Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kontroversi alasan yang melatarbelakangi transportasi konvensional di tengah adanya layanan transportasi Online di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teori yang dipakai adalah teori pilihan rasionalitas dan tindakan sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan transportasi konvensional dalam melakukan tindakan mempertahankan dengan adanya transportasi online memiliki preferensi nilai. Terdapat tiga klasifikasi nilai yang menjadi motif transportasi konvensional dalam mempertahankan eksistensi di tengah adanya transportasi online, diantaranya adalah : nilai ekonomis (pendapatan menjadi transportasi konvensional lebih menjanjikan daripada menjadi transportasi online), nilai kebersamaan (Transportasi konvensional lebih mengutamakan kerukunan dan gotong royong), dan nilai bargaining (bargaining negosiasi tarif sehingga lebih memberikan kebesan penumpang untuk menawar harga). Kata Kunci : Rasionalitas, Transportasi Online, Transportasi Konvensional

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi secara empiris pengaruh modalintelektual terhadap market value added (MVA) dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 210 dari tahun 2008 sampai tahun 2014 dari perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan data panel menggunakan aplikasi SPSS untuk menguji data. Hasil dari penelitian iniadalah value added capital (VACA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap market value added (MVA), value added human capital (VAHU) berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap market value added (MVA), dan structural capital value added (STVA) berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap market value added (MVA). Hasil dari penelitian ini memperluas pemahaman tentang peran modal intelektual dalam menciptakan nilai perusahaan dan membangun keunggulan bagi perusahaan perbankan di negara berkembangdimana adanya banyaknya persaingan ekonomi yang semakin meningkat sehingga dibutuhkan implikasi yang berbeda untuk meningkatkan modal intelektual.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how changes in fiscal policy and monetary policy have impacted economic expansion in Indonesia. Spending by the government, tax rates, the rate at which banks open new accounts, and the total amount of money in circulation are the variables that were investigated in this study. This study takes a quantitative approach, and the analytical method that is employed is multiple linear regression using secondary data on economic growth from 2013-2022. The data for this study was collected from the United States Department of Commerce. The study's conclusions indicate that taxes and the amount of money in circulation impact Indonesia's economic growth, but neither government spending nor interest rates on BI deposits do. Additionally, how government expenditure, taxes, interest rates, and the amount of money in circulation affect economic growth. It is 99.66%. As a result, while making future decisions about the economy, the government will need to take into account both kinds of policies in a comprehensive manner.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, changing the learning system to be online-based, learning using e-learning, zoom or google meet. The purpose of this study was to determine student satisfaction with the implementation of e-learning in terms of Information Quality (IQ), System Quality (SQ), Service Quality (SEQ), User (U), User Satisfaction (US) and the net benefits (NB) received by students. The population in this study are students at private universities who use eLearning in their learning system. A sample of 353 respondents using certain criteria. Questionnaire as a research instrument by using an online application. Data analysis using SEM PLS. The results showed that Information Quality (IQ), System Quality (SQ), Service Quality (SEQ)  had an effect on User (U) and User Satisfaction (US). The findings of this study also show that User (U) and User Satisfaction (US) is capable of moderating between Information Quality (IQ), System Quality (SQ), Service Quality (SEQ) and net benefits (NB) received. The learning system using eLearning is able to transfer the knowledge of lecturers to students.

Abstract

Penggunaan alat pembayaran telah mengalami kemajuan yang pesat. Perkembangan tersebut berupa alat pembayaran online yang sangat membantu dan mempercepat proses pembayaran. Beragam alat pembayaran online yang memudahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi penjualan dan pembelian, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) merupakan standar kode QR Nasional sebagai media pembayaran kode QR di Indonesia yang diluncurkan oleh Bank Indonesia. Dengan penggunaan E-Wallet sebagai alat pembayaran untuk beberapa merchant seperti ShopeePay dan lainnya sangat membantu sebagai alat transaksi pembayaran yang efektif  dan  efisien  serta  mampu  berintegrasi dengan software yang menggunakan InterActive QRIS Open API Platform. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan tim Dosen STIESIA Surabaya pada pelaku UMKM di Pandegiling Surabaya dengan  menggunakan metode sosialisasi mengenai manfaat menggunakan QRIS dimana para pelaku UMKM masih banyak yang belum mengetahui informasi penggunaan pembayaran online. Adapun manfaat dari hasil  kegiatan  ini  langsung  dipraktekkan  oleh  pelaku  UMKM Pandegiling untuk  melakukan penggunaan aplikasi QRIS dalam transaksi pembayaran. Sehingga tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi kepada para pelaku UMKM di Pandegiling Surabaya untuk dapat bersaing dan bertransformasi di era digital.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of MSME actors in RT. 07 RW. 01, Kebonsari Jambangan Village, Surabaya City, in utilizing the Shopee e-commerce platform to increase sales and competitiveness of their products. The training and mentoring methods are structured through lectures, demonstrations, and practice. The results of the community service activity are an increase in participants' understanding and skills in using the Shopee application. Participants are able to create and manage online stores, implement effective marketing strategies, and increase product sales and market reach. These findings indicate that structured training and mentoring in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopee can provide significant benefits for MSMEs by increasing their sales and market reach.

Abstract

In the business world, organizational ambidexterity (OA) is becoming more and more important, particularly in women-led SMEs. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how organizational ambidexterity mediates the impact of female leadership on the financial performance of women-led SMEs. The study's population consisted of 190 female SME owners in Indonesia, and SEM PLS was used to analyze the data. The results of the study demonstrate that OA can mediate the impact of female leadership on business success, that OA influences OA, and that both OA and female leadership have an impact on business performance. The association between female leadership and the business success of female SME actors is strengthened by organizational ambidexterity, which functions as an intervening variable. Female SME leaders can boost competitiveness and sustainable business growth by utilizing current resources and exploring new opportunities. As a result, the creation of OA is one of the most important tactics for assisting the advancement of women-led SMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to enhance the skills of SMEs in RW.01, Kelurahan Kedung Baruk, Rungkut District, Surabaya, in utilizing smartphone technology for product photography and branding design. Many SMEs have yet to fully optimize digital technology, especially in creating attractive product visuals and strong branding designs. This training provides practical knowledge on product photography techniques using smartphones, including lighting, angle selection, and basic editing, as well as consistent and appealing branding design. The implementation method involves direct training, mentoring, and evaluation to ensure understanding and application of the material. Initial results show that most participants were able to produce higher-quality product photos and more professional branding designs. Additionally, participants began applying digital marketing strategies through social media platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp to promote their products. This program is expected to enhance the competitiveness of SMEs, expand their market reach, and provide a positive impact on the sustainability of their businesses and the local economy.
