Abstract

The research objective with the title "Analysis of the Role of Waste Banks to Improve the Creative Economy of the Community (Study at the Pamulang Garbage Bank) wants to know and describe the role of waste banks in an effort to improve the community's economy. Research with the object of the Ketumbar waste bank which is located at RW 18 Banda Baru Pamulang, South Tangerang uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explain the existing phenomena or symptoms. The waste bank has a big enough role in dealing with waste problems that have not yet been handled effectively and efficiently. It is hoped that the presence of a waste bank will be able to contribute to reducing the volume of waste as well as improving the creative economy of the community. The research, which uses researchers as its instrument, by conducting data collection techniques through interviews and document studies, determines the coordinator of the Benda Baru waste bank and his three teams as the key informants, which are the primary sources of information. The results show that the role of the waste bank has been able to improve the creative economy of the community but has not been optimal because what has been done is only as a container, the distributor has returned to the stall, has not yet reached the recycling development process so as to produce competitive production if marketed because it is constrained by the craftsmen who have creative power and marketing the creations of used goods craftsmen. This is because people still look down on used goods even though they have been recycled and the government's attention is not yet optimal in opening distribution channels for creative waste products. So the role of the new garbage nk plays a role as an intermediary for the community with used goods collectors stalls.

Abstract

Sebuah penelitian yang mengembangkan analisa metode Location Quitient terhadap laju pertumbuhan PDRB (Produk Domestik Regional Bruto) menurut lapangan usaha di Kota Tangerang Selatan, sebuah kajian tentang kaitannya terhadap Ekonomi Regional. Location Quitient digunakan untuk membandingkan bagian tertentu dari lapangan kerja dibandingkan dengan nilai-tambah utk sektor/basis yang serupa pada tingkat yg lebih tinggi, yaitu Nasional. Arah analisa pada sudut sektor unggulan yang berperan besar dalam perkembangan perekonomian wilayah yang dijadikan obyek penelitian dengan kriteria meliputi adnya pertumbuhan ekonomi yg tinggi, adanya penyerapan thd tenaga kerja yg cukup besar, adanya keterhubungan sesama sektor, serta timbulnya penciptaan nilai tambah yang tinggi. Fokus dari penelitian dimaksudkan untuk melakukan analisis thd lajunya per tumbuhan PDRB (Produk Domestik Regional Bruto) menurut lapangan usaha di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Dimana dari 9 (sembilan) sektor yang menurut data statistik, yaitu (1) sektor industri pertanian, sektor industri ternak, sektor pengelolaan hutan dan sektor industriperikanan; (2) sektor-kepertambangan dan sektor galian; (3) basis industri pengolahan; (4) basis kelistrikan, basis gas, dan basis penyediaan air bersih; (5) basis civil dan konstruksi; (6) basis keperdagangan, basis perhotelan dan basis restoran; (7) basis pengangkutan dan basis perkomunikasian; (8) basis finance, basis persewaan dan basis jasa perusahaan, serta (9) basis jasa lainnya perlu di buat strategi peningkatan daya saing dengan daerah lain. Strategi yang bisa dikembangkan dapat berbasis pd keberunggulan kompetitif didaerah yg dilaksanakan melalui penguatan model sistem inovasi didaerah (“S.I.D.a”) dan strategi inovasi berbasis komoditas unggulan melalui kebijakan “One Village One Product” (OVOP).

Abstract

The research will examine the economy of Banten Province and identify the strongest industries from 2021 to 2023 by using a method called the Location Quotient (LQ). Through this investigation, the study aims to make understanding Banten's economy easier and highlight which industries are essential for boosting economic growth in the region. Banten Province has a lot of economic possibilities because it sits on the western part of Java Island and is right next to DKI Jakarta, which is the main economic and government center of Indonesia. Being close to DKI Jakarta gives Banten Province benefits such as access to a large market, good transportation, and the chance to connect economically with nearby areas. The study that employed the Location Quotient (LQ) approach revealed that the major sectors in Banten Province include Manufacturing, Supply of  Electricity,  Water  and Gas, Recycling  and Waste Disposal, Transportation  Storage, Real Estate, Educational, Health, and Social Support Services” This suggests that these sectors are performing more effectively in Banten than in other parts contribute significantly to the regional economy. This study also suggests that the Banten Province Government should put more money into these important sectors. Additionally, the government needs to work on improving roads and skilled workers in these fields, so they can be more competitive and efficient. Moreover, the study recommends that the Banten Province Government should also focus on growing other sectors such as agriculture and trade to enhance their impact on the regional economy. This way, the aim is for the economy of Banten Province to develop in a more balanced and sustainable manner by taking advantage of the various existing sectors.

Abstract

Hal ini penting untuk memahami bahwa notaris memiliki peran yang krusial dalam sistem hukum pidana. Mereka bertanggung jawab dalam membuat dan memvalidasi dokumen-dokumen hukum yang terkait dengan transaksi pidana, seperti akta perjanjian atau akta jual beli. Namun, dalam menjalankan tugasnya, notaris juga bisa terlibat dalam kasus-kasus pidana. Misalnya, jika notaris terlibat dalam pemalsuan dokumen atau pelanggaran hukum lainnya yang terkait dengan jabatannya. Dalam situasi seperti itu, notaris bisa menjadi tersangka dalam kasus pidana. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pemeriksaan terhadap Notaris yang diduga melakukan tindak pidana dalam tahap penyidikan sesuai dengan UUJN dan Ketentuan yang mengatur perlindungan hukum Notaris yang diduga melakukan tindak pidana yang sekarang berlaku, sudah cukup mengatur tentang perlindungan hukum Notaris. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian dengan metode pendekatan yuridis sosiologis (socio-legal approach). Proses pemeriksaan terhadap Notaris yang diduga melakukan tindak pidana dalam tahap penyidikan belum sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris, karena dalam proses pemeriksaan maupun pemanggilan Notaris tidak terdapat persetujuan dari Majelis Kehormatan Notaris sesuai dengan Pasal 66 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris. Ketentuan yang mengatur perlindungan hukum bagi Notaris yang diduga melakukan tindak pidana selama ini masih dirasa kurang, karena dalam penerapannya belum terdapat harmonisasi antara peraturan satu dengan peraturan lainnya, terlebih dalam perlindungan hukum bagi Notaris yang diduga melakukan tindak pidana belum diatur secara rigid oleh peraturan perundang-undangan.
