Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe seniority, work performance, work motivation and productivity of Malang City BPN employees, determine the effect of seniority, achievement, work motivation on employee productivity. This research was conducted in BPN Malang City with a sample of 50 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis results show that Malang City BPN Employees perceive neutrality in all research variabels, namely seniority, work performance, motivation and productivity. Seniority has a significant effect on employee productivity in BPN Malang. Work performance has a significant effect on employee productivity in BPN Malang. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee productivity in BPN Kota Malang. seniority, work performance, and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity in BPN Malang. Keywords: seniority, work performance, motivation and employee productivity

Abstract

Penelitian tentang model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam ini dilakukan untuk menyikapi problematika guru yang muncul dalam mengaplikasikan model pembelajaran pada kurikulum 2013 terlebih untuk mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, hal ini menjadi sangat urgen karena model pembelajaran PBL diharapkan guru mampu mengembangkan model pembelajaran dalam PAI serta menyetarakan aspek kognitif, aspek afektif dan konatif-volitif, yakni kemampuan tekad untuk mengamalkan nilai-nilai ajaran agama. Fokus penelitian ini adalah : Bagaimana mengorientasikan, mengorganisasikan, mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran problem based learning pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMPN 7 KotaKediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi partisipasi, dokumentasi serta wawancara mendalam. Di mana ketiga komponen tersebut merupakan suatu rangkaian yang tidak terpisahkan guna memperoleh data penelitian, oleh karena itu analisa data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMPN 7 Kota Kediri ialah Mengorientasi peserta didik menggunakan pendekatan konstruktivistik, menggunakan pendekatan saintifik, menggunakan stimulus dan motivasi untuk menumbuhkan sikap rasa ingin tahu yang besar, Mengorganisasikan dan membimbing peserta didik dilakukan dengan mengaplikasikan system belajar mandiri, mengaplikasikan system belajar mandiri untuk menanamkan sikap bertanggung jawab, kerja keras dan mandiri dalam belajar melalui pembiasaan secara terus menerus. Pendidik berperan sebagai fasilitator yaitu membimbing, mengarahkan, dan memfasilitasi. Menanamkan nilai karakter untuk memiliki sikap toleransi, kreatif, demokratis, mengahargaiprestasi, dan komunikatif pada setiap proses.

Abstract

Abstract The teaching of Arabic language began in Indonesia a long time ago, when Islam entered this country, and we learn this language as the language of the Islamic Religion, then it is taught in schools and boarding schools, both under the supervision of the Ministry of Religion. Ministry of Education and Culture, both government and local. For good Arabic teaching, the teacher must pay attention to and think about the curriculum and teaching methods used in teaching Arabic language, because both are two means of success in the learning process along with other factors. Many Arabic teachers don't really care about Arabic teaching methods. There are many schools and schools of Islamic education in Indonesia that revolve around the advancement of science and technology or philosophy, psychology and sociology so that Muslims who come are not late for things they will accept and explain in their future lives. Among them is Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Kunir Blitar. This doctoral dissertation aims to reveal and find out the steps used in learning imla at Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Kunir Blitar, to reveal and find out the steps used to teach vocabulary at Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Kunir Blitar. Detect and find out about the method used to teach superposition at Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Kunir Blitar.The results of this study are: The steps used for learning dictation are: Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Kunir Blitar uses the method, listen, read and write for dictation letters, sentences and essay. The steps used for teaching vocabulary are: starting from the dormitory by giving vocabulary every day after the morning prayer. Each student repeats what the language movement from each dormitory says and writes it down and orders them to memorize it and put the vocabulary in sentences and continue teaching it in class according to their respective classes. and writing vocabulary in several places according to their vocabulary. The steps used for superposition learning at Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Kunir Blitar, the teacher starts writing examples on the blackboard then asks the lesson of yesterday's lesson and explains the relationship between yesterday's lesson and the new lesson and explains the rules of nahwu science and shorof by example. Abstract

This qualitative case study investigates the implementation of Self-Determination Theory (SDT) strategies to enhance Arabic spoken language performance among students of the Arabic Language Education Department at Universitas Kiai Abdullah Faqih, a pesantren-based institution in East Java, Indonesia. The study involved five high-achieving students and three lecturers. Data were collected over a three-month period through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis (audio recordings and reflective journals), and analyzed thematically using NVivo 14. The findings reveal eight key strategies categorized according to the basic psychological needs outlined in SDT: (1) Autonomy a) integration of salafi-modern materials, b) personal goal setting, c) self-recording); (2) Competence d) daily speaking challenges, e) role-play activities); and (3) Relatedness f) language community engagement, g) classroom discussions, h) utilization of social media. The study concludes that fulfilling the needs for autonomy, competence, and relatedness through SDT-based strategies significantly improves speaking performance. Moreover, it addresses a research gap concerning the application of SDT in developing Arabic oral proficiency in pesantren-based educational settings, with implications for curriculum and pedagogy design grounded in intrinsic motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to assist the process of compiling the Arabic Writing book as a creative effort in developing learning media for writing the hijaiyah letters at TPQ Al Hidayah, Sidorejo,Medowo Village. The background of this study is the low ability of TPQ children in writing Arabic letters correctly, as well as the limited teaching materials that are appropriate to their developmental stage. The study used the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method which emphasizes active collaboration between researchers, teachers, and parents in every stage of the activity. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, and direct participation in the process of compiling and implementing the book. The results of the study show that the mentoring was carried out through several stages, namely identifying needs, preparing a book draft, limited trials, and evaluation. The implementation of the program produced significant impacts that were seen as children experiencing increased skills in writing the hijaiyah letters, teachers gaining experience in designing innovative teaching materials, and parents being helped in accompanying children learning at home. The success of this mentoring program was supported by community participation and a good cooperation model between all elements involved
