Abstract

Information technology is employed to allow its users to manage information more quickly and effectively today. Advances in technology at the hospitality industry has evolved over the years. Strategic planning is one way that allows companies or organizations to increase competitive advantages and minimize disadvantages. The development of technology in the hospitality field has resulted in better business processes. This paper aims at producing IT strategic planning for the hospitality industry to support the hotel business processes. The method used in this research is the IT strategic planning framework introduced by John Ward. New applicationsportfolio such as Mobile Web Application, CRM, Knowledge Management System, Information Technology Balance Score Card (ITBSC) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) are proposedby the IT strategic planning at the hospitality industry. Keywords: IT strategic planning, tourism, portfolio application

Abstract

In order to provide the satisfied services for the bandwidth users, network provider need to pay attenuation about telecommunication infrastructures are offered for customers.  The GMD link Tamparak Layung - Hajak is one of backbone or prime transmission link in Kalimantan. The Analyzing in this paper is purposed to analyze if the existing links are still  accordance with the standardized recommendations by ITU. The design results can be used in reference to determining the use of the device according to the specifications in the development of microwave radio communications with the route Tamparak Layung - Hajak order to take results in accordance with international standardization. In this case refers to the standard used in ITU-R. Keywords: microwave, SDH, LOS.

Abstract

Knowledge sharing is one of important issues in a company because it is a required approach to facilitate knowledge recording and to improve the effectiveness of knowledge sharing among colleagues. Knowledge sharing accelarates the knowledge transfer. The application of knowledge sharing with the web based system is expected to be a solution for meeting the organization’s needs. The absence of policy and culture among the lecturers to carry out web based knowledge management results in knowledge sharing difficulties among the students and the faculty members in the long run. Abstract

This paper is aimed at answering the needs of SMAK Penabur Harapan Indah students to get information from the Student Service Center using Information Kiosk System concept. There is a tendency that students need up-to-date information to support their school work. This system will help improving the information service quality to meet the students’ need for more accurate information. The service will be an added value for SMAK Penabur Harapan Indah –Bekasi in competing with other schools in Bekasi area. SDLC used in this paper is the Water Fall type. Abstract

Ant algorithm is one of Swarm Intellingence algorithms that can be used to solve NP-Hard problems. The scheduling of courses and lecturers which are done routinely each semester can be solved by exact methods and heuristic methods. Each institution has its own constraints in arranging the schedule. This paper discusses a case study in STMIK Widya Dharma. The type of ant algorithm used is the Rank Base Ant System suitable for scheduling based on ranking, which is the lecturers’ priority level. The other parameters are subjects, space, and time. Rumahdanproperti.com is the largest property advertising portal website in Indonesia which focuses its business by online. Rumahdanproperti.com have used the method of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) which is more focused on the optimization of keywords on search engines in introducing the products offered. This research will implement the SMO method using facebook as a means of product introductions and analyze the use of existing features in response to facebook support rumahdanproperti.com ads. Abstract

The world of telecommunications continues to experience growth and development, both from the improvement of peoples needs and increasing demand for telecommunications services and also technology demands on the use of the system with greater capabilities and integrated with the speed that can deliver a higher bit rate for internet service. Puri Casablanca Apartment is a dwelling that is not only occupied by local residents but also by foreigners, where the Internet becomes a necessity. It is necessary to optimize the network of existing phone wires to be used also as a network of Internet access using ADSL technology.
