Abstract

BUMDes is a local economics utilizing instrument with various type of potential. This potential economy is aimed improving the economics welfare of rural society through the development of economic business. Need to maximaze the role of BUMDes for increased original local government revenue. The aims of community service are to help set up the BUMDes in operation and financial reporting, strengthening the economy of the village and welfare of rural communities. The implementation of community services uses a technique of assisting the application of the BUMDes business unit management system on the Web. Community assistance with direct discussion and practice of BUMDes governance. The result of this activity is the simkeuBUMDes application. With this application, the BUMDes admin or manager is very helpful in managing BUMDes finances such as recapitulation of  financial reporting BUMDes, member lists, savings members.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of foreign ownership on firm value, the influence of ownership concentrated on firm value, the influence of the environmental disclosure on firm value. The population used in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. Samples were determined by using purposive sampling method and obtained sample of 13 companies with a total of 134 observations. Data analysis was done by multiple regression analysis using SPSS program. The results of the research indicate that: 1) foreign ownership influences on firm value, 2) ownership concentrated influences on firm value, 3) environmental disclosure influences on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of debt-to-equity ratio, earnings per share, and company size on market value of equity. In this study, intellectual capital was used as a moderating variable. The samples in this study are companies listed in manufacturing companies in 2017-2019 periods on the IDX. Data was processed using the method of moderated regression analysis (Rev Mou1). The results of this study found that debt to debt-to-equity ratio and company size affect the market value of equity meanwhile earning per share can’t affect the market value of equity. Intellectual capital can moderate the effect of debt-to-equity ratio and company size on market value of equity. Based on the results, intellectual capital cannot moderate the effect of earnings per share on market value of equity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Organizational Culture, Entrepreneurship Orientation, Total Quality Management, and Social Capital on Business Performance. The population in this study was Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in processing industry in sub-district of Tampan Pekanbaru city. This study uses census method in sampling with owner of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in sub-district of Tampan Pekanbaru city as the respondent amount 122 unit enterprises. The data used in this study are primary data with questionnaires as an instrument. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model-Partial Last Square (SEM-PLS) by using WarpPLS 6.0 software. The results of this study showed that Organizational Culture, Entrepreneurship Orientation, Total Quality Management, and Social Capital have an effect on Business performance. The results indicate the important role Organizational Culture, Entrepreneurship Orientation, Total Quality Management, and Social Capital in improving the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of risk profile on firm value with Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as a moderating variable. The population in this study was banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015- 2018. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 25 companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression by using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the Risk Profile affects firm value, Earnings affect firm value, and Capital affects firm value. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is able to moderate the influence of risk profile, Earnings, and Capital on firm value.

Abstract

The oil palm business is one of the businesses that can help the country's economy and help improve people's welfare. The effectiveness of SME business performance is influenced by training, organizing, utilization, and development. The target community is SMEs in Lebuh Lurus village, Inuman Kuantan Singingi sub-district. Increased marketing performance and competitive strategies can be applied to oil palm farmers with training and skill mentoring. This activity is carried out by direct counseling/discussion, discussion, and question and answer. The implementation of this activity is divided into several stages, including preparation, counseling and assistance, evaluation, and discussion. Competitive advantage, competitive intelligence, cross-functional working relationships as solutions to improving marketing performance in oil palm plantation SMEs in the province of Riau. The results of this activity teaches and administers to the oil palm smallholders in implementing competitive strategies and marketing palm oil products. Training for human resource oil palm workers and the creation of agricultural counseling programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara tingkat kebangkrutan Springate's Model, Fulmer Model, Foster Model, dan Altman Model, serta langkah-langkah model mana yang paling akurat dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan di perusahaan sektor non keuangan. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari rasio keuangan yang terkandung dalam model prediksi kebangkrutan yang terkandung dalam Springate's Model, Fulmer Model, Foster Model, dan Altman Model. Populasi penelitian adalah semua perusahaan sektor non keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sejumlah 546 perusahaan yang tersebar di 8 sektor. Perusahaan yang akan diperiksa terdiri dari 18 perusahaan. Menggunakan pengumpulan data sekunder. Penggunaan data dalam laporan keuangan periode 2013-2017. Analisis data dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah uji Kruskal Wallis menggunakan SPSS 18. Hasil uji Kruskal Wallis, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan prediksi kebangkrutan berdasarkan Springate's Model, Fulmer Model, Foster Model, dan Altman Model. Selain itu, untuk tingkat akurasi tertinggi adalah model Fulmer.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meneliti pengaruh kompetensi, indedepnsi dan time budget pressure terhadap kualitas audit internal dengan motivasi sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 51 orang Auditor Internal, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunkan pendekatan sensus/sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuanitatif dengan menggunakan analisis jalur dengan melibatkan variabel pemoderasi, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner penelitian. Pendekatan analisis adalah multivariat dengan menggunakan SEM dikarenakan SEM mampu menguji model penelitian yang kompleks secara simultan dan menganalisis variabel yang tidak dapat diukur langsung dan memperhitungkan kesalahan pengukuran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, independensi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, dan tekanan anggaran waktu berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa motivasi tidak memiliki efek moderasi untuk semua variabel independen.

Abstract

This purposed of this study is to analyze the effect of institutional ownership, family’s ownership, ownership concentration and dividend policy towards firm performance. This type of quantitative research, the data used secondary data. The population in this research were the manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during period 2015 until 2017. Sample selection method was using with technique purposive sampling, with certain proposals selected by 90 companies. Data collection methods in this research are literature study and internet access. The data was analysed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that institutional ownership has impact toward firm performance, family’s ownership does not impact toward firm performance, ownership concertation has impact toward firm performance and dividend policy has impact toward firm performance.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Malaysian stock market reaction in the event of the crash of AirAsia plane on 28 December 2014. The analysis is focused on the travel and leisure industry as the crash would affect more on this type of industry. A total of 15 companies met the selection criteria. The study uses the event study standard procedures in testing the proposed hypotheses. Results show that abnormal returns after the crash tend to decrease, yet no significant abnormal returns were found in the period before and after the event. Median abnormal return after the event is significantly higher than before the event at the traditional level. Another finding shows that there is no significant difference in trading volume activity between before and after the event.
