Abstract

The problem that forms the basis of this research is where the production employees of PT.Kartika Polaswasti Mahardhika is not able to reach the target that has been charged so that theperformance of the employees experienced a decline in employee performance and this studyaimed to analyze leadership factors, compensation and work environment on the performance ofemployees. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Kartika Polaswasti Mahardhikawhich amounted to 437 employees while the sampling technique used was a non probabilitysampling technique with the type of accidental sampling and the analysis tool used in this studymultiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership variables, compensation and workenvironment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT.Polaswasti Mahardhika Kartika and the results of the adjusted R square value in the regressionmodel were obtained at 0.571 which means that 57.1 percent of employee performance variablescan be explained by leadership variables, compensation and work environment while theremaining 42.9 percent is explained by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

This research analyzes many factors which can influence someone to be come STIEPARI Students. The problem of the research refers to the phenomena of STIEPARI wihich does not fulfill new students expectation target. The purpose of the research is to enhance the interest target to be students of STIEPARI Semarang.The data analysis technique to the rest the hypotesis is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) which is operated with the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) Versi 18.0. The result shows that marketing public relation anda campus image veriable as an intervening variable in this research is correct. It means that marketing public relation influences the campus image which correlates the decision to be STIEPARI students.Kata Kunci : marketing public relation, campusimage & becoming STIEPARI students

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the absorption of labor in terms of competencyaspects and to determine the relevance of the world of education in terms of competence withthe world of work. This type of research is qualitative. The sampling of data sources was done bypurposive and snowball. Data collection techniques by using triangulation (combined). The dataanalysis is inductive or qualitative in nature and the research results emphasize meaning ratherthan generalization. Students opportunities in the world of work in terms of competence are verylow, this can be shown based on data on the increase in the number of the workforce which isnot accompanied by an increase in the labor force participation rate. It is hoped that theAcademics will open an entrepreneurship-based curriculum where every student is expected tohave the ability and potential to become an entrepreneurial spirit. The relevance of the world ofeducation in terms of competence with the world of work is still low even though public access tohigher education continues to increase. This is reflected in the low labor absorption of collegegraduates. The relevance of college graduates to the need for labor is an important factor inefforts to prevent unemployed graduates, in this case it is necessary to determine strategicpolicies and superior programs in order to realize quality higher education.
