Abstract

Research in the field of management aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Competence on Employee Creativity, analyze the influence of the Role of HRM on Employee Creativity and at the same time analyze employee creativity at an art studio in the city of Palangka Raya. The employee in question is an employee who works or manages parts that have been given responsibility by the Leader of the studio community. The sample in this study were 47 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach and data collection by survey method. Data were collected using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using the Partial Least Square (PLS) structural model (SEM) assisted by the Smarth PLS program. The results of the study prove: 1) Leadership Competence has a significant effect on the Role of Human Resource Management, meaning that the better the leadership competence of the studio owner, the better is HR Management, which in this case is the person in charge of managing and seeing the potential of each individual. 2) HR management has a significant effect on employee creativity, meaning that the better the way of HR management, the creativity of employees or employees will also be more creative. 3) Leadership Competence has a significant effect on Employee Creativity, meaning that the better the Leadership Competence, the more creative the employees or employees will be. The implications of the results of the important role of HRM in increasing employee creativity. These results can be used as a reference in further research

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat di bidang manajemen pemasaran, untuk meningkatkan strategi bisnis bagi para pelaku usaha kopi tradisional di Kalimantan Tengah. Meningkatkan kinerja usaha dengan variabel kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan. Hasil analisis 200 responden di warung kopi tradisional dan dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk original dan cita rasa klasik berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis. Selanjutnya, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis. Implikasinya dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan konsumen, dengan strategi bisnis menjaga kualitas produk dan selalu memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Operations and management research are areas of interest in the SMEs production house. Production process control and quality control in the operational system are implemented to keep the product good and acceptable according to customer requirements. The research target at the Prabu Bread Production House in Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan is to provide operational education with a flow chart in reducing failed products. Resource theory in research is the basis for managing production and product operations effectively and efficiently. This type of research is observation and interviews with time system analysis with diagrams as quality control ranging from material selection to packaging. Based on the results of the flow chart and time structure in each production step, it is very good at supporting products to reduce production failures. Practical research implications are expected to provide knowledge in society, especially in the field of operations, especially product quality control to minimize failed products. Thus, bakery products produced by producers can be guaranteed quality is accepted by consumers and failed products produced by producers can be reduced or no longer exist.

Abstract

Research in the field of management by strengthening financial literacy to strengthen the quality system of village income and expenditure budgets. Building a village with budget participation and community empowerment in the Gunung Mas district village apparatus in Palangka Raya Province. The research was conducted in seven sub-districts in Gunung Mas district, with 77 respondents being village officials. This type of quantitative research with the SPSS application shows that budget participation on the quality of APBdes is significant at 73%, then the results of financial literacy research are significant at 74%. The next result of community empowerment on the quality of APBdes is 59%. The implication of the results states that they can be used as a reference in improving the quality of APBdes and for further research to develop results with financial applications in village financial reports

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan pada pelaku usaha kopi lokal di kota Palangka Raya, untuk memperkenalkan dan meningkatkan penjualan kopi lokal melalui pemasaran sistem online. Komunitas pelaku usaha kopi lokal berjumlah 30 orang dan dari hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya mengikuti perkembangan trends online untuk memasarkan produk melalui promosi di media sosial. Pelatihan dan evaluasi kegiatan dilaksanakan selama satu bulan, dan hasil promosi online dapat mempererat komunitas pelaku usaha serta memperluas pasar produk. Sehingga, hasil ini dapat menjadi acuan para komunitas produk lokal untuk meningkatkan keahlian pemasaran produk secara cepat dan biaya rendah.
