Abstract

Information and communication technology in the world especially the internet is experiencing quite rapid development. The internet provides many conveniences in communicating with many people in a short time. The existence of this phenomenon that many use to promote tourism. This research model examines the effect of electronic word of mouth and electronic service quality on the Instagram @exploresemarang account on the decision to visit through interest in visiting as a mediating variable. The population in this study as many as 100 respondents using purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques, which means the sampling technique according to certain criteria. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Data analysis used regression test, correlation test, determination test, significance test, and single test with SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the study note that all hypotheses have a significant effect with p value <0.05. This means that the better electronic word of mouth and electronic service quality on the Instagram account @exploresemarang will form a visiting interest so as to convince consumers to decide to visit.

Abstract

Research it is based on a decrease in the sale of blackberry in the last three years. Many factors that must be considered in the decision to buy a product for consideration in decision making. The purpose of this research is: to analyze the influence of word of mouth , brand image, and product attributes on Blackberry product purchasing decisions. This type of research is explanatory type . In this study will explain the influence between the variables to test the hypothesis . The population in this study were all students Fisip Undip . Sampling technique using purposive sampling , namely Fisip Undip student who uses a Blackberry mobile phones . The sampling technique using the formula lameshow, so the sample amounted to 96 respondents . The results showed that word of mouth , brand image and product attributes have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions Blackberry products . This is evidenced by test F statistics that indicate 119,559 F count > F table 2,70. The advice given is a Blackberry product companies must constantly innovate by adding features products that are more practical , effective , and expressive .

Abstract

The capital market is a means of funding for companies and other institutions and as a means for investing activities. This study aims to determine the effect of sales growth on stock prices with Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) as study mediation variables in food and beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. This study uses quantitative research methods. Data from this study uses secondary data in the form of company financial reports that are officially published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the objects in the study are 16 food and beverages sub-sector companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period. The type of data used in the study is panel data or a combination of time series data and cross section data. Analysis of the data used in this study is Simple Linear Regression Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, t Test, and Sobel Test. The results of this study explain that sales growth has no effect on stock prices, ROA, and ROE. ROA and ROE have an influence on stock prices. ROA and ROE cannot mediate the relationship between sales growth and stock prices

Abstract

Digital transformation is a new trend in the Industrial Age 4.0, leading to a new business pattern called the digital economy which is exacerbated by the crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic. However, MSME actors in Indonesia face obstacles in carrying out the business transformation process, because 90% of Indonesian MSMEs are still run conventionally due to problems regarding the unpreparedness of resources. Therefore this study aims to find out and analyze the main achievement goals for SMEs so that they can continue to provide good performance after the Covid-19 pandemic in Pekalongan City and to know and analyze how digital transformation is a means of recovery for SMEs after the Covid-19 pandemic in Pekalongan City. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach where data is collected by distributing questionnaires to MSME actors in Pekalongan. In the data collection process, this study involved several informants by conducting in-depth interviews, policy analysis, and documentation as supporting data. Apart from involving MSE actors in various fields, this research also involved informants who know the dynamics of MSMEs in Pekalongan City. Head of the Pekalongan City Trade, Cooperative and UKM Office, Chair of the Pekalongan City UMKM Association, and Head of the Pekalongan City Shopee Market Place. The results of the study show that the main achievement target for SMEs in order to continue to provide good performance after the Covid-19 pandemic in Pekalongan City is to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. Then digital transformation becomes an alternative solution in post-pandemic recovery. The policy implications are expected that MSEs will make marketing innovation a priority for MSMEs by combining online and offline marketing, implementing e-commerce systems and collaborating with related parties in overcoming obstacles and obstacles in the adaptation process. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership dan work motivation terhadap employee performance, dengan job satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi di PT Bank BRI (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Cibubur. Sumber daya manusia (SDM) memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu perusahaan, dan kinerja karyawan menjadi indikator utama efektivitas tenaga kerja. Penurunan kinerja, terutama dalam kepuasan pelanggan, menunjukkan adanya masalah yang berkaitan dengan kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja. Data perusahaan menunjukkan adanya fluktuasi dalam kinerja, dengan kepuasan pelanggan yang turun signifikan pada bulan tertentu, yang berpotensi memengaruhi peringkat cabang secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan desain survei untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 90 karyawan bagian sales yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan rekomendasi yang berguna bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, terutama dalam hal kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja, serta memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan teori manajemen SDM di sektor perbankan.
