Abstract

Salah satu ciri khas Pondok Pesantren Manbaul Ulum adalah memadukan pendidikan keagamaan dengan pendidikan yang bersifat Sains sebagai bekal ketika santri pulang kemasyarakat.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dan kualitatif atau penelitian lapangan (field research). Kepustakaan (library reseach) yaitu suatu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi dengan bantuan bermacam-macam materi yang terdapat dalam kepustakaan, misalnya berupa buku-buku, catatan-catatan, makalah-makalah, dan lain-lain. Tinjauan pustaka adalah kegiatan yang meliputi mencari, membaca, dan menelaah laporan-laporan penelitian yang akan dilakukan.Dari hasil pengamatan peneliti, Pondok pesantren Manbaul Ulum telah melaksanakan fungsi evaluasi dalam pendidikan kewirausahan santri. Yaitu dengan melakukan rapat-rapat yang membahas evaluasi pelaksanaan wirausaha santri manbaul ulum. Di dalam Fungsi-fungsi Manajemen terlihat ditiap- tiap unit kursus diberikan arahan serta ketercapaian hasil pelaksanaan yang sudah dilampaui. Dan diberikan arahan dari pengasuh serta pandangan, bimbingan dan motivasi kepada para santri agar meningkatkan skills

Abstract

Dalam proses belajar mengajar strategi adalah cara yang digunakan oleh guru untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa khususnya pada materi pelajaran akidah akhlak. mata pelajaran akidah akhlak merupakan mata pelajaran yang sangat penting dalam membentuk kepribadian siswa. Siswa yang berilmu dan berketerampilan belum tentu berakhlak mulia. Cukup banyak orang yang berilmu dan berketerampilan tetapi karena tidak mempunyai akhlak yang mulia terkadang menggunakannya untuk hal-hal negatif. Latar belakang masalah dalam skripsi dapat diformulasikan sebuah permasalahan yang sistemik dalam suatu rumusan yang konkrit. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode penelitian kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi obyek yang alamiah. Dari permasalahan yang telah di rumuskan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pertama, strategi adalah metode atau inovasi yang digunakan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak sebagai upaya memudahkan siswa memahami materi akidah akhlak sehingga siswa dapat berminat terhadap mata pelajaran tersebut. adapun macam-macam strategi yang digunakan adalah strategi pembelajaran ekspositori, inkuiri dan kooperatif. Kedua, faktor pendukung dan penghambat strategi guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di kelas X MA salafiyah syafi’iyah diantaranya adalah penggunaan metode ceramah humoris, sedangkan faktor yang menjadi penghambat strategi guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa adalah siswa banyak yang tidak memperhatikan ketika guru menyampaikan materi

Abstract

Waste is one of the problems that can not be avoided by the population. Increasing population causes increased activity of the population, which means also can increase the amount of waste, it is due to the many sources of waste that have sprung up such as in housing, tourist attractions, and other public facilities, which can cause increased waste in housing tamansari village bondowoso district, a waste management system that is available is still limited and they rely on empty land disposal of waste and TPS there is still not good and the condition lug garbage in housing tamansari village bondowoso district still mixed or without sorting, so that people who throw their garbage has not been able to do the sorting for a variety of organic and inorganic waste. So in the housing tamansari village bondowoso district requires efforts to optimize the process of waste management in the review based on the generation and waste characteristics and land conditions, So these problems to do an analysis condition of waste management in housing tamansari village bondowoso district, then get the facilities and infrastructure needs is not good enough, so it appears the problem of garbage in the location is still a lack of research and polling services lug garbage in each source. Based conditions, people still follow the custom of throwing garbage in the river and dispose of their garbage in vacant land. Thus the need in optimizing waste management in housing tamansari village bondowoso district, with the addition of lug and waste collection system in accordance with the state of the location, so that the lug and garbage collection system to be effective. Abstract

Belajar berarti menambah dan mengumpulkan sejumlah pengetahuan. Dengan proses belajar, manusia melakukan perubahan-perubahan kualitatif individu sehingga tingkah lakunya berkembang. Secara kuantitatif, belajar berarti kegiatan pengisian atau pengembangan kemampuan kognitif dengan fakta sebanyak-banyaknya sesuai dengan jenjang yang ditempuh oleh peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar pada ranah afektif dan kognitif setelah di implementasikan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe students teams achievement division (STAD) pada mata pelajaran PAI kelas X di SMK Ibrahimy wongsorejo banyuwangi.Berdasarkan data hasil tes yang rata-rata pada tes awal (pre test) yaitu nilai rata-ratanya sebesar 58 dengan persentase ketuntasan 0% dan pada siklus I sebesar 74,2 dengan persentase ketuntatasan sebesar 71,40%, dan pada siklus II nilai rata-ratanya menjadi 90 dengan persentase ketuntasan 100% Presentase pada hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik tersebut sudah jauh memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan yang telah ditentukan, yaitu 70%. Sedangkan pada hasil belajar ranah afektif peserta didik mengalami peningkatan hal itu dapat dilihat dari lembar observasi peserta didik pada siklus I dan siklus II, yang mana pada siklus I skor rata-rata hasil belajar afektif peserta didik adalah 3,1 dari skor maksimal 4,0, sedangkan pada siklus II skor rata-rata dari hasil observasi peserta didik adalah 3,6 yang artinya terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajara PAI di SMK Ibrahimy wongsorejo

Abstract

The leadership management of junior high school principals is one of the most important components of education to influence teachers, students, and teaching staff to innovate effective and efficient teaching and learning processes. On that basis, it is focused on the management profile of the principal's leadership in the innovation of the teaching and learning process with several supporting factors and the steps that are optimally implemented in the institution. This study used a qualitative approach with interview techniques, participatory observation, and documentation which took place at SMP Manbaul Ulum Tangsil Wetan Wonosari Bondowoso. Research findings are as follows: first, the management of the principal at SMP Manbaul Ulum has succeeded in innovating the teaching and learning process in its leadership by implementing good communication between leaders and teachers, Having competent teachers and staff, having a high commitment, Having good working mechanisms , able to make students have motivation and enthusiasm for learning by giving appreciation to students, The existence of adequate learning facilities and facilities. Second, the support of the school committee, parents and the surrounding community, a pleasant school environment. The division of tasks according to the field of teaching experts, Involving Subject Teacher Consultations (MGMP), training in the preparation of teaching and relevant equipment, training on curriculum implementation. The third finding is that the principal's leadership management has 4 main functions, namely; planning, implementation, supervision, and guidance. The steps taken are Curriculum Innovation, Student Innovation, Innovation for Human Resources Improvement, Learning Strategy Innovation, Infrastructure Innovation, Public Relations Innovation.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren al-Munir Jombang is a boarding school that holds the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program for students. This program aims to give birth to a young generation of Muslims who have expertise in a field of knowledge and are able to lead community life and intrepreneurship, based on the Qur'an. This research was conducted to determine how the impact of the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program was felt by the students at al-Munir Jombang Islamic Boarding School. The type of research that researchers do is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach that is descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of research on the impact of the Tahfidz al-Quran program carried out by the al-Munir Jombang Islamic Boarding School on the values of character education for students, they feel a change in themselves in their daily lives in ethics based on the spirit of carrying out Islamic teachings

Abstract

Education Islamic Religious Education is crucial in life; hence, an educator must be able to explain and present content effectively. Choose strategies and techniques based on the qualities and requirements of pupils, particularly children with special needs, particularly the deaf. The learning strategy for Islamic Religious Education for deaf children with special needs at SLB Tunas Bangsa Asembagus Situbondo uses an expository learning strategy, namely the delivery of material verbally from a teacher to a group of students and mastery of the material, in learning activities and holds learning preceded by preparation, presentation (delivering) material, correlation, concluding, and applying. The supporting factors in learning Islamic Religious Education are (1) internal factors, which include students' enthusiasm for studying and motivation. (2) external factors, namely the development of a harmonious connection between instructors and students, as well as between teachers and parents.
