Abstract

PT. Sentra Support Service is a company engaged in cleaning services and gardening services for office buildings, factories and malls. Of course, PT. The Support Service Center also provides trained workforce supported by quality equipment and equipment for positions such as administrative staff, production operators, security, tellers and other trained personnel according to the needs of service users. The problem that occurs in this case when the cleaner makes daily activity reports is still done manually, namely by writing activity reports that have been done in a notebook or paper. At this time, the workforce at PT. Sentra Support Service still uses logbooks or notebooks in writing daily activity reports. This is not very effective because the cleaners have to take turns writing their reports in one book and it is very impractical because the reports that are written have to wait in a queue, which takes time. For the method of analysis and design, they used Unified Modeling Language (UML). Housekeeping Information System at PT. The Web-Based Support Service Center uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages as its database. With this housekeeping information system, it can help companies with cleaning services.

Abstract

Allocation of Village Funds is one form of financial relationship between levels of government, namely the financial relationship between the district government and the village government . To formulate appropriate financial relationships, it is necessary to understand the authority of the village government, the separation in structuring the village financial business is not only on the desire to delegate authority and financing from the central government to local governments and the lack of professionalism of government officials in managing village finances. In connection with the late delegation of village financial management independently by the village, hereinafter referred to as the Village Fund Allocation. Based on several conditions in the management of village funds, managing the village fund allocation document database properly is very important because it will affect public confidence in the performance of village officials on the funds received from the village. Gebangmekar Village is one of the villages in Gebang District in Cirebon Regency. While the system modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method using the PHP programming language, the database management system used is MySQL as well as the database. This Village Fund Management Information System is intended to be one of the solutions that can be used to simplify the process that runs in fast and effective fund management so that it can help improve the fund management process in Gebangmekar village, Gebang district, Cirebon regency.

Abstract

Pecatu Beach or Guamanik Beach, also known as Guamanik Pecatu Park, is a beach located in Banyumanis Village, to the south of the Portuguese Fort Jepara, Central Java. Currently services in ticket purchase transactions are still done manually and transaction reports have not been stored properly because of the absence of a supporting system. From the description of the problems that occur, it is designed and built an Online Ticket Promotion and Booking Information System at Guamanik Tourism Web-Based which is expected to solve the existing problems. For the method of analysis and design used Unfield Modeling Language (UML). The Web-Based Information System for Promotion and Booking of Tickets at Guamanik Tourism uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as the database. The method used in completing this final project is the interview method, observation method and literature study method, design and testing. Which aims to provide information services to customers who need this information.

Abstract

Immigration Office Class I Non TPI Depok is a government agency, engaged in services related to immigration. Some of the services provided by the Immigration Office to the public are services for foreigners. The foreigner registration process at the Class I Non TPI Depok immigration office is still done manually and the registration results take too long and searching for files that have been archived is quite time-consuming. The design method used is the Unfield Modeling Language (UML) programming language PHP and MySQL as the database. and testing using blackbox. It is hoped that the creation of a web-based Foreign National Registration System can help all parties involved in the process and avoid mistakes.

Abstract

The growth of technology has a big impact on life, one of which is the use of the internet. In Indonesia, internet usage has increased every year, this has an impact on changes in the buying and selling process carried out by the community. The basic reason caused by these changes is a wider market reach. So it can be said that the presence of the online market is a positive impact caused by the development of these technologies. E-Commerce is a process of buying and selling transactions and also leasing services that are carried out by utilizing internet technology that is already available on certain media. On this basis, business actors in E-Commerce should have their own characteristics that are easily recognized by consumers. It is necessary for business people to segment potential customers. However, the problem of customer segmentation has become a problem in itself for business actors, this is due to the lack of knowledge of how to segment the customers. Data mining is a process that can be done to solve problems. With data mining the process is carried out by processing the dataset and generating new information. In data mining itself, there are several completion processes, namely the K-Means algorithm for the clustering process and the RFM model for segmentation analysis. The results obtained are that there are 4 customer segments. This can be seen from the testing process carried out from K = 2 to K = 5, in the K = 4 test the most optimal BDI value is 0.6788

Abstract

Student ambassadors are students who are chosen as the right hand of the teachers to lead other students, where these student ambassadors must have advantages that are far from other students, where the selection is through a selection process. With this student ambassador, it is expected that the teacher's task is to direct and secure other students both in terms of order and obedience to school rules. The large number of participants made the committee feel overwhelmed in choosing the ambassadors. To get a solution to the problem of selecting the student ambassador, a decision system is needed that can help find a solution to the selection of student ambassadors. Decision Support System (DSS) is a stage in finding a solution to a problem where the process is carried out using a solution according to how the computer works. DSS can work optimally if using the method. In this study, the authors chose the Multi-Objective Optimization Method on The Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) which is a method that can be used in the completion and completion process of the DSS. This method has a working procedure that uses mathematical calculations. The results of this study obtained that the best Student Ambassador was alternative A5 on behalf of Ucok with a value of 0.4054 as the first rank.

Abstract

Office stationery is a very important item in the company as a tool to support company performance, the existence of office stationery equipment certainly greatly supports the performance of employees in the company. Hasna Invitation is a small business engaged in making physical wedding invitations or e-invitations and banners. Not only wedding invitations in Hasna Invitation, but children's toys in the form of puzzles. In meeting the needs of office stationery, Hasna Invitation is still not computerized so that each process is still not effective and efficient and data storage is also not well coordinated. From the description of the problems that occur, it is designed and built an Information System for Procurement of Office Stationery Needs which is expected to solve existing problems. For analysis and design methods used Unified Modeling Language (UML) and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The event program management information system uses the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database.

Abstract

PT. Fajar Solusi Elektronik  is one of the medium to lower scale cooperatives based in the city of Jakarta. The large number of goods in the company will certainly be difficult to manage, care for, and maintain the assets of the goods owned by the company. Goods assets that exist in PT. Fajar Solusi Elektronik includes computers, laptops, tablets, printers, speakers and other supporting tools. Currently, the management of the asset lending process still uses paper manuals and individual memories, while there are many assets, there is no notification feature if there is a return of goods, so that errors in calculating goods often occur, the data obtained has not been managed properly, so data loss often occurs. Still manually using paper and goods data, data on the distribution of goods assets to reports have not been stored and organized properly. For analysis and design methods use the Unfield Modeling Language (UML). This asset management information system uses the PHP programming language and MySQL as its database. With this web-based asset management information system, the processes related to asset management are easier to use, accurate and integrated.

Abstract

Communication is a very important factor to avoid misunderstanding, with communication it will be easy to understand what is meant between the object of introduction and the recipient of information. However, communication is still an obstacle for those who carry out underwater activities such as diving. Many ordinary divers do not understand the diver's signal code which will be a problem because of the difficulty in communicating if something happens that requires them to carry out information sharing activities underwater. Innovation is needed to be implemented, namely research that is able to facilitate divers to communicate underwater the same as using diver sign language. The purpose of this research is to design a wireless data transfer tool that can be used underwater by utilizing the Arduino microcontroller control board as a data processing component supported by an infrared sensor as a transmitting medium which aims to capture infrared light waves as a wireless communication medium. The marker components such as LEDs and LCDs indicate and display information from the processing results when data is successfully received and sent. The power distribution uses low voltage currents to carry out the performance of wireless data transfers underwater with the results of safe test criteria while the device is working in water.

Abstract

PT. World Innovative Telecommunication is a company engaged in the retail sector. Especially in smartphone sales. Currently performance appraisal is still done manually where the manager takes data directly and then evaluates the data taken by manual calculation so that human errors often occur such as calculation errors in each calculation can occur around 5-9 times errors and data storage does not have back up so prone to data loss. From the description of the problems that occurred, it was designed and built a Web-Based Sales Performance Assessment Information System at PT. World Innovative Telecommunication which is expected to solve existing problems. For analysis and design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML).
