerce payment services is influenced by service quality. Customers will be satisfied with good service quality in mobile applications, particularly in e-commerce payment services. It has been demonstrated that the positive indirect effect of mobile banking services is moderated by customers' satisfaction with e-commerce payment services provided by mobile banking.
