Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the strategy for developing a management system for strengthening the accreditation of study programs at Islamic religious universities through the use of literature study techniques such as observation, comparison of research journals, book collection, and other reading sources. Data analysis entails several steps, including data reduction, visualization, and conclusion drawing. According to the findings and analysis of the strategy for developing a management system for enhancing the accreditation of study programs for institutions, the strategy will focus on enhancing the accreditation of study programs at Islamic religious universities. According to his findings, the strategy for developing a management system for strengthening institutional study programs based on the strengthening of study programs at Islamic religious universities can have an effect on increasing the accreditation of service study programs, performance, governance, budgets, and the reputation of institutions and study programs. As demonstrated by the data in this study, implementing a management system development strategy centered on enhancing the accreditation of study programs at Islamic religious universities can result in a number of benefits, including the following: a) strengthening organizational governance; b) developing a strong knowledge base; c) cultivating a proactive culture of continuous improvement; d) adhering to applicable laws and regulations; and e) ensuring that, as a result, thinking centered on strengthening the accreditation of study programs has developed into a way of thinking that is embedded in stakeholders and decision makers throughout the organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the application of fun learning based on scientific approach in the formation of character of class VIIIA MTs Darul Ulum Hinai Kanan Subdistrict students. The type of research used in this research is the qualitative type with a field research approach. The results showed that the application of fun learning based on scientific approach has been well implemented in MTs Darul Ulum Hinai Kanan on moral aqidah learning. The formation of student character has been done by setting an example and habituation in students for the formation of self-character in the form of behavior that reflects noble morals in every word and action both with teachers, fellow friends and parents. The application of fun learning based on scientific approach is able to shape the character of students in moral aqidah lessons where students have a character that reflects noble morals in every word and action both with teachers, fellow friends and parents. The process of learning morals given by teachers emphasizes more on students' ability to understand about the application of Islamic values in everyday life such as akhlaq to parents and teachers and love each other and respect each other's friends.

Abstract

The results of the following research findings are based on the results obtained in hypothesis testing and data analysis through the questionnaire that has been given, it is known that the Application of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Design is good for use in the learning process in schools, especially at MTs madinatul Ilmi. Based on a questionnaire about the use of the application of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) on learning motivation in class VIII students of MTs Madinatul Ilmi, the findings in this study are that there is a positive influence between the application of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning on students' learning motivation. The application of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning will affect students' learning motivation and vice versa, students' experience abilities have a significant level with the use of the Application of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Design at MTs Madinatul Ilmi Lubuk Kertang. In this study, it can be seen that Ha is accepted in the sense that there is a significant influence between the application of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) and learning motivation in class VIII Madinatul Ilmi Lubuk kertang students. So it has been obtained Farithmetic: 4.685 and Ftable: (0.5 / 5%) 4.15 it can be concluded that Farithmetic from Ftable is accepted by Ha with the results that there is a significant influence between the Application of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) with learning motivation in class VIII MTs Madinatul Ilmi Lubuk Kertang.

Abstract

The research seeks to understand the implementation of school-based management model in Mts Swasta Al-Mushlihin Binjai City. This type of research is qualitative with an inductive paradigm. Data is obtained through the results of interviews conducted with informants consisting of the Principal; Deputy Principals, Senior Teachers and related Stakeholders. The data is then processed using data triangulation techniques. The data is strengthened through the results of documentation and participant observation. The study's findings the effectiveness of managers in defining the vision, connecting with other professionals to learn about the SBM implementation process. The critical system covers aspects of social-interaction administration, technical skills, student motivation, availability of time to other technical problems. Elements of factors as well as fundamentals are the transformational leadership style and the concept of school-based management. In addition, School Based Management strategies for sustainable organizations are implemented concurrently through the stabilization of the system, work patterns, madrasa community be able to determine career goals, develop and implement plans to get the education and experience needed, and develop as an innovative professional.
