Abstract

In 2014 the E.R service of PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital should be suitable with the service standard of III level/ B type hospital. It, however , cannot be analyzed whether the E.R of PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital has started to adjust the hospital E.R standard that has been appointed based on Health Minister Decree of Republic of Indonesia No. 858/Menkes/SK/IX/2009 about the principal hospital E.R standard in the emergency service. To bring it into reality, strategies are needed in order that the adjustment of the E.R standard to B type hospital can run well. One of the ways is by measuring four dimensions of transformational leadership in the fulfillment process of the B type hospital E.R standard. Assessing the leadership readiness of Emergency Room in PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital in fulfilling the E.R standard of B type hospital, by assessing four dimensions of transformational leadership, i.e.: (1) idealized influence, (2) inspirational motivation, (3) intellectual stimulation, (4) individualized consideration. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study. The data collection is carried out through observation and interview. The primary data is obtained from the answer results and observation from the research questions and the secondary data is obtained in form of the service standard of the emergency room in PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital type C, SOP, books and Director Decree. The research was held on June, 2011. The emergency room service standard of PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital type C, based on Indonesian Health Minister Decree has been fulfilled. To go to B type hospital, it needs 100% service type category, human resources category 66,7%, facility 60%, medical and non-medical facility 50%. Nine quality indicators of the emergency room in PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital has been fulfilled as a whole and the leadership readiness of the emergency room in PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital to B type has not been ready since the first year of the hospital strategic plan (renstra) was determined. The service standard of the emergency room of PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital type C based on Indonesian Health Minister has been fulfilled, to go to B type, there is still a gap, but it has been anticipated by the working program and the leadership readiness of the emergency room is not ready as a whole in the first year since the hospital strategic plan (renstra) was determined

Abstract

Arifin Achmad Riau Province Hospital is one of the referral hospitals for covid 19 patients in Riau. This shows that hospitals provide services not only to general patients but also to covid 19 patients. The additional tasks that were not previously available indicate that there is work stress, especially for administrative officers because they have an important role related to hospital administration. This study aims to see the effect of work stress on the performance of officers either partially or simultaneously. The type of research is quantitative with a total sample of 46 people and the sampling technique is non probability sampling with saturation sampling method. The results of the study indicate that the Adjusted R Square is 0.681, which means that the independent variable can explain the dependent variable of 68.1% while 31.9% is explained by other factors not included in the model. The T-test shows that each variable, both Organizational Stressor and Life Stressor, has a significant effect on the performance of officers. The results of the F Test show that simultaneously Organizational Stressors and Life Stressors during the covid 19 pandemic have a significant effect on the performance of administrative officers. The suggestion that researchers recommend is that the hospital should pay attention to and manage the work stress of administrative officers, create a conducive organizational environment so that it can minimize stress, and provide education related to work stress so that officers understand and are able to manage work stress. Abstract

5S (Simplify, Straighten, Scrub, Stabilize, Sustain) is a simple system that can increase employee productivity. The application of the 5S work attitude in the storage unit of the Arifin Achmad Hospital medical record unit has not been implemented properly. The general purpose of this study is to determine the application and relationship of 5S work attitudes using the lean six sigma method to the productivity of the medical record unit officer. This study uses a qualitative approach with other data analysis models according to the type and purpose of the study. Data analysis in this study used the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) cycle which was adapted to the 5S work attitude method. DMAIC is a performance improvement cycle process based on data collected. The results of the problem analysis using the FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis) method show that there were 3 problems / defects that frequently occur, namely incorrect stacking with an RPN (Risk Priority Number) value of 147 (17%), delays in returning medical record documents from inpatients ward with an RPN (Risk Priority Number) value of 112 (30%), and distribution errors of medical records to another outpatient department with an RPN value of 70 (38%). The results of observations and in-depth interviews showed that the overall 5S work attitude has not been applied properly to the officer of medical record unit storage section. The application of 5S work attitudes related to 3 priority problems that occur in the storage section has a relationship with employee productivity.

Abstract

Hospital human resource management (HRM) is a system that requires special attention in order to be as effective and efficient as possible in managing human resources so that they can compete with other hospitals, both private and government. Quality human resources have an effect on improving the service quality of a hospital, one of which is RSUD Arifin Achmad Riau Province. This study aims to determine the strategy of human resource management (HRM) in improving service quality at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. This type of research is qualitative with an analytic descriptive approach. This research was conducted on 9 February - 30 June 2023 at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. There are 4 informants in this study and this research uses the Content Analysis model. The results showed that there were patient satisfaction surveys through print and electronic media, unscheduled and evenly distributed employee training, distribution of rewards that were not scheduled regularly, provision of replacements for old damaged goods, there were still units that had not displayed SOPs, no employee reserves, errors. data entry and room delivery, use of modern applications for attendance. It can be said that the Human Resource Management at Arifin Achmad Hospital in Riau Province is not fully optimal. It is suggested that there should be training that is carried out consistently and evenly, setting a fixed period for giving rewards, displaying SOPs in all units, forming a special standby team and carrying out routine evaluations.

Abstract

Background: The human body's anatomical structure may be seen in radiological image findings. The proper exposure factor must be given in order to produce radiographic findings. The amperage value times the exposure period is equal to mAs. A darker image will result from a larger mA factor or longer exposure time. However, by choosing the appropriate exposure factor, an optimal radiograph density can be produced that can clearly display the difference in thickness and density between organs. The purpose of this study is to determine the results of how density affects the results of radiographs of the os femur.Methods: This research is quantitative using experimental methods to find out how the effect of mAs variations and how much the range of changes in value on density in AP projection femur examinations using mAs variations namely mAs 4, 8, 10, 12, 20, 25, and 32 with a fixed kV of 70 kV.Results: The results of this study indicate that there is a change in the effect of density quality on the variation of mAs on the radiograph results of the femoral os using the Friedman test p-value 0.001 which means less than 0.05. And the range of changes in density values at the caput femur, collum femur, collum femur, and greater trochanter there are changes in each mAs variation. The value of density variation against 7 mAs variations in radiograph results at variations of 4 to 32 mAs shows the density value increases by 0.14, for the range of increase in each variation it is ± from 0.02 to 0.05.Conclusions: The purpose of this study is to determine the results of how density is affected and the results of how the range of changes in density values on femur radiographs.

Abstract

Most of the people in the Pebatuan village are still confused about the flow of services at the hospital due to the lack of information related to this. This causes some people to be lazy to go to the hospital for reasons of difficult process and others. Therefore, the holding of outreach activities related to the flow of services in the hospital starting from the patient entering, then registration, action, inpatient or outpatient, pharmacies, cashiers until the patient goes home. because the process is difficult and so on. The method of community service is by distributing brochures, lectures, and discussions as well as answering questions. This community service was carried out in the Pebatuan Village, Tenayan Raya District, held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021. The implementation starts from the opening and greetings from the presenter, then the presentation of material by the resource person, the question and answer session and discussion is then closed by saying greetings. This community service is important for the community to provide clear information regarding the flow of services in the hospital, and it is important for people whose cultural customs are still strong.

Abstract

The Social Security implementation agency is a legal entity to administer social security programs to ensure that all people can meet the basic needs of a decent life. Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2011 concerning The Social Security implementation agency , it is stated that "Everyone, including foreigners who work for a minimum of 6 (six) months in Indonesia, is obliged to become a Participant of the Social Security program". There are still many people in Kulim Village who do not use The Social Security implementation agency Health because they do not know how The Social Security implementation agency health service system is and the benefits of The Social Security implementation agency Health are caused by a lack of knowledge and counseling about The Social Security implementation agency Health. The socialization activity was carried out in Kulim Village at the al-istiqomah mosque RW02. This activity aims to increase public knowledge so that they understand how The Social Security implementation agency Health service system is and what are the benefits of Social Security implementation agency Health and can use it as needed. The method used is lectures and discussion questions and answers by the community and resource persons.

Abstract

Health is one of the basic needs of every human being because healthy people can live, develop and work better.  The availability of health care facilities is an important integral part of basic health services for the community and has a very strategic role in accelerating the improvement of public health status and in controlling population growth.  Many people in Indonesia still do not use health facilities properly. Lack of knowledge about health facilities can give its own harm to people who are in need of emergency treatment, it is the duty of students to educate the public about this problem. People activities carried out at the home of one the residents who participated in the activity in Kulim Village. As for the results of this activity, almost all residents understand the benefits of health facilities. This activity can also increase public awareness about the use of health facilities.

Abstract

Preparation for socialization and counseling about the use of health applications and media includes preparation of places and events in collaboration with SMK NEGERI 6 PEKANBARU, through this application utilization to support health improvement there are health applications in service so that it is more excellent. Applications are software used for specific purposes, such as processing documents, managing Windows &, games, and so on. Mobile health applications have the potential to change how the health system works and how patients interact with it. This is because Indonesia's large youth population is increasingly seeking digital solutions to access goods and services. Businesses, governments, and non-governmental organizations are looking to digital health technologies to improve healthcare efficiency and improve patient health outcomes. This community service method is by counseling students at SMK N6 Pekanbaru. The result of this study is that students understand the use of health applications and media to make it easier to receive health services.
