Abstract

Dinas Lingkungan Hidup telah memberikan berbagai macam izin kepada perusahaan perusahaan. Semua perusahaan yang telah mendapatkan izin wajib melaporkan kegiatan dan jumlah limbah B3 yang disimpan, dikelola atau yang dihasilkan. Pelaporan ini minimal tiga bulan sekali. Jika ada yang terlambat dalam pelaporan nantinya akan ada tindakan seperti surat peringatan sampai izinnya dicabut kembali. Tata cara riset memakai langkah diantaranya dari rencana, mengaanalisa, mendesain, serta menerapkan. Disaat ini laravel menjadi framework sangat banyak digunakan. Kerangka kerja PHP ini jadi suatu yang menarik buat para developer website dikala ini. Diharapkan bermacam fitur dalam laravel bisa mempermudah didalam mengembangkan app ini. Fitur itu emacam: Composser, Routing, yang dimana hendak memastikan reaksi apa yang wajib dikerjakan buat membalas permintaan dari browser, Artisan juga memudahkan melaksanakan migration database, mengendalikan namespace aplikasi, berhubungan lewat aplikasi lewat Tinker. Migration yang memiliki keuntungan cuma dengan membuat sesuatu class, class tersebut biasa dipakai buat membuat database buat bermacam berbagai RDBMS serta seluruh pergantian yang kita jalani pada database dicatat pada sesuatu tabel database tertentu. Hasil riset ini programer sudah mendukung didalam mengembangkan aplikasi Sistem Pelaporan Limbah B3 di Kota Batam dengan dasar Model, View, dan Controller dan industri penghasil serta pengangkut limbah B3 telah dimudahkan dalam membuat laporan. Tidak butuh lagi membuat, print serta wajib tiba ke kantor Dinas Linkungan Hidup.

Abstract

In accordance with Government Regulation Number 82 of 2012 concerning the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions, in carrying out the duties and functions of the Batam City Transportation Service, it is necessary to receive support and attention from the community in order to evaluate performance through the services provided by the Transportation Service as expected by all parties. The research method uses the stages: planning, analysis, design, and implementation. Currently, Laravel is the most widely used framework. This PHP framework is becoming a trend for web programmers today. It is hoped that the various features in Laravel can make it easier to make this application. Features such as: Composer, Routing which will determine what response must be done to reply to requests, Artisan which facilitates database migration, manages application namespaces, interacts through applications through Tinker. Migration has the advantage of simply creating a class, this class is usually used to create databases for various RDBMS and all changes that we make to the database are recorded in a separate database table.

Abstract

College students are in a transitional phase from youth to adulthood. The transition period makes students still unstable to control their emotions. It makes his curiosity towards new things increase which then shows his personality traits. The purpose of this study was to find out how researchers collect data about personality from students, to find out how to classify personality from the data that has been collected. Research methods start from collecting data using Text Preprocessing questionnaires, Data Training, Classification, Testing, to making predictions. After applying the classification algorithm with the Naïve Bayes algorithm, the Train Score is 0.947 and the Test Score is 0.879. Trials have also been carried out to make predictions with new data whose results are correct.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction assessment is a crucial aspect for fast food company. This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction levels at KFC Gelael, Palm Spring Batam using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The research identifies five key criteria: product quality, cleanliness, service, price, and atmosphere. Data were collected through online questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who had visited KFC Gelael, Palm Spring Batam. The analytical stages include deretmining cost and benefits attributes, decision matrix formulation, data normalization, criteria weighting, and ranking using the SAW method. The results show that most customers rated KFC’s services as satisfactory, with the highest SAW score reaching 0.967. in conclusion, the SAW method proves effective in supporting decision-making based on customer satisfaction priorities and can serve as a strategic cconsideration for KFC management in improving customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The Small and Medium Industries (SMEs) sector in Batam City, particularly in the food processing sub-sector, plays a strategic role in supporting regional economic growth and job creation. However, many SMEs still face production quality problems related to sanitation, non-ergonomic work environments, weak process control, and low worker discipline in implementing hygiene standards. These conditions may reduce product quality, productivity, and consumer trust. This study aims to analyze priorities for improving production process quality through the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Work Improvement in Small Enterprises (WISE) in food-processing SMEs in Batam City, as well as to develop a practical priority improvement model that can be used as a reference for similar enterprises. This research employed a case study approach using observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review as data collection techniques. GMP and WISE indicators were structured into criteria and sub-criteria, then analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the ranking of improvement priorities. The results show that the main priority criterion is Hygiene and Sanitation Program (46%), followed by Production Process Control (23%), Packaging, Storage and Material-Equipment Handling (11%), Organization of Work (11%), Workplace Design (6%), and Welfare Facilities (3%). At the sub-criteria level, the most dominant factors are First Aid Equipment (58%), Pest Prevention and Control Program (46%), Employee Habits (46%), and Documentation and Record Keeping (39%). The consistency ratio met the acceptable threshold, indicating that the judgments were consistent and reliable for decision-making purposes. The outputs of this study include a priority map for production quality improvement based on GMP-WISE and an AHP-based decision framework that helps SMEs allocate limited resources to the most critical improvement areas. The contribution of this study to knowledge development lies in strengthening an integrative approach that combines food safety, work ergonomics, and decision support systems to enhance the competitiveness of food-processing SMEs in a systematic, measurable, and applicable manner

Abstract

The rapid growth of social media has intensified adolescents’ digital interactions while increasing the risk of cyberbullying, which negatively affects students’ psychological well-being. Low digital literacy and limited understanding of online ethics are key factors contributing to adolescents’ vulnerability to online harassment. This community service program aimed to enhance students’ awareness and understanding of ethical and responsible social media use through a collaborative digital campaign project. The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach consisting of observation, problem formulation, intervention, and evaluation. The participants were students of SMA Negeri 28 Batam from various grade levels. The intervention was conducted through poster design and digital content creation competitions focusing on cyberbullying prevention. The results indicate increased student engagement, improved understanding of online ethics, and greater awareness of the dangers of hoaxes and cyberbullying. In addition, the program contributed to the development of students’ soft skills, including teamwork, creativity, and communication. This collaborative project demonstrates its potential as a participatory and sustainable digital literacy education model for cyberbullying prevention among students.
