Abstract

It is necessary to develop learning media as learning support during the pandemic so that students' enthusiasm for learning remains high, impacting student learning outcomes. This study aimed to determine the effect of Electronic-Crossword Puzzles (E-CP) learning media on student learning outcomes in online learning. This study was experimental research. Data collection techniques were conducted through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The samples were 32 students from a total population of 108 students of Grade X of Yogyakarta 4 Senior High School (SMA N 4 Yogyakarta). The instrument test included validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique employed two-way Anova. The results of data analysis using the independent t-test with the help of SPSS showed a significance value of 0.000<0.05, and the comparison of the t-test shows t_count (8.973) > t_table (2.048). It means there is a difference in the average student learning outcomes in Group 1 (students given E-CP learning media) and Group 2 (students not given E-CP learning media).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji (1) hubungan antara kondisi sosial ekonomi dengan minat studi lanjut siswa kelas XI SMKN 1 Boyolali Jurusan Akuntansi; (2) hubungan antara peran teman sebaya dengan minat studi lanjut siswa kelas XI SMKN 1 Boyolali Jurusan Akuntansi; (3) hubungan antara kondisi sosial ekonomi dan peran teman sebaya dengan minat studi lanjut siswa kelas XI SMKN 1 Boyolali Jurusan Akuntansi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI di SMKN 1 Boyolali. Sampel penelitian adalah jurusan Akuntansi sejumlah 105 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif, korelasi sederhana dan korelasi ganda. Uji prasyarat analisis penelitian ini adalah uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heterokedastisitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kondisi sosial ekonomi dengan minat studi lanjut ke perguruan tinggi siswa kelas XI di SMKN 1 Boyolali jurusan Akuntansi. (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara peran teman sebaya dengan minat studi lanjut ke perguruan tinggi siswa kelas XI di SMKN 1 Boyolali jurusan Akuntansi. (3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kondisi sosial ekonomi dan peran teman sebaya dengan minat studi lanjut ke perguruan tinggi siswa kelas XI di SMKN 1 Boyolali jurusan Akuntansi. Model hubungan ketiga variabel tersebut adalah Y = 29,037 + 1,073 XI + 0,747 X2.

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) the influence of perceptions about teacher welfare on interest in becoming teachers among FKIP UNS students; (2) the influence of PLP experience on interest in becoming a teacher among FKIP UNS students; and (3) the influence of perceptions about teacher welfare and PLP experience on interest in becoming teachers among FKIP UNS students. This research is quantitative research. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results showed that perceptions of teacher welfare and PLP experience significantly influenced interest in becoming a teacher. This is shown by the acquisition of F = 104.05 with a significance value of 0.0000 <0.05. The regression line function equation model for these three variables is Y = 7.394 + 0.020X1 + 0.527X2. The simultaneous influence of teacher welfare perceptions and PLP experience on interest in becoming a teacher is 39.6%.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this article is to show how the Independent Curriculum program implemented by BBGP Central Java Province has affected the progress of education in Indonesia, especially in improving the quality of teachers. Therefore, teachers must be able to adapt to government regulations in order to achieve national education goals and be able to provide effective and efficient quality learning in encouraging a globally competitive generation, so that teachers must master 4 (four) competencies, namely pedagogical, professional, social and personality. One of the Independent Curriculum programs is teacher mobilization, which is a regional government initiative to strengthen teacher competence and quality through improving pedagogical abilities, leadership and the application of innovation in the learning process. This writing uses a descriptive qualitative method with the data collection techniques used are interviews and literature reviews. The place used for writing this article is the Center for Teacher Mobilization in Central Java Province. The research results show that the entire Merdeka Curriculum program is aimed at improving education in Indonesia, especially the teacher mobilization program which has an important role in improving and increasing the quality of teachers in Central Java. Through BBGP Central Java Province, teachers have the opportunity to take part in training and coaching aimed at improving teaching skills, understanding the latest curriculum, and applying innovative learning methods, so that teachers are able to design learning processes that are relevant to the Merdeka Curriculum, namely learning that emphasizes differentiation, social learning. emotional, and positive discipline.
