Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, when in public places, it is required to apply the 4M health protocol, namely wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, and avoiding crowds. In its implementation, there are officers who always maintain and remind people not to violate health protocols. Like remembering to wear a mask. The mask detection application is made as a computerized surveillance system that can store images of violations of the use of masks and provide warning sounds. Observations, discussions and literature studies are sources of data in this empirical research. Using Python as a programming language assisted with OpenCV for image processing. After passing through the 4 stages of Waterfall, namely Analysis, Design, Manufacturing and Development and Testing, an application is produced where the Raspberry Pi is a processing tool and images are captured from the camera module with a resolution of 1080x1024 px. This application can detect the use of masks with an accuracy of 90.5% using the Machine Learning Haar Cascade Classifier method. Abstract

Currently, health services in Indonesia have developed rapidly. To realize excellent service to patients, health care facilities must be able to form a good and structured health management system and subsystem. The health information system occupies an important position because it serves as the backbone for collecting, transmitting, processing, analyzing and publishing information as well as providing feedback to stakeholders at all levels. Tambun Bungai Palangka Raya Eye Clinic has not yet implemented a computer-based information system. Based on the results of interviews, carrying out various operational activities that collect, store, and process data, all of which are still done manually. As in the data collection section for new patients and medical patients who register at the clinic, it is still done by writing on paper, storing patient medical record data which is written in a simple way in the medical record ledger, and check payments that are not processed and stored correctly so that proof of payment can occur. fraud, as well as searching for the entire data that is still manual takes a long time. This designed system has the aim of managing existing data in the clinic with more practical storage media. For patients, the discussion includes registration of new patients and patients for treatment, patient medical record data, drug prescriptions, treatment, and payments. Meanwhile, the clinic staff includes data on clinic staff and scheduling of working hours. The information generated is in the form of reports of patients who come for treatment, reports of clinic staff's work schedules, and income reports. The management information system at the Tambun Bungai Eye Clinic is expected to help partners in the clinical management process in order to create a more excellent service.

Abstract

Semakin banyaknya aplikasi Android yang tersedia di Google Play Store dengan keuntungan yang didapatkan pengembangnya telah menarik perhatian banyak pengembang aplikasi Android. Untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dari mengembangkan aplikasi Android, salah satu caranya adalah dengan mengetahui karakteristik aplikasi berrating tinggi di Google Play Store. Penelitian ini akan menyelidiki fitur size, installs, reviews, type gratis/bayar), rating, category, content rating, dan price pada aplikasi di Google Play Store untuk mengetahui karakteristik aplikasi berrating tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma Gradient Boost untuk mengidentifikasi fitur yang paling berpengaruh pada aplikasi dengan rating tinggi di Google Play Store. Pada tahap preprocessing, penelitian ini menggunakan metode data cleaning dan data reduction. Penelitian ini menggunakan feature important untuk mengetahui atribut yang paling berpengaruh pada rating tinggi aplikasi Android di Google Play Store. Untuk mengklasifikasi aplikasi berrating tinggi penulis menggunakan algoritma Gradient Boost.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the palm oil industry has made it increasingly important to develop applications that can detect the maturity level of oil palm fruit. This paper presents the design and development of an application for detecting the maturity level of oil palm fruit based on color composition using the K-NN algorithm. The K-NN algorithm is used to classify the oil palm fruit based on the color composition that is related to its maturity level. The application uses image processing technology to measure the qualitative and quantitative parameters of various maturity indicators, such as color, size, and texture. Different color compositions of the oil palm fruit indicate different maturity levels, and using the K-NN algorithm, the fruit can be classified based on its maturity level. The application helps reduce production costs and losses caused by errors in harvesting the fruit. The application is designed to be user-friendly and accessible to farmers and plantation managers. The user interface is simple and intuitive, allowing users to easily input the image of the oil palm fruit and get a quick analysis of its maturity level. The results are displayed in a clear and understandable way, making it easy for users to make informed decisions about when to harvest the fruit. In conclusion, the application for detecting the maturity level of oil palm fruit based on color composition using the K-NN algorithm is a useful tool in the palm oil industry. It helps farmers and plantation managers determine the optimal time for harvesting the fruit, reducing production costs and increasing productivity. Abstract

This service aims to study and implement innovative and effective financial management applications for Village-Owned Enterprises (VE). Good financial management is key to advancing the village economy and improving community welfare. Involving surveys, interviews and analysis of VE Desa needs related to financial management, this service also involves VE managers and Village Apparatus. The activity plan consists of planning, implementation, socialisation and evaluation. The planning stage included initial discussions with VE managers for application functionality and identification of application components based on needs. As a result, an application was designed that includes transaction recording, data processing, and structured financial report preparation. Training for VE managers on the application and financial management was conducted. VE managers were active in the implementation to ensure compliance. The results show that the application can be used well by VE managers from the data input stage to the output of VE financial reports. It is expected that this application supports the active role of VE in the village economy, creating jobs, and improving community welfare.

Abstract

Sakuyan Side adalah cafe outdoor yang juga menyediakan fasilitas sewa tempat untuk berbagai acara. Saat ini, Sakuyan Side sedang menyelesaikan pembangunan dua unit home stay sebagai fasilitas tambahan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi meliputi kurangnya perencanaan strategis bisnis, operasional harian tanpa timeline kerja, dan perencanaan pemasaran yang belum optimal, sehingga menyebabkan kurangnya efektivitas operasional dan pemanfaatan data keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Financial Forecasting menggunakan Metode Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) di Cafe Sakuyan Side. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan rekayasa web UWE (UML-Based Web Engineering) dengan tahapan Analisis dan Desain, mencakup pembuatan Usecase, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, dan navigation model, serta pengujian menggunakan metode Blackbox. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model ARIMA(5,1,5) adalah yang terbaik untuk peramalan pendapatan laba bersih cafe Sakuyan Side, dengan tingkat kesalahan rata-rata (MAPE) sebesar 24%, atau akurasi prediksi 76%. Nilai RMSE sebesar Rp. 18,919,570.83 menunjukkan tingkat kesalahan rata-rata prediksi terhadap nilai aktual. Prediksi laba bersih untuk April 2024 adalah Rp. 22,411,293.57. Hasil peramalan ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk keputusan bisnis cafe di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This study aims to predict emotions in Indonesian text using the IndoBERT model. Emotions play an essential role in human communication and have a significant impact on sentiment analysis and natural language processing. In Indonesia, the lack of optimized datasets and models for emotion analysis in the Indonesian language poses a major challenge. This research utilizes IndoBERT, a BERT-based model specifically trained for Indonesian, to predict six categories of emotions: anger, sadness, happiness, love, fear, and disgust. The research methodology includes data collection from social media X, data preprocessing, emotion labeling, model training, and performance evaluation using metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Results show an overall model accuracy of 73%, with strong performance in recognizing emotions like "disgust" and "fear," although there are misclassifications in distinguishing similar emotions like "happiness" and "love." These findings indicate that IndoBERT has significant potential for emotion prediction in the Indonesian language and provides a foundation for developing more culturally relevant NLP technologies for Indonesia.

Abstract

Sampit is famous for its river called the Mentaya River, and has an icon, namely the Jelawat fish. This fish is one of the sources of income in several production houses as the raw material for producing products such as handicrafts and various kinds of culinary preparations. Not all business actors use technology as a means of promotion or marketing of their processed products. We need a media that accommodates this typical product of the city of Sampit, where the media is easy to use not only for business actors but also for the community. This Website-based promotional media was created by applying the stages contained in the Waterfall software development method according to Rosa and M. Salahuddin (2013), namely Analysis, Design, Coding and Testing, as well as PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as databases. This research produces a website as a promotional medium for typical Sampit souvenirs that can be accessed by the general public.

Abstract

So far, smartphone users who experience damage to their smartphones tend to have difficulty or confusion in dealing with the damage they have experienced, they tend to be confused and without thinking Long immediately submit it to service providers, this method is indeed effective but has a bad impact on users because they don't know the chronology of the damage. what happens on their smartphone, as a result users can be fooled, cheated, or get unilateral treatment that is detrimental to the user, from this problem the author wants to offer a solution by using an expert system application that aims to describe the solution to the damage that occurred and educate the damage that occurred.The expert system to diagnose damage to this smartphone uses the forward chaining method, the programming languages used are PHP, CSS and Java Script, the program functionality design process uses Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams and designs the program's User Interface Design, and the stages of its manufacture using the waterfall metrology, which in its development has several sequential stages: requirements (needs analysis), system design (system design), Coding & Testing, Program implementation, maintenance. Testing the expert system to diagnose damage to this smartphone uses blackbox testing techniques. Based on the results of research, analysis, design, to the results of making this expert system, it can be concluded that the test results are appropriate and meet the conditions that are expected to develop by adding new types of damage that can increase the diversity of data in the database so as to produce programs that can run properly. namely in the form of an application to diagnose smartphone damage based on the symptoms of the damage that occurred.

Abstract

Marriage is the most sacred and main form of human relationship, so every couple will undoubtedly make total preparations to face the marriage. Gema Gawita Planner & Decoration is a company engaged in wedding planning where their job is to plan all wedding preparations from the beginning of planning until the wedding day arrives. The old system process in Gema Gawita Planner & Decoration is still done manually, which is somewhat less efficient. The system that will be designed can help Gema Gawita Planner & Decoration improve their performance & make it easier for potential customers to reach them. The methodology used in making the Wedding Planner Information System Website (Case Study: Gema Gawita Planner & Decoration) is waterfall, with the stages, namely the requirements definition stage described using a flowchart. Requirements analysis and definition is described through DFD (Data Flow Diagram, ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and database. Integration and system testing uses the blackbox testing method, blackbox testing is carried out directly by Gema Gawita Planner & Decoration where there are website test results that the website runs according to its function. On the Wedding Planner Information System Website (Case Study: Gema Gawita Planner & Decoration) there is profile information, vendor information, product information, wedding inspiration information, so that users can design their wedding budget where there is a recommendation system in it and users can schedule appointments. meeting with the vendor. The existence of this website system aims to provide information and facilitate the bride and groom in preparing their wedding planning.
