Abstract

Sosialisasi Kesehatan merupakan kegiatan yang melakukan pelayanan kesehatan kepada warga desa. Permasalahan di Desa adalah pada proses pemberitahuan jadwal kegiatan kesehatan. Ketika ingin diadakan suatu kegiatan sosialisasi mengenai kesehatan di desa menggunakan metode penyampaiannya masih sangat manual, yaitu dengan cara memberitahu setiap warga sekitar, datang ke rumah-rumah warga terkait atau melakukan pengumuman dengan pengeras suara di masjid/musholah. Menggunakan metode penyampaian seperti itu sangat riskan terjadi kesalahan informasi yang menyebabkan warga terkait tidak dapat menghadiri kegiatan sosialisasi di desa. Penilitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu Analisis (Requirements Analysis and Definition), Perancangan (System and Software Design), Pengkodean (Implementation and Unit Testing), dan Pengujian (Integration and System Testing) yang akan menghasilkan analisis kebutuhan pengguna yang diperlukan untuk pembuatan aplikasi. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah membuat suatu sistem yang dapat membantu pamong desa untuk melakukan pemberitahuan jadwal kegiatan sosialisasi kesehatan dan juga membantu warga mengetahui informasi jadwal kegiatan sosialisasi kesehatan yang akan dilaksanakan. Abstract

Pantai Balongan Indah 2 (Bali 2) merupakan salah satu tempat wisata unggul di kabupaten Indramayu. Saat ini sistem pelayanan pengunjung di Pantai Bali 2 masih dilakukan secara manual terbatas pada pembelian tiket di tempat, sehingga pelayanan yang diberikan terutama dalam pemesanan tiket masih belum efektif. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dengan menggunakan metode observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan bagian pengelola pantai Bali 2, dan studi literatur, sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan framework Flutter dan Laravel dengan model pengembangan Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, coding, pengujian, dan penerapan program. Hasil penelitian seperti informasi mengenai fasilitas, kegiatan, dan potensi wisata di Pantai Balongan Indah 2 dapat diakses secara mudah melalui aplikasi, menjadikannya sarana promosi yang efisien serta dapat meningkatkan efisiensi antrian pengunjung melalui penerapan teknologi di sektor pariwisata, khususnya di kabupaten Indramayu.

Abstract

Facial paralysis significantly affects a person's ability to communicate and perform essential functions. Facial paralysis classification plays a vital role in the diagnosis and monitoring of facial disorders. Traditional diagnostic methods often rely on subjective evaluations, leading to inconsistent outcomes. The aim of this study is to evaluate and compare various feature extraction techniques to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of facial paralysis classification. The primary contribution of this research lies in its comprehensive analysis of texture-based (Local Binary Patterns, Histogram of Oriented Gradients, Gabor filters) and geometric feature extraction methods, providing insights into their respective strengths and limitations for facial paralysis detection. This study utilizes the YouTube Facial Palsy (YFP) dataset, comprising annotated images of paralyzed and non-paralyzed faces. Preprocessing included resizing images to 128x128 pixels to standardize inputs. Feature extraction methods were applied to the dataset, and the extracted features were classified using machine learning algorithms, including Support Vector Machines (SVM), Random Forest (RF), and k-Nearest Neighbors (KNN). Model performance was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. The best-performing method achieved an accuracy of 85% using HOG features combined with KNN. The findings highlight that texture-based methods, particularly HOG, excel in capturing subtle asymmetries, while geometric features offer computational efficiency and interpretability with fewer extracted features. This study underscores the importance of selecting suitable feature extraction methods based on task requirements, and emphasizes the potential of hybrid approaches to leverage the strengths of different methods. Future research should explore advanced geometric descriptors and integrate hybrid models to enhance clinical applicability

Abstract

Masjid Al-Islakh adalah masjid yang berada di Desa Karangampel Kidul. Selain sebagai tempat ibadah masyarakat muslim, masjid Al-Islakh juga memfasilitasi kegiatan lain seperti perayaan hari besar Islam, kajian agama, infaq, shodaqoh, serta pendidikan keagamaan. Pada pengelolaan keuangan ataupun manjemen yang lainnya, seringkali pengurus masjid mengalami kesulitan dalam manjemen pengolahan data dan memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama, karena Masjid Al-Islakh masih menggunakan pendataan melalui media kertas yang rentan hilang, mudah rusak, dan tidak terbaca. Pada penelitian sebelumnya telah dibuat aplikasi yang serupa yaitu Aplikasi Manajemen Masjid di beberapa masjid. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya maka dilakukan pembuatan aplikasi web Manajemen Masjid Al-Islakh di Desa Karangampel Kidul. Sebagai pertimbangan efisiensi pengembangan aplikasi web, penelitian ini digunakan framework Laravel. Adapun metode pengembangan yang diusulkan yaitu Waterfall. Dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi masjid ini, dibuatlah perancangan mockup, ERD dan UML, yang menghasilkan beberapa fitur yaitu keuangan kas, pengumuman, jadwal kegiatan, zakat, kelola pengurus, dan kurban. Fitur-fitur yang telah dikembangkan tersebut telah diuji kepada dua orang pengurus, dan tiga orang pengunjung. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa semua fitur yang usulkan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan, dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa permasalahan telah berhasil diatasi. Selanjutnya, Aplikasi ini dapat dikembangkan untuk platform aplikasi mobile dengan notifikasi real time.

Abstract

Purpose: We examine the impact of competing institutional logics imprinted in Cloud-ERP systems Economisation, Accessibility and Transparency on cross-functional collaboration (CFC) behaviour between accounting and IS (AI) professionals and the moderating role of trust-based collaboration mechanisms.Method: A quantitative method was used, with a structured questionnaire (n = 210) from ERP-experienced respondents in Indonesian firms. Multiple and moderated regression in SPSS were employed for the analysis of the data to test direct and interaction effectsFindings: Economisation Logic had a negative effect on Collaboration Effectiveness, while Accessibility and Transparency Logics had a strong positive effect. Dialectical tensions among these logics lowered the quality of collaboration when unregulated. Trust-Based Collaborative Mechanism (TBCM), positively moderated these relationships native scored positively but significantly higher, improving cooperation and reducing conflict.Novelty: This work is the first to provide an integrated model integrating dialectical institutional logics and trust-based mechanisms in the Cloud-ERP sector not much of such work done before particularly in the emerging economics.Implications: The results offer worldwide lessons for ERP system managers, implementing consultants, and policy makers in how to reconcile competing logics of departments and develop trust mechanisms for bolstering ERP project success and cross-functional alignment in enterprise digital transformation.

Abstract

Airplane accidents still occur frequently, one of which is caused by turbulence. To minimize the risk, an effective forecasting system is needed. This research focuses on developing a web-based dashboard for aircraft turbulence mitigation by considering factors such as convective cloud growth, Richardson number index, and wind shear. The dashboard was developed through four steps: requirement analysis, design, implementation, and verification. The Richardson number index (Ri) is calculated using a formula involving temperature and wind speed at different geopotential heights. Alert status is determined based on Ri values and other parameters, with three alert levels: 'Alert 1', 'Alert 2' and 'Alert 3'. The system provides alerts based on user input. If the cloud cover is less than 50%, the “Alert 1” status is displayed; if Ri < 0.25, the “Alert 2” status appears; and if the wind shear exceeds the threshold, the “Alert 3” status indicates that flights are prohibited. Pilot tests show that the system works well and the Ri calculation results are comparable to existing Richardson calculators. The dashboard allows users to access critical information related to turbulence and flight status in real-time, thereby improving flight safety. Timely alerts help in flight-related decision making. This research successfully developed a web-based dashboard for aircraft turbulence mitigation that works well. By monitoring convective cloud growth, Richardson number index, and wind shear, the system is able to provide relevant alerts to improve flight safety.

Abstract

Real-time communication between people in the form of audio, images, video, and data is now a necessity. Web Real-Time Communication Technology, WebRTC, is implemented as an open web standard and is available to build such communication. WebRTC requires a server that functions as both signaling and media servers. Signaling server for establishing communication channels, exchanging information, and synchronizing changes. Media servers exchange media, codecs, bandwidth, and rate control. Different Real-time Protocol (RTP) topologies have different requirements on servers, including those caused by the NAT configuration used. This research focuses on the role of the TURN server using CoTurn to create web-based real-time communication services. How is the quality of WebRTC service when CoTurn is a TURN server to pass signaling and media. The method used is divided into three stages, namely: (1) installation and configuration, (2) building WebRTC, and (3) testing. This study shows that real-time communication in the form of audio and video can be carried out even through a symmetrical NAT configuration. It is just that with more than five users in the WebRTC system, communication is slowing down. The proposed further research is developing and engineering the RTP topology to increase the number of users. The CoTurn application can be installed on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) and configured as a TURN Server as a media server service in the WebRTC system.

Abstract

Kelumpuhan wajah merupakan ketidakmampuan seseorang untuk menggerakkan otot-otot pada wajah.. Deteksi awal kelumpuhan wajah sangat penting untuk memberikan intervensi medis yang cepat dan mencegah perburukan kondisi pasien. Dalam penelitian ini, kami mengembangkan sebuah sistem berbasis deep learning yang menggunakan model YOLO (You Only Look Once) untuk mendeteksi paralisis secara otomatis. Sistem ini diintegrasikan dengan sebuah aplikasi web, yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengunggah citra untuk dilakukan deteksi secara real-time. Pengujian terhadap sistem ini menunjukkan akurasi yang tinggi dalam mendeteksi kelumpuhan wajah pada citra. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model YOLO dapat membedakan wajah yang lumpuh dengan baik, terlihat pada precision dan recall yang mencapai nilai 0.91 dan 0.97
