Abstract

ABSTRAK Anemia pada kehamilan didiagnosis apabila kadar hemoglobin <11 g/dL. Kejadian anemia dalam kehamilan di Indonesia cukup tinggi oleh sebab itu perlu perhatian khusus karena dampak dari anemia bukan hanya pada ibu melainkan juga bayi yang akan dilahirkan. Tujuan dari studi kasus ini adalah memberikan asuhan kebidanan berkelanjutan mulai dari masa hamil, bersalin dan nifas. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus COC pada Ny. R di TPMB Yuliani, Blimbing, Paciran Lamongan. Instrumen menggunakan pedoman observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi dalam bentuk format Asuhan Kebidanan mulai dari masa kehamilan, persalinan, bayi baru lahir sesuai dengan KEPMENKES nomor 369/MENKES/SK/III/2007. Hasil : Pada masa kehamilan Ny. R mengalami anemia, bidan memberikan asuhan kebidanan dengan memberikan tablet Fe (tablet tambah darah) dan susu rasa kacang hijau serta menganjurkan ibu untuk minum sari kacang hijau setiap hari serta makan-makanan yang kaya zat besi agar kadar hemoglobin ibu naik. Asuhan yang diberikan menunjukkan adanya korelasi dengan kasus yang dialami oleh Ny. R dimana kadar hemoglobin ibu dapat naik dalam waktu 2 minggu.

Abstract

Background : Universities in the health sector have basically implemented independent learning, especially off-campus learning long before the “Kampus Merdeka” policy was launched, but it is still limited to one program of activities, namely internships/work practices. This is a challenge for the health study program to be able to design and implement an innovative off-campus learning process in eight activities while still paying attention to learning outcomes covering the domains of attitudes, knowledge, and skills optimally. This study aims to see learning outcomes covering cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains during off-campus learning activities carried out by study programs at the Faculty of Health Sciences, University Muhammadiyah Lamongan. Method : This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to all FIKES UMLA students. as many as 960 students (total sampling) consisting of 683 undergraduate students in Nursing, 95 undergraduate students in Hospital Administration and 182 undergraduate students in Pharmacy. This survey research uses quantitative data analysis techniques with a descriptive approach. Results : The results obtained from the cognitive domain of 96.15% stated that there was an increase when learning was carried out outside the campus, the affective domain was 96.15% and the psychomotor domain was 95.83%. Conclusion : Off-campus learning programs are able to improve learning outcomes covering cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains.

Abstract

Introduction: Self-conception is a mental health problem often experienced by teenage girls who will or have experienced menstruation, especially during early puberty. This situation requires special attention. According to a preliminary survey conducted by the researchers of the State Primary School 1 Turi District of Lamongan, 80% of teenagers have experienced physical changes. The aim of this study was to determine the description of a teenage girl's self-concept about physical changes during puberty.Methods: descriptive research design. The research population was part of the seventh grade teenage children in the State 1 Turi High School, Turi district, Lamongan district, with a sample size of 40 teenage girls. Sampling is done using quota sampling. Data collection method with closed questionnaires. The data collected is analyzed descriptively.Results: 92.5% of adolescents have a negative self-image. 77.5% have negative ideas about themselves, and 90% of teenagers have bad self-esteem.Conclusion: Almost all of the teenage girls in the 7th grade in the 1st grade in Turi, Turi district, and Lamongan district have a negative self-concept. Counseling teachers and UKS (School Health Unit) should work together to provide communication, information, and education on physical changes in adolescents during puberty, especially women's gymnastics, so that they have a positive self-concept and adolescent girls' mental health is improved. Keywords: self-concept, puberty, physical change, female adolescence

Abstract

Kabupaten Lamongan baru mencapai 61,04% rumah tangga yang memenuhi kriteria PHBS. Survey awal pada 10 keluarga di Desa Bandungsari menunjukkan bahwa 80% keluarga masih belum memenuhi indikator keluarga sehat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan perilaku kesehatan masyarakat sebelum dan sesudah Musyawarah Masyarakat Desa di Desa Bandungsari Kecamatan Sukodadi Kabupaten Lamongan. Desain penelitian pra eksperimen (one group pretest – posttest). Populasi adalah seluruh keluarga di Desa Bandungsari sebanyak 513 keluarga. Sampel adalah seluruh populasi yang didapatkan dengan teknik total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan observasi menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan uji Mc Nemar dengan ?=0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan perilaku kesehatan sebelum dan setelah Musyawarah pada variabel pemberantasan sarang nyamuk (p=0,000), kebiasaan merokok (p=0,008), kebiasaan menggantung pakaian (p=0,000), pencahayaan rumah (p=0,001), dan pencemaran lingkungan (p=0,000). Musyawarah masyarakat desa sebagai salah satu bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat sangat diperlukan untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada di desa terutama masalah kesehatan.

Abstract

Background: Bullying is an incident that often occurs in everyday life among teenagers, especially at school, even the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology said that the incidence of bullying in Indonesia is still very high, there are 24.4% of students in Indonesia experiencing this incident. In 2020, KPAI recorded 119 cases of child bullying, compared to the previous year there was an increase of 30-60 cases per year. In Lamongan Regency in 2020 there were 22 cases, while in 2021 there was an increase to 42 cases of violence. Objectives: The aim of the research is to determine the effect of mentoring students as anti-bullying cadres using the peer teaching method on knowledge and attitudes in preventing teenage bullying. Method: Evaluation is carried out by comparing work results before and after the intervention is given. Results: The results of the training showed that there was an increase in participants' understanding of bullying prevention (100%), and there was an increase in participants' ability to identify and problem solve bullying cases (83%). Conclusion: Education is needed for students in preventing bullying
