<![CDATA[Salah satu pelayanan publik yang sangat penting yaitu pelayanan yang ada pada Suku Dinas Penanggulangan Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan di Jakarta Utara. Minimnya sarana pengaduan tanggap darurat mengakibatkan penanganan terhadap kebakaran terlambat. Metode penelitian menggunakan use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram dan user interface. Selanjutnya proses pengujian melalui pengujian Black Box Testing. Sistem informasi tanggap darurat berbasis web ini dapat merubah kebiasaan masyarakat dalam melakukan laporan, yang biasanya harus melakukan pelaporan menuju pos tanggap darurat terdekat menjadi lebih efisien. <![CDATA[Sistem Informasi Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai Berbasis Web dengan PHP dan SQL ini mampu mengelola pelaksanaan penginputan kinerja pegawai, proses validasi kinerja dan prilaku, serta pembuatan laporan yang cepat, tepat dan transparan. Penilaian oleh bagian Administrasi Kepegawaian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat lunak ini sangat layak dari segi correctness, reliability, dan integrity, sedangkan dari segi usability adalah layak. Penilaian oleh Pegawai menunjukkan bahwa perangkat lunak ini layak dari segi correctness dan usability, dari segi reliability adalah sangat layak, dan dari segi integrity adalah cukup layak.]]>

<![CDATA[Obat farmasi adalah zat atau campuran bahan, termasuk produk biologi yang digunakan untuk mempengaruhi dan menyelidiki sistem fisiologis dalam proses penegakan diagnosis, pencegahan, penyembuhan, pemulihan, peningkatan kesehatan, dan kontrasepsi bagi manusia. PT. Guna Abdi Wisesa adalah Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) yang bergerak di bidang distribusi obat dan alat kesehatan. Sistem informasi penjualan obat pada PT. Guna Abdi Wisesa berupa pemesanan obat farmasi dan pengecekan stok. Proses pemesanan obat farmasi masih ditulis tangan menggunakan kertas, dan proses pengecekan data persediaan obat menggunakan Microsoft Excel membutuhkan waktu. Dari gambaran permasalahan yang terjadi maka dirancang dan dibangun sebuah sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Metode analisis dan perancangan yang digunakan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML). Sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Adanya sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web dapat membantu perusahaan dalam proses penjualan obat farmasi.]]>

Tritunggal Makmur Indonesia only uses customer complaints services in the form of notification reports via short messages or by telephone. The purpose of this research is to design an information system for the design and manufacture of a consumer complaint information system. The methods used are interview methods, observation methods and literature study methods. Design and manufacture of consumer complaints information system at PT. Web-based Tritunggal Makmur Indonesia uses a system modeling with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method using the Personal Home Page (PHP) programming language and My Structured Query Language (MySQL) as the database. The consumer complaint information system can be one solution to increase consumer confidence, and simplify the complaint or complaint process to make it easier, faster and timely. And we also have other types of OPP Tape such as Masking Tape, Double Side Tissue Tape, Double Side Foam Tape, and also Cloth Tape. Supply chain management at PT. Gmindo Tape Industry has been going well enough to process the product to hand consumers, but in data management there are still many shortcomings so that in reporting sometimes there is data that is not appropriate and human errors often occur in the process data management. Supply chain management must run well for smooth flow the goods went well as well as in data management. <![CDATA[PT.Bahtera Noah Indonesia, which is desired by the company for workers, has a quality standard to measure work success. However, because the company is newly established and does not yet have an employee performance appraisal system, a web-based employee performance appraisal information system is needed. The stages of system development in making this information system use the Prototyping model method which consists of the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, and the implementation stage. Using the PHP programming language in making and MySQL Server as the database. The result of the research is that the system that was running previously did not have storage in the form of a database, so that the data storage process became more difficult to search, so it was proposed to improve the current employee performance appraisal system. With the performance appraisal system at PT. Bahtera Noah Indonesia makes employee performance appraisals computerized.]]>

<![CDATA[PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, which is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in the banking sector. The current employee performance appraisal information system is still being processed semi-manually using the Microsoft Excel application, so it takes a long time to browse the data and the use of sheet space is too wide. So it is necessary to develop a system in order to create a system that is faster, more precise and accurate using web-based applications. In this study, the authors used several methods, namely observation, interviews and literature study. The data obtained is then described in the form of UML (Unified Modeling Language) and uses the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. This employee performance appraisal information system will be tested using the Blackbox Testing method. The final result of writing this thesis is the formation of a system procedure using the UML program which describes the current system analysis and the proposed system design. In addition, the authors hope that the design of this new web-based application can shorten the process of evaluating employee performance precisely and accurately.]]>

<![CDATA[Law Office Artha Tama is a law office company that is engaged in civil matters, especially negotiating services for discounts on repayment and rescheduling to various banks. Law Office Artha Tama is supported by partner lawyers and legal consultants who are able to work together professionally as a provider of legal services to parties who need them. Artha Tama's Law Office has been in existence for 5 years and its legality has been registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenkumham) since November 14, 2019. Likewise, when the settlement activity was carried out, it had not been stored properly because there was no direct activity record. connected with clients from the settlement department, this results in the absence of a complete report at the time of monitoring or evaluation of repayment. From the description of the problems that occurred, it designed and built a Web-based Client Credit Card and KTA Payment Information System at the Artha Tama Law Office which is expected to solve the existing problems. For the method of analysis and design, they used Unified Modeling Language (UML). The Web-Based Client Credit Card and KTA Repayment Information System at the Artha Tama Law Office uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages as the database. The method used in designing this information system is the System Development Life Cycle (DDLC) method.]]>

<![CDATA[A complaint is defined as something that is unpleasant or something that is disturbing. Complaint behavior of the whistleblower is a very important phenomenon that must be understood by the owner of the company because the impact is directly related to the whistleblower. Complaints from Whistleblowers are not always negative because complaints from Whistleblowers are a form of their concern for the company's products or services. Whistleblowers who make complaints do not mean that they do not like the company's products and services, but it could be because they really like the company's services so that they hope that with the complaint the company's products and services can be of higher quality. From this problem, a UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagram is made which describes the interaction relationship between the system and the actor. Use Case can describe the type of interaction between the user of the system and the system. The method used in designing this information system is MySQL, and the application that supports the need to find a customer data.]]>
