Abstract

Bullying merupakan perilaku sosial yang seringkali terjadi di sekolah. Bullying juga bisa melibatkan siswa sebagai seorang pelaku dan korban. Perilaku bullying juga memberikan beberapa dampak negatif, baik untuk korban maupun untuk pelaku sendiri. Jika tindak bullying ini terjadi di SD/MI, maka peran seorang guru sangat dibutuhkan supaya guru mampu untuk mengenali, mengidentifikasi, dan menanganinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran guru dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying di sekolah. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode studi kasus (case study). Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru terhadap bullying pada siswa yaitu sebagai orang yang membimbing atau yang memberi nasehat dan  arahan serta membina siswa sehingga dapat mengatasi kasus atau masalah yang terjadi mengenai bullying supaya dapat meminimalisir bullying yang terjadi disekoloh. Guru juga harus mampu membentuk kepribadian siswa dan membangun hubungan positif dengan siswa, dan guru perlu mewaspadai tindakan kekerasan yang dilakukan siswanya. Untuk itu guru sangat berperan penting dalam mengatasi tindak bullying kepada peserta didik, agar perilaku bullying tidak berlanjut sampai ke usia remaja nanti.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan kelas di SMK Negeri 1 Tanah Grogot dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif tehnik wawancara dengan narasumber guru PAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengelolaan kelas diperlukan adanya upaya-upaya dari guru dalam pengelolaan kelas komponen yang dilaksanakan seperti ketanggapan guru dalam hal melihat siswa dengan seksama, selama proses pembelajaran guru selalu melihat pada siswa secara keseluruhan untuk menciptakan suasana kelas yang kondusif. Di samping itu, tentunya ada berbagai permasalahan yang muncul sehingga dapat mengganggu ketertiban kelas. Guru memiliki peran utama dalam menangani berbagai permasalahan tersebut agar suasana kelas tetap kondusif sehingga menunjang tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran, khususnya pada mata pelajaran PAI. Abstract

Untuk mengelola sekolah diperlukan kepala madrasah yang dapat mengatur seluruh potensi sekolah agar berfungsi dengan baik untuk mendukung tercapainya tujuan sekolah. Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mendorong sekolah untuk dapat mewujudkan visi, misi dan sarana sekolah melalui program-program yang dilaksanakan secara terencana dan bertahap. Oleh karena itu lembaga pendidikan kepala madrasah memiliki cara untuk bisa meningkatkan mutu pendidikan agama Islam di lembaganya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Untuk pengumpulan data digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk mengetahui upaya kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan agama Islam di MTs N 1 Paser, 2) untuk mengetahui faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan agama Islam di MTs N 1 Paser. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa upaya kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan agama Islam di MTs N 1 Paser yaitu lebih memperbanyak kegiatan kegamaan yakni shalat dhuha, tadarus, kultum, membaca surah dan shalat zuhur. Meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dengan memberdayakan kelompok kerja guru (KKG) atau musyawarah guru mata pelajaran (MGMP), meningkatkan mutu sarana dan prasarana, meningkatkan mutu proses pembelajaran dengan mengembangkan model pendidikan yang Islami, membenahi metode pembelajaran dan menata kurikulum. Kepala madrasah juga melakukan penilaian kinerja guru (PKG) yang merupakan salah satu peran kepala madrasah untuk bisa melihat kualitas dari guru di madrasah. Faktor pendukung dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan agama Islam di MTs N 1 Paser yakni SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia) nya diantaranya kepala madrasah, dewan guru, staf tata usaha, siswa/i serta orang tua/wali murid di MTs N 1 Paser. Dimana semua bersinergi menyatukan visi dan menyatukan misi sehingga apa yang menjadi keinginan bersama menjadi sesuatu yang bisa terwujud. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yakni sarana dan prasarana ibadah yang kurang memadai, faktor kesadaran kebersihan dan faktor dari peserta didik yang mudah terpengaruh hal-hal yang tidak baik dan mencoba saling mempengaruhi satu sama lain.

Abstract

Abstract This study discusses how the results of educational assessments become a benchmark in determining student achievement. Giving a score is a result of an answer that can be converted into a number on the score. and the score obtained from a question that is answered by students correctly and can consider the weight of the answer. The main focus that we will discuss is the processing of educational assessment results. The purpose of this study was to determine the processing of educational assessment results. So that education can be used as a reference in processing student learning outcomes. Analyze how the processing of the assessment results in the learning process. Based on this goal, scoring is very important in learning, especially for students.

Abstract

Changes from time to time make curriculum changes change, adjusting to the times and the needs needed by students and educators. The models also vary for the sake of suitability of curriculum development in schools and their respective problems which are of course different. Because of that the school will always try to evaluate in order to get the desired models, according to the criteria. This article describes the notion of curriculum and several development models curriculum. The existence of educators cannot be separated from the curriculum because the teacher is the mediator between the curriculum and students. Teachers can be involved in curriculum development in two ways, namely as participants in the process or as users of curriculum products. We can find various models of curriculum development in schools.

Abstract

Our goal in this research is to find out how administration is managed at Mts Al-Ihsan Tanah Grogot, how to improve the quality of madrasas. This research uses qualitative. The data collection technique that we use is observation, documentation and interviews. The results obtained are that the administrative management at Mts Al-Ihsan Tanah Grogot is going well in improving the quality of madrasas. The administration of the Madrasah curriculum has been going well, as evidenced by the students who successfully pass one hundred percent every year and Accreditation A. The quality can be seen from the curriculum, educators, and education staff. This research has a relationship between supervisors and Madrasah involvement. To study administrative management at MTs Al-Ihsan Tanah Grogot in improving the quality of Madrasas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the mechanism for implementing supervision activities at SMKN 4 Tanah Grogot is. This study used a qualitative method with library sources and interview techniques with Mr. Capsule Anwar S.P as the principal of SMKN 4 Tanah Grogot. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of supervision at SMKN 4 has been carried out properly according to existing procedures. The supervising actors are the school principal and his deputy as well as the heads of the departments of each department. The main purpose of supervision is to assist teachers in developing the techniques and methods they use when teaching. Supervisor implementation at SMKN 4 Tanah Grogot has been carried out as well as possible. Supervision of the program well, as well as its implementation. The purpose of supervising is to improve the quality of learning for teachers and improve/improve the methods teachers use when teaching, the point is that there are changes in a better direction in the future for supervised teachers.

Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by the large number of students who still violate the madrasa rules. Basically all teachers at MAN Paser have set a good example for students, but there are still many students who violate the rules in the madrasa. For example, there is some lack of respect for teachers by saying impolitely to teachers, mocking each other between students, lack of awareness to carry out obligations such as praying, reciting the Koran which still has to be reminded every day. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collected using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were the teachers of the Aqidah Akhlak subject, amounting to 1 person while the object was the teacher's efforts in fostering the religious behavior of students in Aqidah Akhlak subjects. After the authors conducted research with several methods to obtain results, namely: (1) Efforts by the teacher of aqidah morals in improving the religious behavior of students at MAN Paser, namely through habituation, providing religious understanding or insight and providing examples of good behavior, (2) Obstacles faced by the teacher aqidah morals in improving students' religious behavior that is influenced by external factors including environmental factors both in the family, school and community environment, (3) How to overcome the constraints of the teacher's aqeedah morals in increasing students' religious behavior at MAN Paser, namely by collaborating with guardians or other people parents of students, approaching students through school activities such as Ramadan activities and providing coaching actions such as giving advice and punishment.

Abstract

Educational supervision is a planned coaching activity to assist teachers and other school employees in carrying out their work effectively. The teacher is the main role holder in an education because the teacher determines the success of students, especially in the process of teaching and learning activities. Therefore, educational supervision is carried out as a means to provide opportunities for teachers to develop and carry out their main tasks, by improving and increasing teacher performance in the teaching and learning process. This research method uses a library study method (library research), namely a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research (Adlini, et al, 2022). This research uses a qualitative approach because this research activity is descriptive in nature by collecting information and data such as the results of previous similar studies, as well as various journals.

Abstract

Evaluation is a tool used to measure the success of a project. To measure something must use the correct measuring instrument based on existing indicators. Educational assessment is related to educational activities or processes that are the center of attention. The object of assessment is cognitive (knowledge and understanding), affective (attitudes and ideals), and psychomotor (skills and habits), adjusting the identified instruments to the aspects to be assessed. and the subject of assessment is the teacher or lecturer who teaches certain subjects. The subjects and objects of learning evaluation in schools/madrasas can include various aspects related to the process and learning outcomes of students in the school. The subject and object of evaluating education in schools/madrasas against the development of the Industrial Revolution 5.0 involves aspects relevant to technological transformation and changes in the world of work.
