Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of zakat on Mustahik’s micro business development. The sample of this research is zakat, the educational employees in 2013 followed by 46 samples of micro businesses. This was quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis technique, supported by a model test and statistical tests using Eviews 7 version program assistance. The results of research which was conducted on alpha 5%, showed that the major variables including the zakat, the man power and education affect on profits. Partially, the influence of zakat towards income is positive and significant, in which the increase of zakat Rp 1 balanced to that of income for Rp 4. The increasing of zakat will raise capital, resulted in raising the production as well as the profits. The influence of laborer towards income is also positive and significant, thus the increasing number of laborer for 1 person will enlarge the income of Rp 2,174,221. The increasing number of laborer would raise the level of production and profits. The influence of education towards income is positive and significant; it stood at 1 compared to Rp 104,9202. This meant that the higher education the better production will be.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the infl uence of motivation, behavior and understanding of community decisions in choosing islamic banking, this study uses non-probability sampling technique through purposive sampling method with a sample of 84 people, not all populations can be sampled with certain considerations. the results of this study that motivation has a positive and signifi cant effect on people’s decisions in choosing Islamic banks, behavior has a positive and signifi cant effect on people’s decisions in choosing Islamic banks and understanding has a positive and signifi cant effect on people’s decisions in choosing Islamic banks both partially and simultaneously. Based on the coeffi cient of determination, it can be concluded that motivation, behavior, and understanding infl uence community decisions by 0.471 or 47.1%, while the remaining 52.9% is infl uenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Among the leading Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Langsa are shrimp paste, soy sauce and touco, but it is unfortunate, those Enterprises have not paid attention to the importance of accounting knowledge and have not fully used accounting information in conducting their businesses. Accounting information is very importance to the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Langsa City and whether accounting information can increase the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Langsa City. This study is a qualitative study whose research subjects are shrimp paste, soy sauce and touco businesses in Langsa City. The results showed that accounting information plays an important role in the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Langsa City and can increase the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Langsa City

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Pre-Employment Card Program and the role of the Pre-Employment Card Program training in community empowerment in Langsa City. The research method used is field research using a qualitative research approach using descriptive methods. Based on the results of research in the implementation of the Pre-Employment Card Program, the steps that must be fulfilled are creating a Pre-Employment Card account, filling in personal data, taking tests, determining acceptance of Pre-Employment Cards, and buying and participating in the Pre-Employment Card Program training. And the role of the Pre-Employment Card Program training in Langsa City, when viewed from the main purpose of the Pre-Employment Card Program, which is competency development, not all respondents develop their competencies, only 6 respondents develop them, and other respondents do not develop them. Second, increasing productivity, that only two respondents developed their productivity by selling clothes online and applying for jobs using the Pre-Employment Card Program training certificate and none of the other respondents developed their productivity. And the third is developing entrepreneurship that there are no respondents who create something new and different, the respondents only sell clothes, sell pulses, and fried foods, none of the respondents create new things so that the role of the Pre-Employment Card Program training in community empowerment through community development is not any role.

Abstract

Perilaku konsumen yang satu dengan konsumen lainnya pastilah berbeda karena kebutuhan dan era konsumen yang beragam. Para pesaing dituntut harus dapat mempelajari dan memahami kondisi tersebut, mengingat persaingan pasar yang semakin kompetitif, salah satunya adalah Suzuya Kota Langsa. Adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam berbelaja di Suzuya Kota Langsa dan bagaimana perspektif ekonomi Islam tentang perilaku konsumen dalam berbelaja di Suzuya Kota Langsa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan data yang dikumpulkan berupa wawancara. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 10 responden. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, sajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam berbelanja di Suzuya Kota Langsa adalah faktor kebudayaan, sosial, pribadi dan psikologi, yakni meliputi kelengkapan dan variasi produk yang dijual, diskon yang sering diadakan oleh pihak Suzuya Kota Langsa, pelayanan yang bagus dan ramah, serta harga yang standar dan terjangkau, sesuai dengan produk yang ditawarkan. Perspektif ekonomi Islam tentang perilaku konsumen dalam berbelaja di Suzuya Kota Langsa yaitu sesuai dengan 5 prinsip konsumsi dalam Islam yang meliputi prinsip keadilan, kebersihan, kesederhanaan, murah hati dan moralitas. Para konsumen berbelanja atas dasar kebutuhan dan keinginan, namun banyak konsumen yang berbelanja atas dasar kebutuhan mereka. Kehalalan suatu produk adalah hal yang paling utama yang harus diperhatikan oleh para konsumen sebelum membeli barang.
